The owner is incredibly kind and the drinks are AMAZING. I always get the slush (you can do with or without boba) and it's so good. The decor is also very cute. Highly recommend!

Small owned and AUTHENTIC drinks!!! If you're looking to try boba OUT OF THIS WORLD!! I've sincerely never tried it that good and the owner did share its "grandma" recipe! The best!!!

Stands for "Tasty Tea" or "Tepid Tapioca", or perhaps "Tremendous T***ies" depending who I come here with. I was wrong about this place. It turns out they actually have the best bubble tea in the Richmond area - which honestly isn't saying very much considering the standard around here - but it's still pretty damn good and service is really nice as well. Come and give them a try if you like Boba, because you might be thrilled by their milk tea and turned on by their lemon black tea like I was. So they sometimes aren't open when they should be, but your mother is always open so there's that. But really, I wonder what TT stands for. Totally Tubular? Tasty Tea? Tittilating Treats? Tushy Tasting? Oh wait, the last one is something else never mind.

Where was this when I was here for school? Glad I was able to stopped by. I got the mango tea with bubbles and it tasted pretty good. Definitely will try again when in the area.

I came down to Richmond along with my mom to help my sister and her boyfriend move into an apt for school this year. So this place is close to where she will be living and I decided to try it because I love boba (most the reviews were very good, so I had to try it). In my honest opinion after boba became mainstream the quality at some places like Kung fu tea, Kokee tea or anyone of these chain boba places has went down a lot. So it's hard to find good boba, unless you know someone or take a chance like I did. I got the taro slushie with boba and it was pretty dang good. I love taro to begin with but making it as a slushie is some next level stuff. Especially with Virginia hot and muggy one-minute to raining the next weather. At other boba places when they add ice to it (sometimes too much) It gets watered down if you don't drink it right away. With the slush version there's no need to worry about it being watered down and it's just as delicious when it melts. If you're in the Richmond-VCU area I would definitely recommend this place because it's a cute little space for you to hang out during classes and enjoy some delicious milk teas. I'm kinda jealous they don't have this in NoVA or Blacksburg.

We waited 50 minutes in the store for bubble tea and our order was wrong. there potatoes were amazing though and i also liked there french fries.

The service was excellent, but the bubble tea was lackluster. The boba was tough and had very little flavor, and the tea itself didn't pack much of a punch. There wasn't anywhere to sit, and the atmosphere was not very inviting. However, the store is very close to VCUs campus, so it is convenient if you're looking for a quick pick me up!

For the past 8 years that I've lived in Richmond, TT Lounge was one of the only bubble tea places here. A couple places have come and gone. I've recently tried the newer chain bubble tea places, but am still never happy. TT Lounge has always been my favorite. I love their vast selection of teas and slushes. You can combine flavors, make milk teas into slushes, or any other combination. The staff is very accommodating. They can be a little rude at times, but I just think they're more straight forward, so I don't mind it. My favorite things here are -Thai Tea slush -mango slush -royal milk tea, -and my boyfriend's favorite Strawberry mango slush. We get all of these with boba (tapioca balls). Of any bubble tea place i've ever tried, the boba here is my favorite with consistency and flavor.

Tarp Boba! First time getting boba and I love boba now! Its delicious and sweet definitely worth it!

The drink was delicious! it was my first time getting boba and being at this place so it was a great experience. I was with my friends and most of us never been there so we told the owner we're new to this place so he was telling us about his business and giving us information about boba and the tapioca before we ordered so we know what we are gettin. He gave me and my friend samples before we actually bought the drinks which I thought was really considerate of him so if we didn't like the drinks we wouldn't have waisted our money. So the samples were really helpful I got Taro boba because it was popular and it looked good and it was really good it has like this vanilla taste to it and it's really sweet for all those sweet lovers like me! This experience was a 10/10 the area is very comfortable and feels like home which is also nice! Would definitely go again, If you go here you'll love it!

That employee also completely ignored me, despite the fact that I was clearly standing there waiting to be helped. I was there to pick up a DoorDash order for someone else, but based on the way I was treated, I can guarantee you I will not be choosing to spend my own money at this establishment. I ultimately had to ask another customer who was standing in line if they knew where to pick up a DoorDash order. The entire experience was incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. A simple acknowledgment or, at the very least, "We'll be with you in a moment" would have made a huge difference.

I settled on the pistachio cream filled pecan pastry, the almond twist, and strawberry shortcake. The beverage menu was extensive: matcha, flavored teas, cocoa, espresso/coffee, and more. We were greeted by pleasant staff at checkout and our orders placed in a parchment type bag for take out. They also have seating inside. The pastries were just sweet enough without being overly sweet, which I like. The pistachio cream was a perfect compliment to the pecan encrusted pastry. The almond twist was both flaky and crunchy with the sliced almonds on top, and the strawberry shortcake had layers of real strawberries, whipped topping and yellow cake that was moist. All were fresh. All in all, a great place to stop by for a morning pastry treat and tea/coffee while in the area,

It is fast casual - you order at the kiosk and grab a place to eat, listening for your number and/or text to alert you the food is ready. We arrived about 6pm on a Saturday night. It was busy and I grabbed one of the last two tables. It got very busy shortly after we placed our orders. The dining area is pretty big with plenty of bar seating around the windows. While we all ordered one after the other, our food didn't come out that way. Most of the food came out in about 25-30 minutes. The chicken was cooked perfectly. Juicy! Two people got tenders and three of us got sandwiches. The OG sandwich was very good, just messy! I ended up using a fork and knife bc it got too messy. The Mac and cheese was made with pimento cheese and was very good. My friend who got the fried green tomatoes said they were delicious and filling. Lots of goodies on top. Two friends enjoyed the collards. The only person who was underwhelmed was the person who got the Asian sandwich. Overall, if I wanted a good chicken sandwich and a Buttermilk and Honey was nearby, I'd place an order.

When I explained that I needed to use the restroom before ordering, I was told I should have used the other entrance -- despite the fact that the door I was directed toward had a clearly posted sign saying "Please Use Other Door." The entire interaction was humiliating and completely unnecessary. No customer, especially a mother carrying a baby, should be publicly shamed over something so minor and confusing. To make matters worse, the bathroom itself was filthy. Even if I had attempted to change my daughter on the floor due to the lack of a changing station, it would have felt unsanitary and unsafe. Businesses love to say they support women and families, but too often mothers are treated like an inconvenience the moment they actually need basic accommodation and decency.
