My daughter and I went here on a Sunday. The girl working there was super sweet and prepared the most beautiful poke bowl! I had the regular size (which came with 3 scoops) wow! I picked yellowtail, Ahi, and spicy tuna! The bowl was huge and delicious. My daughter ordered the shrimp tempura roll with a side of spicy creamy sauce, again amazing!!! This hidden gem in the wall was just what we were looking for! Prices super reasonable and large portion! I can't emphasize enough to come here!!!

This is a little spot in a mall that far outshines what you would expect upon first impression! The poke bowls are fresh and delicious, and you get to pick either 3 or 5 scoops of seafood of choice! Plus all the toppings you want, I got a bowl with rice and salad, topped with marinated salmon, spicy tuna, marinated tuna, and regular tuna, plus seaweed salad, ginger, onion crunch, misago, and house spicy house sauce! I loved it and will go back every time I head to Olympia!

Food- good poke with good variety of protein and toppings. Sauces are limited- sweet sauce (mayo based), house spicy( mild) and spicy creamy. Limited rolls available. Cucumbers are pickled. Service- nice, momma pop. Location- convenient off of I5. Plenty of parking. Ambiance- see pictures. Nothing exciting, neutral comment. Value- fair. $9.95 for small poke bowl (3 scoops of protein) $13.95 for large poke bowl (5 scoops of protein).

You literally could not pay me to eat here. Only been here once, and they completely ignored my order. I ordered ponzu and sweet sauce and instead the ENTIRE bowl was SOAKED in a Mayo based sauce. The restaurant was empty and no one was behind the counter so i assumed my meal would be made well. Both bowls were soaked in so much mayo based sauce (which we never ordered) we threw them away because they were inedible. I wish there was a 0 star option for the $30 we wasted on HORRIBLE meals. There is absolutely no way I would ever consider eating here again, and I hope no one ever make the same mistake.

My girlfriend and I were hungry and were headed to McDonald's when we saw Tuna Poke. We decided to change our course of direction and give it a shot. We've been back twice this week alone. This place is out of this world. You get all the flavors you expect out of amazing sushi, except it's in a bowl with way larger portions and a fraction of the price. Only one word to describe tuna poke, PHENOMENAL! Oh, and the owners are the friendliest people in Lacey. Give this Buisness your money, especially in the times of covid. I wasn't too excited when my daughter suggested we eat here, but I'm glad we did! It's a cute little place with several options and friendly workers. I had a regular bowl with salad instead of rice. I appreciated the lower carb option. I'm also not a big fan of raw fish, but they had cooked shrimp, which I love. They put three scoops of the shrimp, some mildly spicy sauce, and then I was able to add as many toppings as I wanted to it. I chose crab salad, seaweed salad, cucumbers, onions, corn, edamame, crispy onions, and probably a few more that I can't remember. It was very tasty and satisfying. Everyone else in my group had their bowls with either white or brown rice, and combinations of tuna, salmon, shrimp, and yellowtail. They all loved theirs as well.

This delicious unassuming poke restaurant sits adjacent to the Fred Meyer off of Sleater-Kinney. It was surreal sitting in here and looking out at the Sleater-Kinney street sign thinking about another memorable meal years ago in the Sleater-Kinney neighborhood near Venice Beach. They are worlds apart in every sense of the word.. but really good food tends to blend memories together in a weird way. I now have two positive S-K associations etched in my memory. They have a small footprint in the Fred Meyer plaza with half the tables marked off right now due to covid-19 restrictions but I was fortunate enough to have the place to myself when I visited. I had the small bowl (3 scoops of protein!) over mixed greens and loved all of the options available to me. I ended up getting 2 scoops of the spicy tuna and one scoop of the scallops with the house spicy sauce (mild, as the sign says!) The toppings were pretty standard as far as poke places go, but I am always grateful when they don't limit you to 3 toppings at these types of places. Everyone knows the toppings make the bowl what it is! You need the variation in textures and flavors to complete your poke bowl experience. This place did not disappoint! They also had a myriad of Hawaiian drink options in the cold case to round out your Hawaiian experience. When you can't fly to Hawaii this is pretty much the next best thing.

My addiction to poke bowl finds me out of calf this week and in Olympia Wa. Except bowl very fresh and the spicy creamy sauce was perfect. Very nice lady working the store very attentive and on point w any questions. Would recommend to anyone and will be back next time I am back in the area. read more

It's definitely "fast food", but tasty and fresher than most options. I didn't think I would want any of the rice, but the sauces and toppings all combined to make it super delicious. Not sure that the price ($15 for a "large bowl") is totally in line with the quantity of fish you get, and I wish they had a more authentic "poke" seasoning mix on the tuna. All in all though, it was delicious and fresh, and a nice change up. read more

I stopped by to try this place today and I LOVED IT! I tried poke for the first time in Hawaii in 2015 and have wanted some ever since. Fred Meyer has it, but only spicy. The place that was downtown for awhile pretty much gave me a bowl of rice with a few bits of tuna. This place has a lot of great options and the flavor was on point. The only bummer is that I don't work nearby, but I'll stop in the next time I'm in Lacey! read more

Let's start with the fact that the server told me this www.tunapokelacey.com is NOT their website, even tho it has the correct address. I was disappointed they had no teriyaki (from website) for hubby, and no other protein options but raw fish and one cooked seafood. They need to have some other cooked proteins cuz every family has that person that won't eat raw fish. They also need to post their prices because they don't have paper menus with costs either. I was surprised by my total, most than $10 for a regular bowl. That said, the staff was nice and the food was good. Not great, just good. read more

