I recently called in about a q6 etron. Yoshin was the one who was "helping" me. Extremely rude. Was essentially yelling at me over the phone. And even rude through text. I don't need your caps lock. And I don't need you to tell me the payment isn't real. I was just at another dealership where I was offered this. If you aren't able to get me a price no need to yell. Just say you aren't able to get that price. I was extremely nice. Will absolutely not be working with this dealership.

This is the only dealership that did not follow me around when I first arrived, which made my experience better. Once I had a question, Yoshi did not hesitate to assist me. Not only was she very knowledgable about the car but her personality makes the car buying experience so much better. She worked with me until I was satisfied. Thanks Audi!

Yoshin went above and beyond in making sure I got into a vehicle that not only worked for what my family and I needed but also that worked in my budget. The GM Dalius did everything in his power and abilities to make sure that we got the physically best possible rate and lowest payments possible. They actually got me paying less than what I'd originally gone in planning to pay which is extremely appreciated.

Audi McKenna's team is an absolute pleasure to work with! Last week, I bought a sleek certified pre-owned 2023 Audi A5 Sportback and couldn't be happier with my purchase. The car still has 1 year of the manufacturer's warranty left and because it's certified pre-owned, that extends the warranty for another year, giving me solid peace of mind. The day I came in, Yoshin was the first associate I worked with. As it turned out, she happened to be the previous owner (lessee) of the car! She kept this car in pristine condition, no dents or scratches, and was the perfect person to get me up to speed with all the features of the car and the Audi phone app. I previously test drove at other dealerships where the associates were not as familiar with A5 line, so I wasn't convinced to move forward with a deal. After Yoshin showed me all the cool tech, I was like, I WANT this car! I arrived with a pre-approved loan check from my bank and thought that it was highly unlikely that a dealership could come close to my interest rate. I was wrong! Joshua worked his magic and beat the rate, so my monthly payments are lower than expected. Then JT walked me through signing all the contracts and paperwork, patiently explaining each page. I'm the type of person that doesn't like to sign legal documents if I don't fully understand the language and him clarifying in layman's terms made me feel at ease. Also Joshua got me a great deal on my trade-in which sealed the deal. On top of that, after driving 2 hours to get to the dealership, I realized I forgot my pink slip at home. They sent me a prepaid FedEx envelope to send it back to them hassle-free! Car buying can be a nerve-racking experience, but the McKenna team made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and confident I made the right decision. Ben made my first car-buying experience such a smooth and positive one. He was friendly, honest, and never pressured us into anything. He took the time to answer all of our questions -- even after the sale -- and was always accommodating with our busy schedules. Despite how busy the dealership was, Ben stayed intentional and attentive throughout the entire process. He even went out of his way to give me a gift certificate for their gift shop, which was such a thoughtful touch -- I got a cute Audi keychain and cup! I just had thoroughly pleasant and amazing experience at McKenna Audi, and I can't thank the team enough! The dealer was close and I figured, what the heck, even though Audi was not on my bingo card. After two weeks of searching and feeling frustrated with other dealerships, I finally found my place. Yoshin, my salesperson, was amazing! I reached out via internet inquiry and she reached out so we scheduled time to meet. She was super friendly and made the whole process feel easy. Dalius, the GM, really went above and beyond with the numbers to make sure everything worked out for us. It was clear he was committed to getting us the best deal possible, and I really appreciated all the effort and time he put into dealing with us! I didn't feel like we were valued even though we were negotiating. While there wasn't an official first responder discount, Dalius and my husband had a great discussion, showing just how much they support the community. It was cool to see that connection with both Dalius and Yoshin! So this is my first electric car, the A6 Quattro, and they made sure I left the lot feeling completely assured and excited about my purchase. Also, Stonewood Mall is across the way too. The had coffee and snacks, I loved that they had Kirkland coffee pods, oh heck yea. The waiting area is not huge but enough. Jay was very knowledgeable and helpful; I overheard him helping people out. As far as value, I felt I got a good value, as I was shopping around. I was given a time estimate, and a time estimate if I wanted additional service and they were very good about meeting that. When I pointed out the banner at their shop that says "Free Brake Inspection" and their website which states Free Brake Inspection, he retorted that their website also states they do free smog checks, but he states they do not even do smog. (When relooking at their website, they do not mention free smog anyways.) Lorenzo stated the brake inspections were not free and the website got it wrong. When I asked him for the person in charge he stated Erika and Ezekiel were in the parts dept. It is a shame Lorenzo was the only advisor handling a long line at check in. He stated Corporate was aware of the brake inspection charge discrepancy. If they are aware and he is aware, why try to charge a customer for a "Free" brake inspection? After leaving our car here, we heard the next day of a list of repairs needed. Lorenzo stated they believed our brake caliper was seized but could not confirm it. He attempted to charge us an additional $289.47 for the brake caliper service and $152.10 for the brake fluid service in addition to the brakes and rotor replacement service charge we were expecting. The issue is that when we asked Lorenzo if he could confirm if the brake caliper was truly needed to be replaced, he could just say he highly suggests replacing it. From the beginning, this place was trying to scam. I reached out to Alex's Auto Repair in Cypress, who confirmed they could verify if the brake caliper would be needed. Alex's Auto Repair stated there would be no need to waste extra money if he could confirm the issue. Alex's Auto Repair serviced us, and simply lubricated our caliper without us needing to pay over $800 for the whole brake service like Downey Care Care was quoting us. Alex's Auto Repair took the time to verify the issue, charging us less than half of what Downey Care Care center wanted to charge. My issue with this location is they would have happily overcharged us for a service that was not needed. Take your car to Alex's Auto Repair, save your time and money. While Downey Care Care Center was busy playing around, we had to spend extra time and money booking a rental car. (Photo on the left is from Alex's Auto Repair who took the time to verify the concern and lubricate our caliper. The photo on the right includes one page of many pages of services recommended by Downey Care Center including replacing the brake caliper and fluid exchange had we chosen to go that route.) Makes me question if the remaining suggested repairs (not all pictured below) by Downey Care Care Center were even necessary.

