On the evening of October 3rd, I was in the area to grab my elf bar. I was able to use it for the evening and most of the day yesterday. Once it died it would not hold charge. I went to the store first thing this morning and explained the situation. The chick behind the counter advised me because it's been 24 hours past she would not be able to refund or replace. I didn't even want a refund. I just wanted a product that worked correctly for the money I spent. She then made me purchase a new one. As someone who works in the credit card processing industry, it is a known fact that a consumer is able to dispute or chargeback a transaction if and when they are not satisfied with the service and/or are not receiving the product they paid for. This includes defective items. As a merchant, it is your responsibility to provide a service and product that is not defective. She argued with me abruptly and told me it was illegal which is 100% incorrect. After trying to explain it she got extremely defensive and told me to never step foot in the store again. My boyfriend and I have been coming here frequently for awhile for many items. Taking my business else where it totally fine.. but after the amount of money I have spent here, they could have done the right thing especially after selling me something defective. Replacing a 23 dollar product that was defective would have kept you a long term customer. Now you lose out on two customers and the charge from 10/3 as I did not keep the defective product and I was not provided a replacement for something I paid for with the expectation it would work properly.

i called in to see if they had dragon fruit flavors and the dude said yes. i was at a chinese restaurant nearby on springmountain road. as i entered every employee there who was not busy and were busy with other customers still greeted me hello and asked if i needed any help. the first guy who who assisted to my dragonfuit needs was the same guy who answered the phone. his name is ERIC. brah im from hawaii and this guy gave great customer service. i know it when i experience and see it. he knew exactly knew what i wanted and allowed to sample from my ecig mod and also allowed to try their mods to sample flavors. they also had deals that suggested and i took advantage of that. bcuz ejuice in oahu hawaii is a little pricey especially bcuz of the fact that they're premium juice but according to preference. juice here is little cheaper and the deals were mix and match to get them cheaper. i even asked him in particular what asian females request often and he recommended exactly what they were. i got mostly everything i wanted and needed. on checkout i also got an authentic atomizer which is not a replica, i asked if he would have chuff drip topcap and asked me to hold while he went to the back and cameback and gave me a used but still in great condition chuff stuff drip topcap for free!!! i didnt expect that to ever happen but i felt special. i dont want to feel special but i appreciated that he offered if i wanted it. i took it. it was for free and you cant often get around and expect that happening so often. YES i enjoyed my experience and YES i would recommend anyone to checkout this vape shop. i hope you will also have the same pleasurable experience as i have. aloha and mahalo! read more

Came in on 5/21 about 20 mins to close just looking to get some wick for my atomizer. Eric greeted me and helped get me set up, I was recommended a new a build that one of the guys in the store was currently using and decided to try it out. Increased vapor and flavor on my mod which was already performing excellently, Truvape helped take it to the next level. I also sampled around ten flavors at the juice bar with many good recommendations from the staff. Overall store was very clean and inviting, product displays were well organized and there were over 90 flavors to try. I went home with a 15ml of Blue Line by Long Beach Juice Supply ($12 for 15ml) and the new build ($7 for 5 feet of 26G wire and a good amount of cotton amd they will rebuild and rewick anytime for free if you just bring the materials back in with you which is convenient when not wanting to do it yourself) Thanks Eric and the Truvape team for good service and hospitality I will definitely be back. Stop by and check this shop out it is one the better vape shops in town in my opinion. read more

First off let me say truvape is the best shop here in vegas !! Prices are really cheap compared to other shops all the workers here are dope they really know how to make you feel right at home as soon as I walk in they know what juice I want that just goes to show you that they pay attention to there customer witch is great the vibes in here are chilled and not to mention Friday and Saturday is always lit they close at 4am on those days and I always come to hang out and mess around with them and these a lot of people just hanging out playing PlayStation and Xbox !! Juice prices here is great you can get a 100ml for $30 that's a steal !! If your looking for a Vape shop or even a home shop then truvape is the one . Wish I could give TruVape 10 stars this shop is by far the best vape shop in town the vibes are always chilled and the crew really knows the meaning of customer service and hospitality ! Once I walk in they already have my banana toast crunch and strawberry rice crispy treats ready (must try ) shape is very Spacious and clean !! They always have the most recent hardware on the market not to mention there price is one of the cheapest in town they even carry a wide selection of premium ejuice for that low low . This is my first review on Yelp, so yay me! All celebrations aside, this business is fantastic. I went in and Adam was super helpful. As soon as I walked in he greeted me and immediately started to converse with me so that I could get the right product for me. He asked why I wanted to get a product, and he started to narrow it down to the perfect one for me. He was using the product recommended to me, helped me set it up, and I was in and out in about 20-30 minutes. He let me try many different liquids and he took what I said into consideration.
