My bestie and I needed a treat yourself kind of day for our friend date so I suggested trying out a head spa. It probably was the best decision we made together all year! I booked an appointment for two online on their website, which is hosted on Fresha.com, and very easy to select the treatment you want and book online. I booked us the Deluxe Pampering Scalp and Facial treatment for 75 minutes, but after a thorough exam of both our heads under their digital scalp microscope, our specialists recommended the 90 minute Premium Special Treatment and Facial. I've known my scalp had its issues before coming here, like crazy dandruff, and a mix of oily and dry scalp issues from all my time in the sun and not knowing how to take care of my hair and scalp. I was surprised to see a lot of redness on parts of my scalp, too, so I was happy to pay a little extra to do the Premium Treatment. My bestie had dry scalp as her issue, and our specialists, Nina and Sue, recommended and went over different products for us, catered to our unique scalp issues. They take the time to explain what each product does, and why they chose this product for us, which I really appreciated! The Premium Special Treatment and Facial was 90 minutes of full bliss. My bestie and I were sooooo relaxed and happy afterwards, and nearly fell asleep during our treatment because it was just so good. Now I zoned out from most of my treatment, but from what they told me, this treatment comes with the aromatherapy massage, a scalp scrub to exfoliate along with shampooing and massaging, hair mask, hair steaming, neck and shoulder massage, and a deep facial cleanse, and it ends with a Dyson Airwrap blow dry and style! Wow! When they say this treatment helps relieve tension, boost blood circulation, and relieve headache stress, they mean it. My bestie was so relaxed afterwards, I could feel her drifting off to sleep hahaha! I was, too. She is a curly hair girlie and her specialist, Sue, even took the time to ask her how she usually dries her hair to maintain its beautiful curls and styled it to her liking with the Dyson diffuser. After the treatment, my hair felt so smooth, it looked visibly healthier, and my dryness and red spots were ultimately gone. I know it's not a one-time-fix-all treatment, so I even took some products home. I love my at-home care products with a passion and have been implementing to my daily hair and scalp treatment routine as I really want to get rid of my redness and dandruff issue! We plan to go back every quarter of the year (4x a year) as a traditional "treat ourselves" day now. Our next booking is already on the calendars because we just loved our experience so much! I had such an amazing time here at TT Head Spa this past Friday! My mom, sisters and I all wanted a girl's day out to celebrate a graduation (yay!). We booked an appointment for 4 at 12:15 and as soon as we walked in, we were seated in the salon chairs immediately. The lady that was helping me first started by asking me some questions about my hair care routine. She then began to use a device that showed me a closer look at my scalp. I saw a bit of build up (gross), dryness, and sensitivity (I like washing my hair with hot water LOL). Afterwards, she went over the hair care products that she will be using on me based on my hair and scalp conditions. I was then brought to the room where I changed into the provided robe and the hair washing began. I think the total time that was spent on the hair washing was around 45 minutes. She washed my hair multiple times using a variety of products and also gave me a neck/shoulder massage. Afterwards, we went outside so that she could blow dry my hair and apply hair strengthening products. She then showed me another closer look at my scalp which seems to look a lot better than when I first came in. After I left, my hair felt so soft and smelled so good for the next few days. I think that TT Head Spa is a great place to visit if you want a little pampering day. It might be on the pricier side but I'm a big "treat yourself" girl LOL. I purchased the 60-minute Essential Head Spa Treatment for two, which included a neck, shoulder, head, and scalp massage. Booking was easy over the phone, though they do require a credit card to hold the appointment. We arrived on time, and I was helped by Nina, who started with a detailed scalp analysis using a camera to show the buildup, oil, and dry spots on my scalp. Afterward, she led me to the treatment area where I received a relaxing head, neck, and shoulder massages and paired with a soothing hair wash and conditioning. Post-wash, Nina performed another camera analysis, and sure enough, all the buildup and oil were gone. For the dry patches, she applied extra tonic to hydrate those areas. I expected a simple blow-dry afterward, but Nina went the extra mile and styled my hair with a Dyson Air Wrap, leaving it soft, curled, and fresh. My friend and I were looking for something relaxing to do in the area, so we thought we'd finally try out a head spa. We found TT Head Spa on Yelp late Friday night and were luckily able to book a group appointment for Saturday morning. We both chose the Let's Pamper You package which is 75 minutes for $150 and includes a scalp and hair treatment plus facial. This was the first time both of us had a scalp examination, but we knew what to expect from seeing various reels about the process. At the