If you enjoy shooting firearms and live in California you're certainly aware it's almost impossible to find any ammunition here, especially in any quantity. On top of that due to the red tape that CA requires to ship ammo here many out of state suppliers are no longer willing to ship to California. True Shot Gun Club to the rescue. I placed an order for 9mm ammo with a range bag, I sent an e-mail to cancel cause I received a rang bag as a gift so I reordered the ammo which I received in a timely manner like they always do. Tara Herzberg said the refund will take 5-10 business days,. It has now been a month with no refund. I sent another e-mail with no response called multiple times left messages no call back. It's very frustrating since they do such a good job normally. I've told friends and people at the range about True Shot now i seconding guessing myself. Just need a response that's all. Ordered last week and just received my ammo/Glock Backpack combo. Slight wait due to shipping backlog (5 days) but fedex delivery was two days early. Everything was nicely packaged. I assume the Blazer 9mm brass will work just fine when I rack them up. The backpack looks very nicely made, and we'll see how it holds up once I stuff it with clothing, food, and gear and walk a few dozen miles. It's about as big as it appeared in the vid, not king sized, but adequate. It will serve as a nice day pack on local hikes. And when I think I need to have my G19 piggyback along with me, it has it's own velcro holder. Ok, first time customer here but after this experience, I think I will definitely be a returning customer. I placed my order yesterday morning and was emailed a confirmation shortly after. Now the website stated there was a 3-7 day lead time but then I got my message from FedEx that afternoon. (Had to double check website, thought maybe I misread it and it was 3-7 hours... LOL). I too was hesitant to place an order, but I was so pleased with the way that my initial order and questions were handled, I went back for a second time. Pricing beats anything I've seen in this area. I just tried to place an order with them to give them a second chance. This was completely unsuccessful as their system completely kicked me out. I tried ordering on 2 different computers now with microsoft edge on both as well as brave browser on one of them. (they did contact me via phone but the issue persists). I am now sure this is reprisal for complaining about ADA violations. I have now filed a DOJ complaint against them. This is awful behavior for a company. I found true shot gun club through ammoseek.com and ordered 100 shells of 12 gauge 2 3/4" slugs because the price was too good to be true. Today I received 100 rounds of 2 1/2" slugs. It's almost the same, but it's not what I ordered. Seems like some of the specs of what I got and what I ordered were mixed up in the description. That's what I'm guessing from the packaging list anyway. 1 star for now because I can "possibly" still use what I received.... I guess. This business has the lowest prices on ammunition. They handle many different brands in most calibers. The only problem that I have had over several orders is that they ship by a carrier that I have no success with. Last shipment the box was damaged and some ammo had damaged cases. Last time I used this carrier they damaged a $300.00+ convection oven. However they were quick to refund my money. True Shot is a great company to do business with and I shall buy from them again. read more
