    I had the best experience at Norm Reeves Honda this week! I was referred by a friend to come in and told I would be taken care of and he was right! Devon and Meysam are so kind, helpful, not pushy, and gave me all my options and worked with me to ensure I got the best deal I could. They really listen which is sometimes rare in this car world. Top notch customer service. Hondas are the best cars and had a civic back in 2020, glad to be back in a Honda. This time it's an Accord and couldn't be happier. Great experience! I will be sending all of my friends here.

    The Penske Chevrolet Of Cerritos dealership hands down is the best. I got the car I wanted with the best deal allowed. Rani was the sales person he was very knowledgeable of every car on the lot and rebates as well as all the perks and services the dealership had to offer. Katrina sealed the deal. She was very patient and she explained everything in detail. Every contract was accurate and on point. Katrina got me in and out of the dealership in great speed. At the end of signing she made sure we dotted all I's and crossed every T. I appreciate these guys for working this car buying experience safe, and friendly during this pandemic.

Jacob Borrero was our sales representative and was very attentive and patient. We found a 2018 Sonata with about 36,000 miles on the internet. We bought it for exactly the internet sale price. (Unlike Fontana Hyundai who had a similar car but added on thousands of dollars in dealer add-ons and refused to sell us the car at the advertised price - see my review). We then decided to trade our '24 Palisade for the '26 Palisade Hybrid. Jacob was very professional, friendly, and pressure-free. He was one of the reasons we bought two cars again. Despite any "deals" out there from other dealerships, we've learned our lesson and will always shop at this store. If you want an honest interaction and sale, this is the only stop you should make. Thank you Jacob (and Norm Reeves) for a wonderful experience.

    Dishonest, terrible customer service. Expensive and opaque pricing…read more I went to replace my engine at 72k miles. The dealer said the warranty wouldn't cover it because I'm not the original owner, but they'd submit a request for "goodwill assistance" to Hyundai. I provided some documents to the service advisor Marlen, and she said she had submitted them. I called Hyundai corporate to follow up on my case. Corporate said that the case had already been closed several days before I had submitted docs to Marlen to provide to corporate. Corporate said the decision is final and they only provide "goodwill assistance" if oil change documentation every 6k miles from 0 miles til current is provided (including when the car was under the previous owner). What a waste of time! If the dealer knows that I need all oil changes documented to qualify and I didn't have all that, why give me false hope? Also, why didn't Marlen tell me as soon as the case was closed? Days after the case was closed, she let me submit more docs. Also way after it was closed, she texted me the corporate phone number "to see if they can reimburse you some of the expenses." When my car was ready, I called about the pick up, and Marlen told me that it was actually going to me more expensive than what she had originally texted me. She explained it was due to a new engine being used (but why didn't she notify me earlier soon as she knew if would be more expensive?). I asked if she could speak with her manager about lowering the price. She texted me saying she did and the diagnostic fee was removed but the price was still higher than what she had originally texted me. Marlen said I couldn't get the invoice until I went in person. At the dealership, I looked at the invoice it said 3,609.06 Total Labor & $6,095.35 Total Parts & -$1,455.66 for "Hyundai Promo." There's a lack of transparency. If they removed the diagnostic fee of $189, they should've included this number. I asked the guy at the desk if I could speak to a manager as the $8,843.05 total was more expensive than I was originally texted, and it didn't seem right to me to be told of a higher price once I'm arranging pick up. Marlen came and told him "just give [the original price] to [me]." She had acted like she was unable to help me when we were on the phone, but suddenly she can when I'm there in person requesting the manager? They printed out a new invoice for me - $3,900 Total Labor (why did this go up?) & $4,385.35 Total Parts & no discount noted. It looks like they can just make numbers up to get a price they choose... They told me it was ready Friday afternoon & I picked up Monday morning because I wanted to discuss with Marlen before pick up. They gave me back my car the filthiest it has ever been. I washed it, and it is still dirty! Terrible customer service for someone who just spent $8,712.92 for engine replacement. Do NOT go to this dealership! When I told my mechanic my car is at Hyundai in Cerritos, he asked Why would you take it there?? He said Cerritos Hyundai is known for being unhelpful. If you must go to the Hyundai dealership, try a different one.

What really set Uğur apart was his approach during the financing, interest rate discussions, and after-sales support-he genuinely cared and treated us like a close friend rather than just a customer. My visit included an oil change and a recall service. Upon leaving the dealership, my HondaLink app indicated low tire pressure. This was puzzling, as the service included a tire rotation and a multipoint inspection. At first, I did not consider it serious, since I have experienced this indication before. However, when I pulled over at the nearest gas station, I discovered that my front driver-side rim was damaged. This marked the beginning of a very disappointing service experience. The only lesson I took from this visit is the importance of personally inspecting my vehicle with the service advisor before it is taken in for service, and reviewing it again before leaving the dealership. I have attached images showing both the initial damage and the first attempt by the dealership's partnered tire/wheel repair company to fix the rim. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it reflects a significant lapse in care during what should have been a routine service visit.

