I excitedly ordered my old two favorites - Matcha & Hokkaido Swirl soft serve in a cone along with a Matcha Sparkling Yuzu to drink. Both were just as delicious as I remember with high quality matcha being used. My husband doesn't like matcha, but he really loves their Sparkling Yuzu (especially during the summer heat) and their Ube soft serve which isn't advertised on the menu. For anyone familiar with their previous location, you can also rest easy knowing that parking is MUCH better now. Espresso came out with nondairy creamer filled all the way to the top of the cup mixed with sweetener. Ice green tea was watered down with only several pieces of ice from it still being hot from the tea bag. Strawberry matcha was fine. Asked if we can have the espresso re-made without nondairy creamer, cashier said that an espresso was made with "coffee" and nondairy creamer. She made it incorrectly, so Asked if they could remake it with just "coffee" or "espresso" (remove non dairy creamer and sugar) but she said that she couldn't do that. Not sure why she couldn't just give us an espresso like it stated on the menu... When ordering An espresso it is generally just a shot of espresso (nothing should be mixed with this)...walking away confused at the whole experience....? She offered us our money back (and we didn't want to continue going back on what an espresso was) so we just accepted the refund. The texture of the cake was fluffy and cloud like, covered with a strawberry sauce and cheese foam. The cake itself wasn't too sweet and the texture was amazing. I think they forgot to put the fresh strawberries on top though? I would definitely go back for the desserts, or if I'm in the area when the craving hits. After they renewed the shop and relocated to current location, the ambient is modern and have welcoming vibes! Not so huge, but they have many seats available. And we order at the cashier. so easy process. The drink I ordered was Hojicha Latte. It was delicious!! As I went after the lunch I didn't have enough room for crapes... Can't wait to try some!!
