They worked well together to make sure it was okay for the other to move my legs or hands, so that it wouldn't disrupt the process. The hot stone massage was a nice touch as well! Also, I'm not really a talker and I appreciated that they let me be in silence throughout my appoinment (but they had no problem chatting with some other customers wanted to have a conversation). I got a gel x fill and the man who did my nails rushed it SO much, he didn't even completely file off my old gel polish! I can still see bits of my old polish on the sides of my nails!! He did not really shape my nails, shorten them like I asked, he did not do my cuticles at all, and did not use a base coat. I also had a bunch of nail dust that he painted the gel polish over. The actual pink catseye polish is nice, but again, my old polish is still visible on the sides!! My sister got black gel with a pink cat eye on top and both hands are different! On one hand the cat eye is on the WHOLE nail and on the other hand the cat eye is only partly on the diagonal! It's not even at all The lady nail techs were very kind and sweet, but the guy who worked there did not even apologize for the wait. I understand if they are running behind but they could have called us or told us to come back instead of telling us they will see us shortly and have us wait there for 50 minutes! No apology no discount nothing was offered. In total 3 manicures cost us $195, and I don't think it was worth it due to the wait time and extremely rushed service.

I asked for "blended to my roots" "faded into my roots" and "a shade lighter" even mentioned "balayage". Had to have her mix another bowl of toner because she assumed the weird peachy color was the tone i wanted but really was about 5 months of toner washing out and the previous pink dye that washed out and had to beg for the correct toner to be mixed up. The toner was intense and she put it on twice since I went in again to get it fixed, my hair is a strange color now as well as extremely damaged. She was babysitting her grandaughter while doing my hair which is beyond unprofessional. Although very cute she was extremely distracting, prancing around the studio, needing things and taking away from our appointment. The studio is super dusty/dirty with lots of chipping paint, old magazines, clutter, a tell tale sign of how much someone cares about their buisness. The wash basin is crammed in a corner which is chipping and has black marks on the wall from dirty shoes and feet that get pressed up against it, no one bothered to paint it or wash the dirty black spot on the wall? Maybe the $150 could go towards some paint or some windex. You couldn't pay me to come back here.

In the spa they have a relaxation room, changing rooms, showers, bathrooms, cold plunge showers, sauna, steam room, hot tub, and outdoor heated pool (access for both men and women). Past the relaxation room is where all of the message rooms are. And there are I'd say they have close to 20 rooms. They have a lot back there! The staff is very well trained and does a great job to make sure you are as comfortable as possible! They even offer alcohol that's included if you want it. The only thing to be aware of is that the services are pricey. Around $300+ for each service. But I think worth it in my opinion.
