Unfortunately I did not enjoy their beef pad Thai as it was very different in terms of look, taste and smell compared to other Thai restaurants I've been to. Their pad Thai was extremely orange in color, super oily, had a distinct smell/taste that I've never had in any pad Thai dish before. This is definitely not authentic pad Thai, but more fillers and substitute ingredients were used. The beef was also very chewy and didn't taste fresh. I do not recommend their pad Thai at all. I also tried their Tom Kha soup, and I will say that I thoroughly enjoyed that. Ordered my food online and got an email confirmation 30 minutes later that it was ready for pickup. Sent my son to pick it up and he waited another 20 minutes! This is a tiny spot and you can miss the front doors behind the column, but it is so worth it! We came in for a quick bite for lunch and the decor is delightfully dark and soothing. Loved the music, tho couldn't identify its origins, but it was soothing string music that you meditate to. We were greeted instantly and had two Thai iced teas which were scrumptious. We had Pad Thai and papaya salad, which was awesome. Medium hot is quite not but the tea took care of that. Service was awesome and the food was very flavorful and delicious! Pad Thai was pretty good but the curry was watery and lacked flavor. I did an online order and there wasn't anywhere to state how spicy you wanted it. I added it into the notes and asked for medium. I don't think they saw it as there wasn't any spice in any of the dishes. Very mild and not spicy enough for how we like it. So maybe call or go in if that's a big deal to you. read more

We have been here a couple times over the years and remember it as a good place to eat with friendly people. Today was no exception, we were very happy we came here. My wife had Pineapple Curry, Medium, and it was good and the spice level a bit higher than many places "Medium", but it was OK. I had Pad Kee Mao, also Medium, and it was also very good and "Medium" was about right. Since they have sizes for Thai Ice Tea, I had a large one and it was perfect for me. Since I ordered takeout, I can only speak about the food. Although I did get a glimpse of the inside when picking up my lunch order and this place was adorable! I loved the decor and it was conveniently located within a complex on Baseline. As for the food, I ordered the chicken yellow curry which came with a spring roll and rice. Appetizing, good portion size, and fairly priced. 2 star deduction as it didn't wow me--I've definitely had better Thai food however this was good for what you get. This was a pleasant surprise. We headed to a Chinese place in the area but they were not open for sit down. So we stumbled on this place by accident. This has become one of my favorite restaurants and we will be back. Staff was not only pleasant but happy to serve. And very humble when we raved about the food. Restaurant was clean. We tried it last night, got a large variety of items, tried the chicken satay, fish cake, and papaya salad, pad Thai, spicy basil, fried rice, pad ki mow, pepper beef, and garlic chicken. The noodle dishes were over-cooked and mushy, rice dishes lacked flavor, the papaya salad was inedible, as were the fish cakes! We threw away most of our order, everything tasted more like Chinese food, and not a fresh Thai food taste! So disappointed. $110, wasted! Second best Thai in East Valley(behind Yupha's). Pad See Ew is tasty with well-cooked noodles, flavorful sauce and carrots and broccoli. Massaman curry was okay (not as dense as the flavors elsewhere), hubby really likes the Pad Thai-I don't care for it here as it is pretty sweet. Pass on the stir fry, as it was pretty bland and ordinary, as is the thai fried rice(lacking flavor and stickiness to rice). Since this is some of the better Thai in the area and closer than Yupah's, we have learned to stick with Pad See Ew and Pad Thai. The service is friendly and the food prepared quickly. I ordered Green Curry and Pad Thai both with chicken for takeout. When I arrived the food was ready. It was still hot when I got home and both dishes were delicious. Green curry was excellent with carrots, bell peppers, bamboo shoots, and basil. Pad Thai was tasty too. I wish I had asked for a little spicy for the pad thai. We were 8 minutes late. ??really?? Ok, so we ordered chicken satay, pad see ew, and larb salad. I asked for medium heat, my daughter isn't a pro with spicy food yet. The Larb and pad see we were excellent. The Larb was tangy with hints of mint and cilantro. Both dishes though had a little kick. There was plenty of chili pepper flakes in both dishes. My daughter was hungry though and are her full. The satay came last. It was also good. My daughter liked the peanut sauce because by this time her mouth was on fire and was drinking my iced tea. I ordered the Chicken Pad Thai, fried wontons, and a side of peanut sauce. First off, their delivery boxes leaked all over the bag which was annoying. Second, the pad Thai was orange. I've never seen this before. The wontons were dry and the sweet sauce with it, leaked out of the container also. The only thing redeeming to me is their peanut sauce. We came here for the lunch special which was extremely reasonable. The waiter was fast with his service which is always a plus!! My family ordered a pad sae ew, pad thai and a yellow curry. All their dishes were seasoned well with just the right amount of spiciness! (They will ask you how spicy you want it). There was no phone number listed on their website but finally was able to find them via a google search. Ordered the pad Thai, pra ram, red curry chicken, and sweet and sour chicken. Overall, disappointed in the food. The pra ram was the best dish with delicious peanut sauce and perfectly cooked broccoli. The pad thai was okay, but too greasy. The sauces for the the curry and sweet & sour chicken dishes were too thin and not very flavorful. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this restaurant. read more
