It was a rainy, overcast day, and the unpaved parking lot was muddy and wet. There was a tarped area with picnic tables and benches, but we didn't want to stay and eat because of the flies. I think there would be feral chickens if it wasn't raining. We both ordered Steak Fried Rice ($18 cash only) from the cheerful, helpful man. The food came out really hot in the takeout container. Luckily, I had a towel so that my niece could hold our meals on her lap in the car without getting burned. The fragrance of the food was delicious! It was torture driving to Windward Mall! They have the freshest, yummilicious Acai Bowls. They come in 2 sizes, $6.50 snack size (6oz) and regular 12 Oz for $12.50 if your not a fan Acai, they have sorbet flavors coconut , Acai, strawberry and my favorite Mango. Aside from the usual sliced fruits there's a plethora of add-ons you can sprinkle on top of your bowl from Chia seeds to Caramel drizzle. Their on site schedule is on their website if you want to know where to catch them. If you happen to see one parked, I would definitely stop by and order one of their Acai Bowls, they're worth it & perfect on a hot island summer on day.
