Somehow it took them an hour, even though I was the only one there. Then they told me I failed the inspection because all my tires are bad and I shouldn't be driving on them. They also said my suspension was about to break. They added, "Since you're already here, we can fix it for you," and quoted me around $2k. I left, went down the road, and got another inspection. It took just 12 minutes and I passed. They said my tires look basically new and there was nothing wrong with my suspension.

It turned out to be mostly physical issue and some electrical. For months we had trouble with the trunk lid popping open on our Honda Accord when we'd go over a…read morebump or railroad tracks, and it was difficult to get the trunk lid to stay latched. Finally we had to use a bungee cord to keep the trunk lid down. We took our car to Paul's Automotive and they were able to order and install a new latch and now we are happy to be able to use the trunk without fear of it popping open. Paul's Automotive is a place to go for a lot more than an oil change or a "Check Engine" light. They definitely can take care of all your car care needs!