I was then taken to Ozzy's office where everything was explained clearly, so I wondered over to the waiting area which has 2 large scree TV's, various vending machines available and a full on little cafe serving up burgers, sandwiches and burritos!!! The MARKUPS, particularly on used vehicles, are so astronomically high that I briefly wondered if I had stumbled into a time warp back to the height of COVID-era shortages. Spoiler alert: I had not. These prices persist in the present day, quite brazenly, like a software bug no one has bothered to fix. Even more troubling is the rather misleading nature of said pricing. One expects a certain level of transparency when engaging in the delicate dance of purchasing a vehicle, but instead, it felt more like trying to debug a system with no documentation--confusing, frustrating, and ultimately futile. And then, the negotiation process. Or rather, the lack thereof. Attempting to negotiate--perfectly standard behavior in such transactions--was apparently treated as some sort of social faux pas. I half expected a trapdoor to open beneath me. In fact, it seems one can be shown the door simply for trying to discuss the price with any degree of persistence. Extraordinary. Frankly, it's a bit of a slap in the face to both loyal Toyota owners and those considering joining the fold. One would hope for a welcoming and reasonable experience, not one that feels adversarial and, quite frankly, absurd. In conclusion: overpriced, misleading, and oddly hostile to negotiation. I shall be taking my business elsewhere--and possibly bringing a stress ball next time.

He made sure he got my contact number to contact me because my mom isn't great at answering. Sometimes they forget to contact me but they did! He also said it'll take 3-4 hours and we got a call exactly at the 3rd hour. Got a complete l complimentary first oil change, car was washed when we went to pick it up. Highly recommend trying to get an early morning appointment. The line gets longer as the day goes on.

Make it make sense! 45 min pass an no response if the car is done. I go up to ask about it and tell me why this man has the audacity to gaslight me. He tells me he texted me almost an hour ago. And I give him back the same energy he gave me and tell him " yea I know I texted you back" he then proceeds to tell me that it's been ready for almost an hour. And I tell him yea.. your text said you would tell me when it's ready. Then he tells me no, til he checks the message and sees that I was right. No apology. Just an "oh don't know why it sent like that. " Also, they never updated my info. I should have told Eli he owed me a full tank of gas like he promised, but knowing this place it probably would be with sugar to charge more to have it fixed. So just to let you know, Kia of Cerritos is not the place for you. They will gaslight you and talk down to you. Oh and this time they didn't add a scheduled service sticker on my car window. Probably intentional.

The experience here was nothing short of predatory. I went in ready to pay for a used car, and was told by Eddie that there was "a lot of paperwork to get out of the way." I was rushed through a digital signing process without any explanation of what I was actually signing -- no chance to read, no disclosure that it was a financing agreement, and no copy provided that day. When I asked Eddie the price "out the door," he said around $12-13k, but the actual contract they mailed later showed over $20,000 with added fees, warranties, and a high-interest loan I never agreed to. I never even knew my credit was being run. To make things worse, when I brought my $3,000 cash down payment, Eddie refused to let me count it in front of him, then later claimed it was short by $100. The next day, his manager (his father) conveniently "found" the missing bill in their safe. Completely unprofessional and sketchy. I also reported car issues right after purchase -- missing wiper blade, fluid sensor showing empty, and an untinted window that was supposed to be fixed. I was told to come back the next week, and only one thing was actually done. There's a pattern here -- look at the other reviews. It's the same story over and over: misinformation, overcharging, and taking advantage of people who trust them. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere reputable.

    I found a used car on Carfax that 605 was selling, and they were able to, over text, give me an out…read morethe door price for it. They do a lot of automated texts to follow up, so just know that. I think a lot of dealerships do that now, and some may find it bothersome or annoying. After test-driving other cars, I went and test drove the car with David, who was really friendly and helpful. He let me test everything, windows, doors, lights, a/c, heat, etc. and there was no pressure. The price they quoted me over a week ago was still good. I drove about an hour in traffic, so I asked if we could do the documentation and if they would deliver it to my house. I ended up doing a certified check upon delivery, so I put down a deposit over the phone. They sent a docusign contract to my email address and confirmed delivery for the next day. They even checked and made sure I had a spare jack when they couldn't confirm that my car had one! I took off one star because there was a text in the morning to confirm a 1pm delivery time, but ended up getting delayed, which wasn't communicated. They didn't end up bringing my car until 4pm, but overall, my experience with 605 has been very positive.
