We had a somewhat time sensitive plumbing issue dealing with water pressure and I found Tim on Nextdoor. I called and spoke with Jade who had Tim call me back within the hour. I sent pics and explained the situation Tim gave me a good estimate over the phone and from the conversation I felt comfortable to commit. Tim said he'd show up at 9 the next day and perfectly on time he arrived Covid ready and did the work. Tim also noticed that the shutoff valve was installed incorrectly and while it wasn't critical to fix he offered to handle at the same time. Overall I am very happy with the responsiveness and quality of work Tim did. He gave me a 90 day warranty on the work but said if anything goes wrong after to give him a call. This review has been long overdue. I called Tim few months ago as I suspected a water leak. He was able to come the same day and found a cracked ptrap pipe for one of my showers. He was able to get the part and come the next day to fix it. Tim does a great job explaining what the issue is, what he will do to fix the issue and gives a very reasonable price as well. You can tell Tim and his crew take great pride in their work. After being really satisfied with the work that was done I called Tim back about a month ago when I experience a drippy sink faucet and he was able to come the next day and get it taken care of. When he came for checkup, he did a thorough check up and concluded that it's probably the caulking around the tub as he didn't see any leakage when we ran shower for a while in his presence. Our toilet was clogged again. It was a Sunday night when I reached out to TTL via text, but Jade was prompt in replying. She worked with me to get a convenient time. The day of the service, Tim arrived early and within a few minutes determined that the flapper wasn't letting all the water out of the tank. He unclogged the toilet and adjusted the flapper so it would allow all the water out of the tank before closing. He explained that this should create more siphonic pressure to get a stronger flush. I appreciated that he took the time to explain the fix to me. After he saw what was needed, he even charged me less than what was originally quoted. I really appreciate this integrity. If you want to work with someone that you can halve full trust in, I highly recommend Tim & Jade with TTL Plumbing. They also take payments via Zelle, which is very convenient. We had a clogged sink and no hot water on a Saturday morning. We called around to 4 different plumbers and they were either busy or wanted to schedule for the next day, but it was our kitchen sink and we cook a lot and needed to take hot showers, so we couldn't wait!! A man name Tim answered on the 1st call and said he can be there around 3-4pm. When he came to the house, he was wearing protective gear, mask, goggles & gloves. I felt quite comfortable to let him in the house. He got the sink job done quickly and efficiently. Now for the cold water, he looked at our water heater & being that it was 10 yrs old, it needed to be replaced. He said he'll have to go get it & asked if we could wait another 2hrs. Well, of course!
