It was a newer car with about 6k mileage and was clean inside and out. It was an easy process, fill out paperwork at the counter and walk out a couple of hundred yards to the rental lot to get the car. I needed to extend the rental. It was handled quickly over the phone and they even changed it the lower weekly rate without my even asking. The agent was a very pleasant guy. After I dropped off the car I realized I had forgotten something at the place I had been staying. The agent had someone drive me round trip back to get my item at no extra charge. I of course tipped the driver. I would definitely rent from Windmill again.

Can't say enough good things about Harborview. Great location, right in town. They pick you up at the airport; stock your fridge with Cisco Brewery beer and wine; super new modern furniture with professional Bosch appliances. They have a small beach with adirondack chairs on the harbor and it is lovely to sit there and have some wine. Everything is within a short walking distance. The ticketing & bag check counters are there as you enter the main door. Turn left and it's a short distance to car rental desks. Turn right and you walk past the Island Grill and, then, the TSA screening area. Very compact. No shuttles, long walks to the gates, crowded TSA screening lines. Thus, the usual two-hours prior to domestic flights boarding times advice can be modified to about one hour. The major downside of sorts for those used to big metro area airports is the airport's schedules. The car rental counters close at six pm or earlier. (I couldn't find options for after hours car pickup although after hours returns are possible. Check with the airport's rental counters directly before booking online.) Airline ticket counters might closed except for about an hour or two before boarding. No continuous round the clock bustling. The airport accommodations are limited. Except for the Island Grill, vending machines are the only other food & beverage options. Plenty of seats for waiting.

Our plane was 4 hours late arriving after midnight on Sunday. David was right there in one of their wonderful cars . He was phenomenal and delivered us to the Cape at 2:30a.m. and was charming. He carried our bags inside for us, and he still had an hour+ ride to his home. I need to mention that we are elderly and should not have worried that someone would be there.
