He told me to come in and I was there all of 5 minutes before he handed me back the keys with the new wipers affixed and NO CHARGE! We had one issue a month or two later with a nail. I took it in they patched it no problem. Said it did not need another tire. About 6-7months later we are having some hi-speed issues. We were thinking alignment but didnt know what it could be. Now, the actual problem was the service. We have not taken the car anywhere else to be serviced. The young man asked for the wheel lock key. They never gave us one - they DID, however, have a general place where they put it because after arguing with him and him telling us we could take our business elsewhere, the manager came out amd checked went right to said key. Neither I nor my husband was told about this key. Simple things loke this should not even become a thing with customer service. Do better!