My dad was present while Cesar worked on my car, and my dad gave me such a glowing review of how Cesar worked. My dad has not been able to stop talking about how Cesar did an amazing job on my car, how clean he works, how he keeps his tools, and his communication. My dad was so impressed with the quality of work Cesar provided on my car that he decided to get a quote for replacing his rotors. When Ceasr finished on my car, he let me know that my brake fluid was not in good condition. He drained my brake fluid and replaced it with new fluid. He explained to me in detail that brake fluid should not be topped off. I had no idea, and apparently, my dad didn't know either, and we had topped it off because it was low. Now, I know, for future reference, that when it's low, I should replace my brakes. I appreciate the work that Cesar did on my car and his communication. I will absolutely use his service again and recommend him to friends and family.

Neither the remote control nor the power button could open it. Other shops suggested the problem might be with the shocks, motors, electrical wiring, or a combination of these. However, Zeph referred me to the relevant pages in the owner's manual that explained how to turn the PBD on if it was off. By following these instructions, I activated the PBD and was able to open the trunk using both the remote and the power button. My experience as a client was excellent--not only due to the technician's expertise, but also because of their customer-focused approach in helping to find solutions. On Monday it was not ready. On Tuesday it was still not ready. He said if we didn't like his business then we can pick up the deposit and must bring the original receipt. On Wednesday my daughter and her grandfather went to get the deposit back but he refused. He became aggressive and used vulgar language. My daughter then called Downey PD and the officer came out but said he couldn't force Greg to give back the deposit. Greg then tried to talk my daughter into getting a different, more expensive car. Every car he was trying to push on her had some issue that needed fixing. None of the cars he was presenting to her were ready to be sold or test driven! At this point she called me and explained what was going on. I immediately went over there. At first Greg was trying to come off as being nice but he switched up real quick when he was called out on his lies. When I asked why he is not giving back the deposit, he said because my daughter called the police. I told him bottom line we just came to get the deposit back like he said he would give it back the day before. Greg became aggressive once again. He yelled at me, threatened to physically "throw me away" because I was "provoking him." Again, I stated we just wanted the deposit back and did not want to do business with him. He said he did not want us leaving a bad review and how he sued people in the past for writing bad reviews on Yelp and won millions of dollars. He said he would give us back some of the deposit only if we signed a hand written contract saying we would not write a negative review and if we or anyone else we know were to write a bad review he would sue my 18 year old for $15,000. We did not sign anything and lost out on $500 dollars, therefore, do NOT recommend doing business with Sidney Auto Sales based on our terrible experience. And Greg, I know you are going to read this.....It is NOT illegal to leave a honest, negative review of a business, as consumers are protected by free speech and the Consumer Review Fairness Act (CRFA). We, as consumers have the right to share honest, firsthand experience, even if it is critical. If you are worried about negative reviews written about you and how you do business then you NEED to do better.

