The parking situation was kinda bad but if you look around the street there are open spots. The customer service was great. They have a lot of seating inside and the place was really clean. I got the chicken shawarma and it was amazing. The meats was delicious, and the sauce they had on it just elevated the whole thing. I don't know if this is normal, or just because it was a slow day but they brought our food t us. So that was nice. All I ask for is the beef shawarma sandwich with the sauces on the side. 1st time sauces were completely missing (I didn't realize until I got home). 2nd time sauces were missing again but I checked my bag in the store bc I learned from my first time. 3rd time they got it right. 4th time (today) I asked for sauce on the side. I checked my bag in store (sauce was there). I get home to eat my sandwich and noticed it was inside the sandwich and on the side. If you're charging 19+ dollars for the total then you have to start getting the orders right! 19 dollars for just the sandwich, no combo is steep! My only complaint is that I wish the sauce went all the way to the bottom of the bread, not just at the top. Also, the side of fry is quite small. Went there today, tried to order beef box we were told they don't have that, which is odd because they only have 4 things on the menu... we got the beef shawarma stuffed in pita bread and chicken wings. The shawarma was pretty good but NOT worth the 45 min wait for 1 shawarma, 1 beef box, and 1 chicken wings. I witnessed every customers worst nightmare! The older man who was baking the bread. had gloves on and everything seemed clean... until he left his station and walked out to walk out a group of women who seemed to be his family, the issue was he never took off his gloves! He opened the door left came back opened the door took a white plastic container to the back and came back and NEVER washed his hands or changed the gloves! He went right back to touching the dough and making the bread! If my food wasn't already ready at that point I would have just walked out and not risked the dirty hands!!
