Every dish that came to the table was excellent, and you could tell a lot of thought went into both the food and presentation. Beyond the food, the atmosphere was fantastic. Cochon has a lively, authentic New Orleans vibe without feeling overly touristy. The service was attentive, the restaurant was energetic, and the entire experience felt special. The experience was pretty close to what I remember we'd find if invited to a neighbor's crawfish boil. Three pounds sounds like a lot, but the yield is more like half a pound, at most.