He did warn me that it could be a little wait due to high volume of clients. I ended up going with a muffler delete and replaced my suspension with coil overs. Yen took care of the muffler delete and Lee and two other very helpful gentlemen took care of my coil overs. I have to say I am very satisfied with the quality of work for the value. They quoted me way under anyone else that I had called prior to going with them. I will recommend A-1 Muffler Express to all of my friends and family. They all make you feel that you're part of the family. They offered me coffee and cold water while I waited for my car to be done. One thing to remember, they are experts in mufflers, exhaust systems, and not any other type of work. But it never hurts to ask if they can do it for you!

The gentleman on the phone said the transmission fluid is for life unless I'm towing or carrying heavy loads. When I questioned why I see that it's recommended online he says that dealers will recommend this service all day but if you check the Toyota maintenance manual it says you don't need it. Man! I haven't even been to this shop yet and I'm already getting a good feeling about this place. It's a bit more expensive for an oil change than other places that have quoted me, but I like that they use factory parts including Toyota oil filters. I'll update this review once I get the car in for my first visit. Stay tuned.... 6/29/26 - Brought my Sienna in for an oil change + complimentary 30-point inspection (since it was my first time there). Jared took the van for a spin, brought it back and lifted it up. They found a little oil seepage coming out of the transfer case. I let them know that I did see a transfer case drain/fill on the CarFax report before I bought it. Jared thinks they just didn't torque it properly so they were going to retorque and clean up around the area and keep an eye on it. Worst case scenario, they would need to order a new drain plug gasket and I'd have to come back to get it replaced. Thankfully, the drain plug just needed to get tightened. I was in and out in almost exactly an hour just as Robert promised. Thanks The Toy Shop team!! Pro Tip: they are booked out at least a week in advanced so make your appointment ASAP!

