I discovered this place, thanks to my bestie.    This place instantly became another neighborhood gem, next door to the strip mall of another fave restaurant.  We both had the Trubano paninis and some lattes and enjoyed everything we had during our initial visit.    I loved that this place was not just another indie coffeehouse with a limited menu.  It's also a kitchen that serves organic food and a bar.   These additional facets to this business allow this coffeehouse to stand out amongst its competition on this side of town.   Plus, they stay open a bit later than many coffeehouses. read more

Our first time visiting, we love checking out new places (new for us)! A beautiful space that is open and airy as well as warm and inviting, they even have a little patio. We decided to try a little bit of everything and share. We ordered one large house coffee, a strawberry scone and a Turkey and jalapeño panini sandwich. She said the coffee would be a few minutes as they brew it fresh, we were in no hurry and it was worth the wait. They warmed the scone in the wood fired oven (what coffee shop has a wood fired oven? This one does!). The scone was warm and buttery but could have used more strawberries. The Turkey panini was warm and tasty with lots of gooey cheese. The staff was helpful and friendly and we can't wait to come back to try some of the other food and pastries. read more

One of the best cafe I have been to in Las Vegas. The ambiance is nice where you can meet with friends. Very comfortable. The music was 80s music . The drinks are good. I got a pumpkin chai latte with 2% milk and blueberry scone. Full breakfast and lunch menu. Definitely will be back to try something else. This really is a great shop. Their coffee is smooth and rich and their service has always been friendly and quick. The decor, furniture, lighting, and plants are truly inviting and comfortable. I have not yet tried their food, but it looks FANTASTIC. I think this Saturday will be a great opportunity to bring my favorite girl of 33-years to breakfast. Cute place to meet friend! Stopped by around 4pm and it was pretty busy for a weekday afternoon. Ordered a chicken wrap with salad recommended by the cashier along with a lavender latte both were yummy! He was super friendly and helpful. Portion size and quality of meal was worth it. I was looking for a coffee shop to meet up with a friend at & found this spot on Yelp so thought we'd give it a try! We came on a Saturday morning, so the parking situation wasn't the best. Having a gym next door really takes up the majority of parking spots. I ended up getting the last spot on that side of the parking area. There were plenty of seats inside, though since it was Saturday, the majority of them were taken. We were able to grab a table though no problem. The inside is cute & felt like a comfy place. I ordered a large iced latte with oat milk & cinnamon brown sugar syrup and a blueberry scone to try. It was nice they are able to warm it up! The coffee and scone came out after just a few minutes. The scone was really delicious! I also really enjoyed the coffee. It felt like there was definitely more coffee in there than I'm used to when I get a similar sized drink at Starbucks. I drink a lot of coffee & I could actually feel the caffeine buzz from this drink which doesn't happen often. The scone and large latte came out to be about $11 which is definitely a splurge but worth it. Definitely will be back to this place when I need a serious pick me up or a nice spot to meet with a friend! read more

I walked into Tru Bru Organic Coffee, ready to pump some caffeine into my veins. The chocolate banana bread caught my eye, and let me tell you, it was a slice of heaven--moist, rich, with the perfect balance of sweetness and a hint of banana that complemented the deep chocolate flavor beautifully. I love everything about this place. Decor: A very homey feel to this coffee shop. I love the Bible verses that are located throughout the area. Comfy couches and cute coffee tables. It's a very welcoming atmosphere. Food: SO good. So far I've tried the everything bagel, avocado toast, and the breakfast burrito. High praises go out for the burrito. It's so delicious and a very generous portion. It's filled with eggs, potatoes, cheese (mozzarella or cheddar jack), and meat (bacon or chicken sausage). The side of pico de Gallo is also very excellent. Drinks: The cold bru. I am in love. I get it with a splash of oatmilk and 1 pump of caramel syrup (syrups here are not too sweet and made in house). There is currently a menu with summer specials if you like your drinks on the sweeter side! Overall: Very friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere, delicious food and drinks. The parking lot is tight and busy since shared with fitness center. They roast their coffee beans here and offer some organic food options like: organic chicken, grass fed beef, organic eggs. The decor is simple and cozy and the staff reminds me of walking into your local coffee shop that knows your like a regular. My go to is the Ice Coffee and it meets Ice Coffee standards on ice to liquor ratios , I'm sure you Ice Coffee drinkers know exactly what I'm talking about. This place is just ok. Parking really is a nightmare. My veggie omelette and banana bread were very good. I thought the coffee was a little too strong. What irritated me was that I was practically finished eating my breakfast before my coffee arrived. Don't most people want to enjoy their drink with their meal? Overall this place can get pretty hectic. I might pop in for a pastry if I was in the area. I really wouldn't go out of my way to eat here though. read more

