This is rare in today's day and age as speaks volumes for this business. As for my interactions and purchases with them, I am beyond pleased. I ordered a flat of shotgun shells and went to pick them up at the store. They told me there would be a ten dollar fee for picking up the shells at the store. That is not stated on the website and they didn't tell me that on the phone. That is a bogus upcharge and they lost my business. Ammo is getting more plentiful. Good ammo at a fair price. Reason for not getting 5 stars is their weird online vs in store pricing and shipping vs pick-up. Online is a less expensive price than in store, not sure why. if you are local you have the option to order online (for less expensive?) and select pick up in store. Yet, they charge you $10 "shipping" to pick it up in their store when shipping is $15. Just give a discount purchases for bulk like everyone else. Online vs. in store is confusing and charging someone $10 to pick up an item that is already sitting in your store is just silly. read more

I have purchased 9mm, .44 mag, 5.56, 10mm, .22 LR and others. Reloads and new. Keep a look out for their specials on ammo. They also have fairly good prices on their assortment of guns. Very displeased by a total lack of customer service. I orderd because their site showed free shipping to California . There were no dates on when this stopped and the article was still showing up on their site when I ordered. There was even someone who said the free shipping wouldn't work for him and a rep from True shot said there was a known glitch. With time running out on California's freedom week 2.0 I ordered in good faith that they would honor the deal. After 2 emails a sales order note and trying to post on an article on their site a rep called me and said "we weren't doing the free shipping when you ordered but we will still refund you the shipping". Well guess what a few weeks later from my order still no refund and I get an email basically saying too bad you didn't order in the right time window. Seriously guys get your story straight and answer your emails in less than 2 weeks. I will definitely be letting all my friends in the industry know not to trust or do business with True Sport. Gotta say, I am very impressed with the customer service. Yesterday when I came in, their system was down and they were having problems (out of their control) with running cards and in store purchases, they really made the best out of it and were helping everyone as calmly and quickly as they could. My card had an issue but they did everything they could to resolve it and made sure it was a good experience. They have an amazing selection with almost any ammo you need at an amazing value. I got 1000 rounds of 556 X-TAC at around .50 to .55 cents after tax which is by far the best deal I've seen out there! Definitely recommend these guys for your ammo needs. Another note too, if you have questions, these guys are very knowledgeable about the ammo they sell which was demonstrated by one of their workers who answered multiple (very technical) questions about caliber sizes and the differences in their respective types of cases etc. so thank you to the team at True Shot! read more

Called true shot this morning to pick up 5.45x39 and was quoted $180 for 750 rounds. By the time I got there 10 min later they told me they had changed prices to reflect corona virus panic and now the price would be $270 which is ridiculous. The poor old guy in front of me was being completely ripped off and made to pay .50 cents a round for 380!! 5.56 was being sold for .60 cents a rd. Instead of supporting Americans in a time of crisis and being fair and supportive to second amendment community and their families this company has chosen to capitalize on our country's current corona illness and misfortune. Very poor business practices and just a terrible example of how American business should be acting right now. Shame on you. read more

I recently ordered 1,000 rds of .223 from TSGC. When package arrived from UPS, 7 boxes of 20 rds were missing. I wasn't sure it it was a TSGC oversight or someone at UPS because the package looked all beat up and re-taped when I received it. I contacted TSGC nonetheless and received a call from Kyle within a day advising me that 7 replacement boxes were being sent the next day.