I normally do not write bad reviews, but this is a case that I just felt compelled, especially after reading other reviews here and a few other sites. We have used McKenna Audi off and on for several years, mainly due to having a good friend that worked for McKenna Porsche. When they are "on", the service is outstanding and both Dan and Dave are great guys. I have gone there totally because I like the guys in service and am willing to put up with a few issues from time to time. What has lacked in completeness has been made up by enthusiasm and effort to correct the issue by both Dan and David. As I previously stated, they really are nice guys and are easy to deal with. But on my last visit, someone changed my license plate frames (from a competitor Audi dealership) to theirs without asking or advising. When I called the service advisor to ask why this was done, they apologized and said it is Danny McKenna's policy to do this to every car that comes there. He could tell I was pissed and said he thought my reaction was somewhat ridiculous, but if I wanted to come back they would put the originals back on for me. Ridiculous or not, it is MY CAR, not theirs, to decide what license plate frames I want on it or if I even want one at all. My car should leave the dealer exactly as it came in other than having the service or repair completed. I already have requested that they not wash it because I end up having to take it to the local car wash to get it rewashed due them doing such a lousy job. So here's where it really gets ugly; a few days later Danny McKenna calls, acting as if I should be thrilled that he was willing to even call me. I wasn't impressed. It's what he should do and for him to act like he was doing me a favor made it all the worse. I'm busy too, so I get it. but your customers are why you have a job and it may do him good to realize his customers are what keep him in business. He told me the changing of license plate frames "is a silly little game we play here and all dealers do it". Really Danny? I've owned cars for many years and never has a dealer changed out a competitor's license plate frame or any plate frame. He went on and on about how he just can't fathom how I would come there for service but not want to advertise for him. I let him know I had a personal relationship with the competitor and also had two friends that work there. He asked why I didn't purchase my car from him (McKenna) in the first place. The answer was simple - no one ever returned my calls (I called twice and left messages both times. , and even sent an email to Danny McKenna) when I was in the market. Not sure what else he wanted me to do. So I called my buddy who used to work there but is now over 2 hours away. He located what I wanted and I took delivery 2 days later. Danny fired right back with "Since you are such good friends with these people, then why don't you just take you car to one of them and don't come back here". Ok, fine by me. Glad to know business is so good for you that you can call a customer, act like a grade school girl, and try to antagonize an already pissed off customer. He did not even need to call me, especially with such a negative attitude. I let the service advisor know I was unhappy, he apologized, and I thought we were done. Apparently Danny McKenna's ego got bruised and he felt the need to put me in my place, I suppose. He did all he could to antagonize in an effort to get me to yell back at him. I had to remind him twice that he was being irrational and that he has much more serious issues if he gets this upset over a license plate frame and an irritated customer (make that previous customer). Fortunately, he's not the only Audi dealer in my area and I'm sure one of the others will welcome the newly gained business thanks to Danny McKenna. I'll be sure to let them know who sent me there. :) I will add that I contacted Audi North America and was assured that the "little game we play" is not part of Audi's customer service campaign. They were appalled that an Audi dealer would do this in the first place. In the big picture, the license plate frame switcheroo is not that big a deal. It is the outrageous behavior of Danny McKenna that prompted the one star rating and this review. He should have had the maturity to just leave well enough alone. smh read more

I won't be back. I brought my A6 in for service (oil change) since I was going to be visiting a friend that lives in Anaheim. It was convenient to just drop it off and have her meet me there and I could leave my car. When my husband got home, he noticed something odd - they had changed my license plate frames from Circle Audi (where we purchased my car) to one of theirs. I called to ask why this was done without my consent and was told "it is Mr. McKenna's policy that any car that comes in for service with someone else's frame on it gets changed to one of ours". Pretty nervy, in my opinion. Granted, it's just a license plate frame and I had no issue with the service, but will not be back. I think it's very presumptuous of them to pull a stunt like that, in fact I find it sleazy, for a lack of better words. We purchase our cars from Circle Porsche/Audi because my husband is friends with the Ernst family that owns the Circle dealership. If Mr. McKenna would like me to advertise for him, then I will be looking for my monthly check. lol In the meantime, I called Circle and they offered to change it back for me if I wanted to drive down (they thought it was childish and got a good laugh at McKenna for doing it in the first place) but I asked that they just mail me a new set and my husband can put them on. Maybe I will mail the McKenna frames back in little pieces to Mr. "Gall" McKenna. So yes, in the grand scheme, it's just a license plate frame. But I think it speaks volumes about the type of place McKenna is. And it's definitely a place I will not return to. Perhaps they are better suited to just be a used car lot. If you go there and you do not want to have your frames swapped out without your permission, pay attention when you get your car back or maybe you can have them make a note not to do it to begin with. Their attempt at free advertising for a car the didn't sell to begin with has cost them this customer. They guys at Circle said in the future they will come get my car if I don't want to drive to Long Beach. I appreciate the offer, but can easily go to the Audi dealership near my home. I took my Audi A4 to get the engine crank case valve, water pump, and radiator components fixed. When I came back to pick up my car I noticed that there were multiple BIG huge scratches around the car and particularly on the back bumper and hood on my car next to my Audi decal logo. These are deep scratches and it almost looked like someone tried to cover it up by adding more microscopic scratches on top. Or maybe they did it on purpose to increase the monetary value of a customer. This is very predatory service. My car was dropped off earlier in the week and I picked it up on Friday Friday at around 4:30pm just before they closed. I will be there Monday morning at 9am sharp to get this resolved and for them to pay for it in full. This is 100% BS. If they don't pay for it I will litigate the living cr**ap out of them. This is not cool at all. I spend $1900 to repair internal stuff and then you give me a car back with deep body scratches and more nonsense? This will easily cost more than $3,000 to fix. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR REPAIR. It's not worth the headache. How can you freaking do this to someone. Wtf? I rarely cry but this is just absurd. I demand that my car get fixed or I will sue with my legal team, file an insurance claim, and start a case with the Bureau of Automotive Repairs. I have never been the kind of person to leave negative reviews because I am sales rep myself and I understand brand integrity but this warrants it. This is 100% unacceptable. I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent experience I had with your sales team. I was particularly interested in a promotional deal on the Audi Q4 E-tron and contacted Kyros Chang, a salesperson at your dealership. Mr. Chang initially presented himself as knowledgeable and in full control of the situation. However, this interaction marked the beginning of a frustrating ordeal. I scheduled an appointment and visited the dealership with my pregnant wife, only to be informed by Mr. Chang upon our arrival that the deal was no longer available. Despite his repeated assurances that he would take full responsibility and his claim of having completed over 300 transactions at McKenna, there was no effort made to honor the original deal or provide a satisfactory resolution. Consequently, we left the dealership feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated. To add to this unfortunate experience, I received a text message this morning from someone claiming to be your General Manager, Dalius, inquiring about our visit. I replied honestly, stating that our experience was terrible. However, the response I received came from Mr. Chang himself, which raises serious concerns about professionalism and integrity within your sales team. It is highly inappropriate for a salesperson to impersonate a general manager. I have attached a screenshot of the text message exchange for your reference. I hope you will address these issues promptly and ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future. read more