start of your appointment, they sit you down and examine your scalp with a camera and determine your scalp type. The specialist then walks you through the different products they will use on you, then you head to the back for the scalp scrub, head and neck massage, and facial. After the hair and facial treatments are complete, you head back to the chair to have your hair blow dried. They also give you the option to have your hair curled! I was shocked and honestly grossed out by the amount of buildup that I had on my scalp! The before and after scalp examination showed a huge difference. I left with my scalp feeling squeaky clean and my hair feeling much lighter. Having my hair curled with an air wrap was an extra nice touch that I was not expecting. Unfortunately I don't have any photos of the establishment itself, but my friend and I did take pictures of our cleaned and styled hair. The staff here is super sweet. I booked two 60 minute head spa treatments for my mom and I, and it was the perfect treat for my mom's birthday. My mom is typically not someone who treats herself to a massage or any other forms of self-care, but she thoroughly enjoyed this and was so thankful for this experience. She asked me if we can come back again soon, which we definitely will be returning customers! The customer service here is excellent and the treatment is amazing. The facility is brand new and super clean. They started us with a scalp analysis, followed by a 60 minute treatment. They did another analysis afterwards to visually inspect the scalp to see the noticeable difference. They also blow dried and styled our hair which took about 30 minutes. Although we only paid for a "60 minute session", we were being pampered for at least an hour and a half. This experience was SO worth it and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for self-care (or looking to gift someone a self-care experience). My new favorite head spa place My hair and scalp have been begging for a reset. I knew it was both dry and oily to the point where I needed professional help to restore it. I've been to another head spa last year, but this one exceeds that place like 100x and similar in price. I originally booked an appointment for the 60 minute scalp and hair treatment. After the analysis it was recommended to do the exclusive oil / dandruff/ hair loss 75 minute treatment. The treatment itself was amazing. I love how all the mix of Korean and Japanese products that were used in the treatment was displayed and also explained in the beginning. She kindly told me that they were all available for purchase but never pressured me to buy it. This was all while I was getting a fun steam and then after went to the wash part. The whole process was super relaxing and I didn't expect to have my hair curled with a Dyson air wrap! I'm not usually in this area but was meeting my sister in that area to celebrate her bday and wanted to pamper her. She's never been to a headspa so I booked us appointments as they had great reviews. When we arrived early, we told them we were early and would just relax/wait but they called the techs to tell them to come earlier, which was not necessary but nice of them to do so. The place looked clean and smelled nice. The actual scalp analysis was weird to me, it was my first time getting a review and honestly I didn't know what I was looking at and some of it sounded fishy, like she was talking about my dandruff but I don't get dandruff but ok maybe it's at a microscopic level. The headspa part was great, very relaxing and as expected. It was a pleasant surprise that they dried/styled your hair. In other places they only dry it partially unless you paid extra. At the end, they were being pretty sales-y. I did give in and buy shampoo because I was running low and I did like what they used, however, I didn't think to ask about the price and after I paid, I realized it was way more than I would've wanted to pay. I booked my appointment the same day and was excited they were able to fit me in, always love a last-minute pick-me-up. I had seen TT Head Spa pop up on TikTok a few times, but honestly, the videos seemed a bit too overly positive, like the creators were probably getting something in return. So I was curious to try it out for myself. When I called to book, I was told there would be a 10% discount for first-time customers, which I really appreciated. But when it came time to pay, the employees wouldn't honor it. I did not throw a fit about it since it wouldn't make a huge difference but it definetly left a weird note at the end of the experience. When I got there, I was a little early and sat in the front area. The spa felt clean and bright, and the overall vibe was pretty calm. While I was waiting, I noticed the two ladies working were trying really hard to sell their hair products to the clients before me. Parking: Easy large lot with large parking spaces. This is my first time doing a scalp analysis courtesy of my girlfriend. The staff is very welcoming and kind although there is a bit of a language barrier the energy is there and the atmosphere was very good. Got the 90? minute treatment and man I was surprised. My scalp was relatively healthy, just clogged pores but not an overabundance of oiliness and no dryness. It's crazy how much more healthy my scalp felt. They show you the products they will use on your hair and give you a run down of the