I've now been here multiple times and every single time, the food and the service has been amazing. They have changed the menu recently but my favorites are still on it. Their sandwiches are bomb. The French dip is super tasty, as is the club. My hubby had the spicy Italian sub and loved it. I'm surprised more people don't come here, to be honest.

Absolutely great service, friendly people. I always come back for the Totachos, it's the best mix of tater tots/nachos that I've ever had

I love this place! It's a clean, new space with a Dive-bar soul. Great cheesesteak sandwich! Bar tender Tony was expert. Good outdoor seating in their second floor porch. Great spot!

    Not you momma's club, good!!

4-stars because there was a quarter hotdog bun and other food scraps under our table left there by prior guests, but overall a nice little local place. My husband had the 'not your momma's club' that came with ham, bacon, turkey, and an aioli sauce. Really good. I had appetizer fried mozzarella patties. Didn't like the sauce and they are a bit thick in the breaded, but I love their unique shape and taste. Fries were crinkled and S&P'd, also good, but full. Overall, will be back. Thanks Tony, our server.

I am in love with this place! The upper deck is so cute and comfy. I've been coming here on Saturdays to study or get things done from my laptop. They have plug ins everywhere and fast WiFi. BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY, their food and drinks are amazing. None of the flavors used are basic salt and pepper style, everything has a special or unique thing thrown into it. Their happy hour is also awesome, if you love cheese I recommend the fried mozz. Or the wings with blackberry chipotle sauce.

    Nice big building

Shockingly disappointing! I used to love this place. I came…read morefor World Cup or other games and loved it. But this was BAD. I have PTSD and have a service dog who gives me deep pressure therapy if/when I have a panic attack (not that that's anyone's business). I have come in with my dog before and have had no issue. But today I came in, walked to the patio and sat down. I was asked if my dog was a service dog and what he is trained to perform (legally businesses are allowed to ask you this). I explained ^ and they said okay. During my lunch, the owner Greg came out twice to look at what was happening outside. The photo attached is what my dog was doing. The third time he came out, he immediately yelled at me. He told me my dog isn't a service dog, and that I was lying about his status. I tried to explain that TSA recognizes him, hotels recognize him, the continent of EUROPE recognized him when I traveled with him for 3 months last year. This has never happened before. I asked him calmly to please stop yelling and he said "You are looking at me and telling me, 'Greg, you're f****ing stupid!'" I told him I didn't think he was stupid and I wasn't lying about his status. He told me he would call the police. I said he can call them if he would like but he is a service dog and he isn't harming anyone. He then told me that service dogs don't get water while working. And since I asked for a cup of water for him, that proved he isn't a service dog. No water? For a dog? It was 90 degrees outside. Is this how you treat your staff? I understand not wanting pets in restaurants. But this was out completely out of hand. Other service dog owners would try to sue. I am not that committed to being right. I simply paid and left. But I'm seriously disappointed in this establishment and will be vocal about this going forward.

He gave us menus & said we could sit wherever we wanted, he showed us where their water station is in case we wanted water. Our server, Amber, came by & introduced herself and the bartender- I thought that was a nice touch to introduce the bartender. Having been a server for over 37 years, I really like it when staff work together & take care of each other! She asked if we wanted any beverages, my daughter ordered coffee & I said I was just going to grab a water- she said she would bring it to me. My daughter ordered corned beef hash & a gluten free english muffin- she was thrilled to have a gf option! I ordered the country benedict. Our food came out looking REALLY good, the potatoes were nice & golden brown. We both ordered our poached eggs medium & that is exactly how they came out. Everything was very delicious & the portions were large- we both need to-go boxes. The coffee was refilled 3 or 4 times without having to ask. They actually smoke their meats out on their patio which we thought was cool! The place was nice & clean, the staff was friendly & knowledgeable. Kudos to Amber, the bartender, & the chef! The only thing I didn't like was if you use a credit/debit card there is a fee. I very much recommend Three Mermaids!