I ONLY WROTE 4 review ever on Yelp and always a positive one. However, I am compelled to write this review to warn others of the sleazy business practice by MCKENNA... I previously leased my 4 Audis with RUSNAK and was always a happy customer and took their service for granted. Sadly, the one time I leased it with McKenna, I get screwed. I decided to lease my Q5 in 2016 because they had the car I wanted, a dark blue exterior with a tan interior. I don't like black leather interior and unfortunately, I couldn't wait for Rusnak to order it for me. Mckenna, totally screwed me on my maintenance service package. They did not include it on my contract so now, I now, I have to pay for my maintenance services out of my pocket!!! This is outrageous and sleezy way of doing business! This should have been DISCLOSED to me by the salesperson and the closer!!! BUT THEY DIDN'T. Which reputable dealership does this? Definetely not MCKENNA. When was 10,000 miles service was due, McKenna breaks it to me that I have to pay out of pocket. went into to Rusnak and got it service for free! They did this for me despite the fact the I cheated on them and leased this car elsewhere. This is good business and a class act. They see long term and see you as customer for life and not short-sighted as like Mckenna. I now learned my lesson. My loyalty is with Rusnak. They take care of me. I don't have to second guess them. DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE WITH MCKENNA OR THEY WILL FIND A WAY TO SCREW YOU. read more

I just bought my first Audi Q3. I started out looking online and contacted somebody via their website. I was contacted by Rachel. I had numerous questions about the Audi's and she was very kind, as well as quick to answer all of my questions. Needless to say she helped me through the financing all via email and their website in the comfort of my own home, which really helped me because I am such a busy person! After I got approved I headed to the dealership where I met with her partner Brian. When I arrived to the dealership, Brian came right up with my car. He spent a lot of time explaining all of the numerous details about the car to me and we went for a couple of test drives. I ended up in finance with Pablo and he was amazing as well!!! He did such a professional and a very thorough job explaining all the paperwork and what I was signing. During the entire experience they all kept checking on me and my family, asking if we needed anything at all and letting us know step by step what they were doing and how long it would take. The experience with McKenna Audi was extremely professional and they really made me feel like I was a VIP. This review reflects a rating of several stars more than they deserve. I purchased a car that I absolutely love from there and at one time had okay service; however, the rudeness and arrogance of Danny McKenna will keep me away forever. On my last service visit, my front license plate frame was removed and replaced with a McKenna Audi one. My frame was not even from a competitor - it was from my university alma mater. This was done without my knowledge or approval. As soon as I discovered this (a few days later), I called to complain and to get an explanation. The service department said that this was routinely done as per instructions from Danny McKenna. Eventually, he called me to discuss the situation. He offered no apology, told me that I was being ridiculous, and that it is a game that all dealers play to advertise their businesses. Audi of North America says otherwise. They say that this is technically illegal (theft) and certainly unethical. I filed a formal complaint which Audi will have on hand for review when deciding whether or not to review their dealer agreements. Hopefully, they will replace this unethical dealership with one who is committed to customer service. read more

