Very friendly service guy, and he came out on the weekend to wire a 220 oven outlet. But he used…read morethe wrong sized wire, so I have to have another electrician tear his work out and re-wire it. I can't even use the oven; breaker won't handle the load. He didn't leave me an invoice, so I don't know exactly what he charged me for. Waste of $500. Just spoke to the installer, who took responsibility for his work. He is writing me an invoice, and refunding me $300, which is better than a complete loss, although I am still out $200 and another electrician will have to replace it all during an upcoming kitchen remodel (which is what prevents me from having the service man just re-do his work). So Jensen's Electric is showing integrity by taking responsibility.
