I literally loved this deli place it's located in national city area. This is my go to sandwich / green juice place. My fave is their vegetarian sandwich made by wheat bread and with cucumbers, tomatoes avocado lettuce n d panela cheese of course with jalapeño n micro greens. It was beautifully made. The green juice was perfection. U can also order the torta bread with veggies. And it's tastes really good. My kind of hearty super healthy brekkie for me!!! And I can literally eat this everyday, my hubby n son they liked the ham n cheese and their smoothies. The deli owner /worker is very kind n friendly he always check on you make sure that you're okay. Overall, good customer service always. Price is right. And they use good local quality ingredients. They have good seating capacity and u can also watch TV-Mexican sports and movies. They also have vending machine toys so kids not get bored. This is the best deli sandwich I've ever had. Delicious! The roasted chicken sandwich was excellent, tasty and huge. The tortas de lomo were fantastic. I had the escamocha and it is served with delicious vanilla ice cream. I'm always looking for new, healthy eateries, and my boyfriend and I found this place unexpectedly. It was probably around 9PM one night and we found Tropi Frutas on UberEats. Typically, healthy places like this close at 9PM, but luckily, they close at 10PM. We ordered two large smoothies (citrus cooler and strawberry mango), large fruit salad and a roasted chicken sandwich (added bacon). The total (including the delivery fee) was close to $45, which was a bit pricey, but well worth it. We also ate at the restaurant more recently because we were craving it and it was $27 for the same food, minus one large smoothie. The food is so fresh! When my boyfriend and I ate the sandwich for the first time, we were amazed. We had split it, but he wished that he ordered his own afterwards. The alfalfa (my favorite) sprouts really added a lot of flavor, and not a lot of places include that in their sandwiches. The only downside was when my boyfriend and I actually dined in last night, they started cleaning the tables around 9PM, so when we sat down after ordering, the lady tried to tell us to not eat there. We asked if we could just eat some of our food there, then take the rest to go, and after a little back and forth, she said yes. She wasn't rude about it, but it was a little annoying just because they were open a whole other hour. People came in after us, so we were able to eat a little more. read more

The fruit salad was okay, nothing (wow) pretty much what they serve in many fruit places. The Oreo milkshake tasted like it was just chocolate milk. The girl who made it put way too much milk. Definitely not work $7!! If I wanted chocolate milk I could've made it at home. Jack in the box sells a better Oreo shake than this place. It being a Latino/Hispanic restaurant I was hoping to leave a 5 star review but instead it had us leave disappointed. The service was slow, when we entered it was empty, we saw one employee just standing in the back. We waited a bit until another employee came out the bathroom to take our order. I like this place. The sandwiches ( chicken salad, turkey plus turkey bacon and pico de Gallo bowls are delicious. The watermelon water is so refreshing. It was perfect for a hot summer evening. The fruit and vegetables are always fresh. The sandwiches are good as well however they definitely overload it with sprouts and lettuce... omg!! I thought I ordered a turkey sandwich yet got a veggie sandwich by accident. Prices are very reasonable. Fruit salads are a nice generous size. I came to write a review mostly because the nachos were prepared exquisitely, the chips are stacked standing up and not on top of each other, which made it easier to grab and kept organized, and there was cheese in between all the chips, all the way to the bottom of the tray, just enough to still have crunchy parts of the chip, the jalapeño ratio was perfect too, and the cheese actually had flavor compared to other places with bland mystery yellow slime, so whoever worked the shift around 4pm today and made my nachos, thank you! It was a bit upsetting to see that they have one price on board and they charged me more. I know it wasn't the cashiers fault so I let her know that she needs to let her manager know because they are not suppose to charge more than it's advertised.