I recently purchased my first vehicle from McKenna Audi and I couldn't be happier. The experience from start to finish exceeded my expectations. My sales associate Allen was wonderful to work with. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. Additionally, the sales manager Alex was exceptional and made sure all of our needs were met. Stephen, the finance manager took his time explaining every item to us and made sure we felt comfortable with the documents we were signing. Not once during the lengthy process did we feel pressured or feel like we were being rushed to make a decision. The reason we chose McKenna was because of the way they made us feel like part of their family. These guys treat you like anyone would like to be treated. They're all courteous, respectful and knowledgeable about their product. Overall, the team at McKenna Audi made us feel like valued customers rather than just a sales target. Their care and dedication to providing an excellent experience is evident in their attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond. Okay, I'm now on my third Audi, and I absolutely adore McKenna Audi and their entire team. Nearly four years ago, when I got my first Audi, Darius, the General Manager, greeted me with a warm welcome, saying, "Welcome, you're now part of the Audi Family." And that "family" has never let me down. Every time I need service, I make sure to book with Allan. He's exceptional! He's always incredibly friendly, remembers me, and keeps me informed about the status of my car. And when I trade in, Darius goes above and beyond to ensure I get the best deal possible. Then there's Yoshin, my favorite salesperson ever. Over the years, she's never forgotten to send me a random message to say hello and check in on me. She even anticipates my service appointments and makes sure to be there to greet me with a smile! She even sets up water and snacks, which is a nice touch. She's truly a diamond! This time around, I also want to give a shoutout to Michael, the finance guy. He built a personal connection throughout the entire signing process. The staff, client advisor of this dealership is the worst that I have ever met. They don't know what is customer service. They don't know how to work and make a service. I was trying to buy 2023 Audi Q7 with my financial institution as I had approved vehicle loan and they were unable to make paperwork. They don't know how to give me buyers order or purchase contract to show my bank and bring them back the check. The client advisor Aaron Oliva with whom I had finalized the price was not at dealership when i went back to make paperwork. I called and text him several times that i will return back and will buy the car , i am on my way. He even didn't answer or called me back. That was awful. He even didn't call me to understand why i did not buy the car. So if you are real buyer don't waste your time and don't go this dealership. Even if they now call me back and give 50 percent discount I will never buy the car through that dealership. They even don't know what is listed in their website. Does the car has CPO warranty or not. They Don't know how to make service, to sell the cars and to make paperworks even if you are real buyer read more

My car buying experience at McKenna was brief, and this is exactly why it was so good. I had actually been dealing with another dealership for 2 months. They gave so many excuses, couldn't get me the price I wanted, and even asked for my credit information (which I gave to them). After they confirmed receipt of the credit application, they confessed they didn't even have the car we had been haggling about in their inventory! I was so pissed off that I called McKenna. Brittany picked up the phone, she got me the price that I wanted in under 5 minutes. I was a bit skeptical because I had just been lied to by the other dealership, so I asked her to send me the terms and car sticker by email. You can't imagine how dumb I felt after realizing there was no bullshit here, and that I had wasted so much time with the other guys. I sent her all my details in advance through a secured online form, made an appointment with her, showed up with the wife, and in around an hour we were out of there! By far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Thank you Brittany, and thank you McKenna. I'll see you guys again soon! read more