process. My girlfriend and I had different products lined up. My favourite part was the actual shampooing and exfoliation. They do a really good job of getting the products onto your head despite all the hair I had. I was skeptical of the products especially since they cost so much but in the end I ended up purchasing what I liked the most and what I thought would be easiest to maintain. No way I could do 90 minutes of treatment of myself. I'm following up almost a week after my analysis while I've used their products and my scalp and hair still feel just as healthy. First time trying out a head spa!! The spa is located in a plaza with plenty of parking. My daughter booked my appointment as a bday gift, she said it was easy and availability was flexible. The spa was very welcoming with great lighting and nice decor. It looked clean. I was greeted and seated. I was offered water and/or tea A machine was used to diagnose what kind of scalp and treatment was needed: I was told what products were going to be used on my hair/head. We then went to the washing stations (if you've had a massage before, same visual just different service) it is a lineup of beds separated by curtains. I was asked to remove my top, and was given a cover (it was not a rope). And laid down for the magic to begin... I was relaxed by aromatic oil. My head, my face, neck and shoulders were massaged. My hair was cleansed and washed. A plus for me: *they were quiet during the wash making the whole experience zen; I fell asleep. My technician Kiko was lovely. No regrets, from the moment I walked in everyone was super friendly, and I was amazed by the whole experience. I booked an appointment online the week of and came in on a Wednesday afternoon. I had no issues with finding parking and upon walking in, my first impression of the facility was that it is very clean and feels zen. I was greeted by multiple people. Amy did my treatment and she was super helpful and nice. I have thick and long curly hair, and Amy did a great job! She explained a lot to me while showing me my scalp and I learned a fun fact that multiple hairs can grow out of a hair follicle, some of mine had 3-4 hairs per follicle, it was so cool to see! She then gave me her recommendation about treatment and suggested to skip the facial I had originally booked with my scalp treatment so she could spend more time on my scalp. I went with that and had no regrets! The setup they have is multiple head washing stations separated with curtains in a dark hallway. The beds are comfy with soft blankets. When looking up from the bed, I noticed the pretty light effects they had sprawled across their ceiling. It was very calming. Amy did a fantastic and thorough job of using treatment oil/serums on my scalp, massaging it and exfoliating it. Every inch of my head was taken care of and it felt so amazing and relaxing. Instead of a blowout, Amy put some product in my hair and blow dried the ends to keep my natural curls. Since the oils and dead skin had been cleared off so thoroughly, my head felt light and airy, very clean once done with everything. Do I take my slippers off?" - I felt kinda loss just like the other yelper that gave her review The massage was just ok, I wish he put more pressure on the face and I did have to move my head to the right and left side quite often to get the sides washed or the massage. The arm massage didn't really feel like anything since there was a towel placed over it. Just felt like I was being wiped on my arms. Johnny seems like a sweet guy, but it's also like an extension of the salon, and I wasn't used to the silence. LOL Products: The products seemed of good quality, my scalp def feels clean, it smells good too! I liked the product towards the end where it felt like it was cooling my head. So the service began, and each step was explained to me. It was quite educational with the ultrasound of my head and hair follicles. I learned about open and closed pores in the scalp. During the treatment I was so relaxed, and every step she told me what was being used and why. After the treatment we went to the styling chair. She apologized several times as she was blowing me dry. I told her I knew exactly what I had gotten myself into and it was fine. Sue confirmed my appointment at the time and discussed briefly all the amenities and treatments I would receive. This was my first time getting a head and scalp massage & it was an amazing experience. She thoroughly explained the several steps for the head and scalp treatment to getting my hair healthy again. My session was 90 minutes and so worth it. After my hair treatment, my hair was blow dried and curled. The products used were fragrant free. I booked the "My Special Treat Deal! (90 mins)" a month out for a weekday afternoon, with Christina Sun. My friend booked the same treatment with me. We got 20% off for being first time customers, so it was quite nice. The experience was so fun! We went to Universals the day before so we washed our greasy sweaty hair the night before, and the ladies told us we should have left it! Regardless, they used the hair cam and showed us how sunburnt our scalps were and all the residue we had.... It was so relaxing. I fell asleep. I never felt more relaxed and the after.... WOW! SO CLEAN. I recommend everyone to try it at least once! They even styled my hair with the Dyson Airwrap and I was impressed how long my curls lasted.
