Honestly the food here is always great my rating is mainly based on the horrible customer service and the hour and 1/2 wait time to receive my order! It's literally so unbelievable that they allow lines to reach four or five people and they'll be sitting there counting a register and not take any orders. This review is for delivery and it was my first experience. I have not been there in person, but I was noooot feeling it. I got the Mozzarella cheese cachapa and the taqueyoyos. I eat here mostly when I'm working in the heights. The food is really good here and the place is clean. I love the cachapas here! The shredded chicken cachapa with everything on it is my favorite. The sweet corn cakes are amazing as the bread and the chicken is flavorful and cooked well. They have other street food and sandwiches here as well. The veggies on everything taste fresh. And the passion fruit juice here is good! The prices are average a sandwich here is about 7-8 dollars and the finger foods are between 1.50 - 2 dollars. This place is very small so I wouldnt recommend dining with a large group of people. Its more of a dine in because I can't wait to eat my food kind of place. The service is not bad here for the most part its just ordering your food then waiting. I never had anyone give me attitude or bad service. So to wrap this up, its a great place to eat some Venezuelan sandwiches and finger food in the heights. read more

I guess this is the former site of Cachapas Y Mas...although the banner still says go to the Cachapas Y Mas website as of August 6th. The food is still amazing though. We got the beef patacones (plaintain sandwich), two empanandas (beef/chicken) and the wonderfully sweet corncake shredded pork cachapas. The food was really excellent and the sauces that come with (a mayo-y white sauce and medium spicy red sauce) are both great to put on. The ambience is ok. This place is open late, so a great spot to get something to go. read more

I ordered from this place a few times because it's close to work. Tried their pernil cachapa, and it came really fast-so I'm happy with their delivery service. The pernil was a little cold, and the cachapa itself was missing flavor. I ordered a Tamarindo drink and it tasted like it was outdated. I have made tamarindo, and it should not taste rancid. I was disappointed in having paid $2 for a drink and then had to throw it out. I have had better in other places. Overall it's decent for $8.00 but I would not order their fresh waters again. read more

I LOVE this place. Right down the block from my house. The staff is very friendly. The food is great! My only thing is the increase of prices. When I first started coming here, a yoyo (my favorite thing on the menu) used to be $5. Now it's gone up to $6.25, in a matter of a year and a half. They have gained a lot of popularity which explains the price increase. However, I've been coming less ever since because of this. Still doesn't take away the fact that it's great tasting food. Showed up at this place at 10:50am; as per their online page, the store opens at 10:45am. The rude attendant saw us at the door, didn't bother to acknowledge us, and proceeded to ignore her customers. We assumed the place would open at 11:00am. About 10 customers passed by all who were forced to leave, once more, because of the lack of customer service. They finally let us in at 11:10am. We were waiting for the "we're sorry" or "just to clarify we open at x time". None of that happened, instead we were greeted once more by the rude attendant who clearly did not arrive to work on time to get her job done.Do better!! The food here is great but service outweighs everything. Will not be returning. As a Hispanic woman this explains to me why our local businesses are quickly being replaced. This place has amazing food. It's open 24 hours a day and the people on the phone are great and bilingual! You can also order the food online and everything tastes freshly made. Food is very good when you order in store because you're watching them do your food with your specifications but horrible customer service ordering on the phone. Lady doesn't know how to take a order. Food was deliver with no sauce or hot sauce on the side or even napkins. I called back and she wanted to go back forth that I didn't tell her about the sauces instead of accommodating me she said " oh what do u want me to do". The new overweight girl with long hair that works after 12am she has an attitude problem.. she doesnt have patience for people who go in after midnight shes telling people to shut up and keep it quiet, this is the heights not some fancy restaurant so be ready for dominicans to be loud. If im paying for a service DO NOT TELL ME TO SHUT UP she shouldnt work the night shift or at this place at all this is a very nice place and shes just ruining the environment. I don't ever write reviews but this place made me do it, this place has disappointed me more than once! One day i called to order for pick up and the girl said it will be ready in 5 minutes, i get there 10 minutes later and it wasnt ready. fine. then she tells me the cook wasnt there ?!!! She said to give him five minutes, 10 minutes later he never came and i just gave up. and the last time i ordered which will be my last time ever ordering there, i ordered through seamless, the wait said an hour. fine. the order came TWO hours later! then guess what, when the food gets there there juice spilled in the bag and alll over my food and the delivery guy had the AUDACITY to pass me the food like are you okkay in the head. Then when i call to complain they don't do anything about it what so ever, the manager was no help as well. So if i tell you about the managers customer service skill we'll be here forever.