The best Christmas gift ever!!! Today my husband asked me to take a drive with him to Norwalk. After 40-minute drive, we arrived at McKenna Audi dealership in Norwalk. The first thing I saw was this brand new beautiful red Audi A5 Coupe-my Christmas present!!! And there was Michael Avila, my husband's "partner in crime", welcoming us with outstretched arms. I'd been wanting a red Audi A5 coupe for a while but could not find a red one in the Southland. I gave up looking for it. Fortunately, Michael had been working very hard with my husband, literally every day, for a month trying to locate a red Audi A5 coupe and managed to get it just in time for my Christmas. I'm so very touched by Michael's unrelenting efforts to solving problems and unwavering attention to servicing his clients. He made impossible possible. By far, the very best Dealership I have ever bought a vehicle from. Called ahead and spoke with a representative named Chris Blair, who was very helpful and in no way the, "eager salesman." When I arrived I was quickly greeted, and asked if I had any questions. I told the gentleman I was looking for Mark Gutierrez. (Chris had informed me of a family issue and excused his absence) The salesman quickly ran off to let Mark know I was there. Mark came back and executed my purchase perfectly. No questions asked, he starts the car and says lets take a quick drive. (why talk numbers if you haven't even started the car) The numbers "game" was cut and dry. I was already aware of the vehicles value and knew what kind of negotiating room there was. (He knew as well) We set the price and it was over. No B.S. No "plus tax" crap, etc. I will definitely be purchasing my next vehicle at McKenna, and would recommend them to anyone interested in buying a car. Thanks again Mark. read more

5/5 stars goes to Service adviser named Dan! Great service, explained everything that needed to be done, broke down costs, overall very helpful. I only rated 4/5 overall because of wait time and hounding salespeople. I dropped off my car at 7am for repair and scheduled a week earlier to get a courtesy vehicle. After I dropped it off, I still had to wait over 1.5 hours to get my courtesy car that I had reserved. I kept asking and they said there was no car available it was on its way. As I was waiting in the lobby I was approached by 4-5 sales people asking if I wanted to take a look at a car. I know it is their job but come on... They weren't obnoxious or overly pushy but just kept coming. Maybe it just bothered me because I wanted the rental so I could leave. The service and care made up for the wait. Car was cleaned. Got a phone call when they were finished with the car. Overall good experience. I will go back. I recommend you talk to Dan. read more

As a teacher I never dreamed I would ever be able to own an Audi; however, Wyatt at McKenna Audi made my dreams come true and put me behind the wheel of a brand new A5 Sportsback loaded to the teeth. I am in love with my car and was very pleased with the care and hospitality provided by Wyatt and the team at McKenna Audi. I am also enjoying the unlimited free car wash service that keeps my car in top shape. They helped me in making my transition from my Lexus lease to my Audi very seamlessly and even gave me a ride from the Lexus dealer back to Audi with the paperwork ready for me to sign away. During the purchase inspection, they break a piece of the 2nd row AC control faceplate and don't put the flaps back properly in the trunk (which we can't put back without removing the second row chairs). Neither of which we realize til we get home. We take the car back and they fix the flaps but say they need to order a part for the face plate. Said they'll fill up the gas tank for the inconvenience. We make an appt to bring the car back once the part is at the dealer and show up for it only for them to say they're going to lunch and we should leave the car. Come back hours later to pick it up, and they "fill the tank up" with 1/8 tank of gas. I've never posted a poor review on Yelp figuring that if I have a bad experience, I should cut the business some slack. Seems like this place really doesn't care to honor their word or their appointments. I do not recommend buying or servicing a car here. read more

I visited McKenna Audi to test drive an A3 or A4 to compare with other brands; almost immediately, Arsen Babaianvan came out to greet me and offered his service. Thanks to this young gentleman, I bought an A3 2.0T QUAT. Arsen listened to my needs and satisfied me with his knowledge on both models, he was patient and extremely helpful to guide me through with the comparison, he tried hard to work with me on the final figure, we got a deal and I am happy with this A3. His customer service is outstanding, he went extra mile to help me, he even came out to have the Homelink operated on my garage! I can't thank him enough as I would have a very tough time to program it to work. Arsen is the best salesperson in car deals throughout my experience with car purchases. He also is very pleasant to make a deal with, I wish him the very best in his career. read more
