They are my go to place for all or my oil changes and scheduled maintenance checks. The staff is super friendly! Always upbeat and all smiles! You can call them or book online for services. They are super accommodating with your schedule. If you choose to drop off your car, they have a shuttle service to drop you off and pick you up when your car is ready. I normally schedule to wait and get my oil changed. They're quick and efficient and get you going fast so I never mind the wait. They will also rotate your tires for you, if you want, with your oil change. And there's also been times where they'll do a quick maintenance check with my oil change when I tell them I'm going on a long distance trip! They honestly treat you like family. Bryan working the counter quoted me about $1200 for the parts to be ordered and for labor. He said that I had shocks all the way around the Jeep. I said ok. I left a $600 deposit to have the parts ordered. When I came home, I doubled checked my research and noticed that I did in fact need Struts in the front of the Jeep and Shocks in the rear. I call back and spoke to Hiram, owners son. Told him what happened and when he looked into it advised me that the Bryan gave me prices on a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Mind you the"Kid" never ran my VIN or even my license plate. After Hiram, ran my plate, he stated that he would not UP CHARGE me on parts but would leave the labor cost as is, making the total about $1300-1400. I was fine with that. Two days later I drop off my Jeep to have the work done. They had the Jeep the WHOLE day and told me it would be ready by 4:45pm. I go in. Speak with Denise and she can not find my key. Bryan walks in and starts off with "Did Hiram call you"? After that I knew something was wrong. He stated that they could not do the REAR SHOCKS because they didn't know the Jeep used a certain shocks. He told me that the new shocks were $500 each not including labor. They did not find this out until after the Jeep was on the lift (30 minutes before me arriving). Keep in mind I got no call about this issue and had spoke to Hiram twice before picking up my Jeep. I know for a fact that they were not trying to eat the cost of a mistake that was made by their employee. The VIN was never ran nor was the License Plate. How are you working on vehicles and NOT KNOW what parts are needed for those vehicles. I doubt I will hear back from them and that's ok. I will never go back to Ramons again. And just for peace of mind.... This is the 1st review I have ever posted. Do your research. Check their work. If you don't feel right about it. Say something. Don't pay for someone else's mistake or lack of training.

But here's what I need other customers to know: the front desk experience is a coin flip. I came in prepared - diagnostic codes, symptom history, a clear explanation of what I needed - and was met with immediate pushback about how they "can't reproduce codes." Here's the thing: I wasn't asking them to reproduce codes. I was giving them background information to help diagnose my car. The correct response to a prepared customer walking in with context is "that sounds great, we'll take a look." Instead I got defensiveness and an argumentative attitude that made me feel like I was doing something wrong by being an informed customer. There are people out there, like me, who aren't just looking for a shop that can turn wrenches. We're looking for a shop where the person at the front desk can just relax, listen, and communicate like a professional. I ended up walking out without leaving my car. That's a real shame, because on price and mechanical quality alone, this would be my go-to shop. The mechanics deserve better representation at the front desk.
