The system went on line about 10 days ago and it's already covered me during 3 power outages! Because we rent our home out, making sure everything was done properly and efficiently was very important to us. Dave brought Mohamed Kastiro into the discussions, and Mohamed provided detailed drawings showing the proposed panel layout. We made a few tweaks along the way, and at no point did we ever feel like we were bothering them. In fact, the entire team made us feel welcome and supported throughout the process. The installation itself was fantastic. Every step of the project was clearly communicated, timelines were respected, and when the crew said they would arrive at a certain time, they did. We are currently awaiting final approval from Southern California Edison, and as of today's update, everything appears to be in order.
