This place use to be great, clean and functional. It would be a great improvement if the business fixed there faulty card readers and most importantly cleaned there washers. The area in which you pour in the detergent is full of mildew/mold, including the inside of the washers up against the door/glass. read more

Not looking to make 1,000 trips back and forth to your car to transport your laundry? No problem! They have some of the biggest laundry carts available, so you should need more than a couple of trips to get all your close inside and back out. Well fortunately Tropicana Laundry is locates in a shopping plaza so you can support some of the other local business that are right there without having to stray too far from your machine(s) and clothes! I just moved and don't have a washer and dryer so I've been this facility for a few weeks now and today I guess I met the owner because he refused my laundry because I was a 3 pounds short even though I told him I was more than glad to pay the $15 min fee which is posted on the office window. $15 min not lbs. he looked me up and down like he either wanted to ask me out of fight me and said "it ain't worth doing, uses too much water and power" pointed me out the door, literally! not sure how that works out because if I wash them my self I still use the same machines water ect and it's less money? and I was gladly willing to pay the $15 dollar minimum as posted. If he was too busy I could have waited a few days to pick it up but that still doesn't make sense? I've been coming here for weeks And this is the first time I've had this kinda experience, everyone else has been super nice and helpful. cant imagine how he treats his employees if this is how he treats customers. former customer now. read more

I have a busy household. And with all the kids a Mexican can bare lol. My home washer and dryer can only do so much. When piles and piles start to build up. I like to come here. And at times I like to pamper myself and have them do the Wash, dry, and fold service. I've been a loyal customer for about 5-7 years now. This laundromat is neat and all machines have worked perfectly. I've done my rounds in the am's and pm's. Attendants are always nice and helpful. They have a fully stocked soda and snack machine. They also sell detergent, softener for your laundry needs. Oh and you will need a laundry card that you can acquire there and add credit to it. Parking lot is packed, but you will find parking . This location is inside the plaza aka : LA TROPICANA right by a restaurant if you want to take a bite, a grocery store if you feel like shopping for food! I know with my gps , once I passed the light , I just got "You arrived" so, to help you out it is inside the plaza on the corner by a kids dental office. Um- inside the laundromat is fairly clean, there is a lady who works in there so she is able to help you for anything! -1 star was because there were no carts for me to put my clothes and move it to the dryers! So that is the reason this place did not get 5 stars from me ! More carts would be helpful! I came on a Saturday at 5pm. And it was not too crowded so that was a plus! I would hate if it was so crowded and I would not be able to find washing machines. However, I came in, and plenty of washers were available big ones and small ones. Dryers are huge! First time taking all my blankets, clothes to this laundry. They are very clean inside and machines are new. when you register; they have withdraw winning prizes Disney ticket, win stuffs ... I won $3.00 after registering lolz. Very clean not like other laundromats...dirty, water running leaking... Sure we will come back here if we need to do a big laundry's. The only thing I do not like is the parking in the back always packed. read more

Do not come to Tropicana laundry. My washer broke so I had to come here to do my wash. There are signs everywhere that says put your mask on and there are families here with no masks. I can't find a worker so no one is enforcing it. That's why this zip code has the highest count of infected and deaths. read more

The best laundry experience in the South Bay for me so far. I am visiting the area on a regular base for business and trips to laundromats have become part of the weekend routine. But not my visit to Tropicana Laundry today. The manager Gustavo greeted my friendly at the entrance while wiping off some of the machines. He got me started quickly. The machines are in great working condition and the place is the cleanest I have seen here. Thanks and keep up the customer service. read more

Best laundry place. Never too busy, they do raffle for their costumers, coffee and donuts in the early morning & there are a lot of machines that work! I mean laundry places are never really fun but this one is good . It has plenty of space for sitting and games to play for kids/ TVs. read more

I probably been to this laundry mat about three times so far and it's the cleanest by far. It's pretty big with double to triple loaders and even bigger. Most laundry mats I've been to before, there is normally just a person working just sitting at the front but this one there's always the owner cleaning around or sweeping which I really like knowing that this place is up kept. I've came in when this place is really busy and I've come first thing in the morning, and I like it when it's not as busy because I have more of an area to do my laundry lol. Even though this is not the closest laundry mat I still come out of my way to come here cause it's worth it and I don't have to lug around quarters because they have a card to load money onto to do your laundry. They even have some vending machines if your wanting something to much on while you wait. read more

Used to be my favorite place to do laundry.. came here for a late night wash to find the washers close at 9:30 even though the place itself closes at 11? I don't understand that at all. Why open that late if you're not going to have the machines on? They don't even have a sign up for last calls or anything like that. I have to say I'm extremely disappointed. Just because this systems makes me give them a certain amount of stars I actually give them -0 if you look them up it says they close at 11 then yet again I stopped by at 930 and a lady with her eyebrow don't match the color of her hair comes up to me and tells me you can't wash it's closed I tell her well online it says it closes at 11pm which is false advertisement and it never states the last wash is at 930 which this is false advertising and you can get in trouble for that and well here is my -0 for false advertising and she gave a shrug like I don't care so here is my I don't care either -0 review read more

I love this laundry place! It's always so clean and bright. The staff are really nice and very helpful when you make a request. They leave they're bathrooms locked so not just anyone can walk in, so it's always very clean. Televisions are set up for adults and also for kids to watch. Free wifi, you have to use a card in order to use the machines but you can add money to them with cash or credit/debit. You even get rewards, I've received about $20.00 free dollars added to my card for using they're machines, and I believe every month they have giveaways on Saturdays. Customers have won from ninja blenders, bikes, iPads, coffee makers to even Disneyland tickets! My friend who also does laundry here, won a pricey vacuum worth over $100.00! read more