Other times, you get the feeling you're inconveniencing them. This might be old school but I like being politely greeted...or hearing a 'thank you' when tipping $2 for $6 coffee. Once had the barista visibly get annoyed/upset when I asked for my coffee to be poured into a to-go cup...and I apologized on behalf of the person who took my order for not asking if it's to-go. I was invited by my friends to join them for coffee last Thursday.. it's their weekly meeting place. It may have been my first visit but it won't be my last! I ordered a cappuccino and a BLT sandwich! Both were absolutely DELICIOUS! The bread was thick & perfectly toasted, the bacon was CRISP, & the tomatoes fresh & juicy! I ordered it with a side salad of mixed greens. The sandwich was large so I took a half home. Since it's located in a neighborhood shopping center, there is plenty of parking with easy access. I took St. Rose & turned on Seven Hills ,, no problem finding it. Solid four stars. They had two different types of gluten-free banana bread that went well with our lattes. There were no prices visible for baked goods, only for the coffee. Cappuccino could have been better but we still enjoyed the place and the vibe. A big plus is that they carry organic milk. We will definitely come back. read more

Only reason we went to Tru Bru is because Bristol Marunde, who is running for Henderson City Council, invited all neighbors to a Meet & Greet and free cup of coffee on him. The girl behind the counter was completely unaware of the meeting and free coffee until she checked with the manager. I've always come here to study, because I love the vibe inside. It can get pretty busy in the mornings especially on weekend so closer to the afternoon is a perfect time to come and study. The only thing is that there aren't many tables with access to charge your devices so be sure to have all of them fully charged. Besides the ambiance, the drinks are definitely what keeps me coming back. Food is good too. Their iced vanilla dirty chai is amazing. I've never really drank chai until I had one from tru bru and now any other chai I try has never been as good. I used to always get the maple cinnamon latte and as of recently I've been getting the matcha. I went to get a matcha today and I was waiting for about 20 minutes. They seemed a lil busy and understaffed so I just patiently waited until I realized a girl that ordered after me got her drink already. I went up to wait by the pick up area and the barista realized so she apologized and said it must've got lost. She ended up upgrading my drink size and gave me a card for one free drink next time which I really appreciate. Great customer service as always. read more

I think this is one of my favorite cafes when I'm in LV/Henderson. I always order the organic matcha latte with almond milk. It's always unsweetened which I love so I can taste the matcha. It's actually good quality matcha so I don't need to drive 30 mins from Henderson to look for another matcha at another trendy cafe. BTW, why is everything 30 mins from Henderson? You don't have to fight traffic and drive around the lot for parking space if you live in Henderson. I'm always visiting my friends here so this was a gem when I found it. The husband is hooked on their Chai lattes and I found the Iced Matcha Latte and Regular Latte to be great. I couldn't honestly post a review until I actually tried the coffee, but it's really got a great flavor. Teamed with great breakfast scramble or breakfast burrito, and you have a satisfying experience. Their cookies are quite good also - have them warm it up. Keep in mind this place is popular and parking can get taken up; but worth it if you are a little patient. I am always on the look out for a new coffee shop to study at and just get out of the house for a change of scenery. I happened to be looking on yelp for a new spot in Vegas and this one popped up as one that I had never seen before or head of. They are an organic coffee roastery. The pictures of inside caught my eye on yelp and in person it even better. I had to drive quite away for this spot but it was worth it. The vibe is a cute rustic farm house feeling. I loved how open and airy the space is and the most important thing is that there is plenty of seating. Which in my book is a plus because some of my favorite spots have very limited seating. Today, I ordered a iced strawberry Matcha latte and it was amazing! I asked them to make it less sweet and with oat milk. It was by far the best tasting and smoothest drink I had in awhile. They have a breakfast and lunch menu which I was excited for. I ordered their grass-fed cheeseburger with side salad. It was delicious! The staff was also very friendly. There is additional parking around the back of the building. Speaking of back of the building, there is a beautiful patio area in the back. The patio is equipped with umbrellas and a free standing heater. There is plenty of seating inside. Remote workers beware, there are very few outlets available. The staff was friendly and polite. When asked for recommendations the cashier suggested "anything lavender." My coffee was served quick and hot. As a black coffee drinker, I really appreciate flavorful quality coffee.