I saw the sign for the place a little while back and couldn't wait to try it when it opened. Went in today and wasn't disappointed. I got the salad with tuna, salmon and scallops. They give generous scoops and you have your choice of all the toppings. It was delicious and filing, I will definitely be coming back ! read more

Poke was fresh and tasty. Price was good the first time I went in. It was $10 for a large size. Since two weeks ago they have increased their price and a large with tax came to $15 and some change. Just not worth it in my opinion. Staff is friendly! read more

This is the first time I've ever had poke and it was amazing. It was our first time going and they were very helpful with making out poke bowls. I had a regular bowl with brown rice and salmon, tuna, and pick tuna with house spicy sauce, cucumber, edamame, and crab meat. I was a little hesitant about the salmon and tuna because I'm weird with textures, but it was perfect bite size pieces. Will definitely come back here. read more

I usually eat here once a week on a night when I'm busy or don't feel like cooking. It's always fresh and consistent. The portions are generous and the prices are good. The staff are friendly and fast. Perfect "fast food" without the "fast food" taste. read more

Love this place, my go-to favorites meal to eat. Huge portions compared to everywhere else and they're not afraid to stuff a little extra into the scoop unlike other places that measure to the ounce what they give you. Finally!! Poke in Lacey! Tastes so good! The freshest you'll get here in Lacey but I do believe sushi up north (Seattle or further north) tastes better. They only have 2 sizes: a regular or a large. I usually get the regular and my husband gets the large and it's quiet filling. I'll definitely be going back for more. read more

Nice assortment of diced fish, shrimp, scallops, and imitation crabmeat. The spicy sauces are better than the sweet sauce, and the large selection of toppings make your poke bowl real tasty! The fried sushi roll is good and filling too. Friendly staff. It is a clean looking spot. read more

From someone who lived in Hawaii, and who's husband is from Hawaii, it's ok, but honestly if you're coming for the fish I would rather go to FredMeyers for their poke from the fish department. they have a lot of classic Hawaii must haves like Hawaiian sun, but no aloha shoyu (soy sauce). If you play Hawaiian music and try to look Hawaiian, then use the Aloha. What would lastly make it better would be Spam Musubi, but I guess I'll still just have to go to L&L for that. read more

Great little spot, not the absolute best I've ever had but worth the trip, it's a half an hour away from me but still the closest poke place. I had Spicy tuna, salmon and yellowtail, all three were fresh. Good selection of toppings and they actually make sushi rolls too. I'll definitely be back. read more

I love this place. The the different topping options are great. I usually get a bit of everything on top. Don't skip on the crispy onion topping or tempura crisps, it's definitely the cherry on top of your poke bowl. My kids also get their California Rolls for $3 bucks, with a side of miso soup you got a bomb kids meal under 5 bucks. My kids leave here happy. Just what Lacey needed for sure. read more

Sooo yummy! I had the 5 topping bowl on a salad- Keto style! Lots of great omega 3 options for those weight training. I layered my salad with tuna, spicy tuna (yum!), and spicy crab. Very tasty and fresh. Will go back when they open tomorrow lol. read more

The imitation crab and seaweed salad offered subtle flavors and the rice, garbanzo beans and edamame helped balance out some of the other stronger flavors but the toasted garlic and onions were too overpowering. While they do offer build-your-own bowl options, it seems the pricier options. May be easier to request things on the side. For the record, grated carrots do nothing for poke bowls other than add unnecessary texture. I'd avoid them completely.

We're down the street from Zen and decided to give their ramen a try. Parking is easy to locate but can be a bit crowded since it's in the same lot as Dutch Bros and a couple other shops. When we first entered, we were greeted by an employee (and the Naruto statue at the front hehe). It was fairly empty when we arrived since it was on a Friday around 4ish in the afternoon. You have to pay first when you order. You'll be provided a number placard to place at a table of your choose when you dine in, and your food will be brought to you when it is ready. Drinks are also self-serve (for soda). We decided upon water cups but it's at the same station as the sodas. There is a menu at the cash register for quick ordering if you know what you want (when you walk in, it's on the left). The employee also directed us to a menu with pictures and descriptions of each item (when you walk in, it's on the right). The place definitely has Japanese vibes for the interior decor with its oaky/wooden furniture and warm lighting. Our ramen arrived shortly after we seated ourselves. We both ordered similar spicy ramen, which ended up tasting fairly good. My son really enjoyed his ramen since he liked the level of spiciness and taste of the broth (spicy enough to taste the flavors and feel the heat but not enough to hurt). He also liked that the ingredients were balanced (not an overabundance of just ramen noodles). I did enjoy my ramen as well and shared similar views. My only criticism would be that the ramen options seemed very simplistic and many ingredients were similar, so it didn't feel like much variety. My son and I actually ordered two different kinds of ramen, believe it or not, but from the photos, they look almost identical. i have been here twice and both occasions I have ordered the philly roll and both times they told me that they didn't have cream cheese available. The first time I can kind of understand because it was 1hr and 20 min from closing but the second the time I arrived around 12:00 pm and my wife and I were the only ones in the restaurant. They woman said they didnt have any cream cheese which I find it hard to believe. Went here for the first time a few days ago.. a little bit…read moreout of my way, but the food was good and the amount of food was pretty good also.. my wife said she really liked it.. yes, the lady cashier doesn't understand English the best, but I think we did okay communicating..she has a long stick type thing to point at things that you are interested in to make sure she understands..pictures of food on the wall..if you're willing to be a little bit patient, it's worth the little bit of hassle..

This place was kind of average. When we walked in the owners / cook and counter person we're…read moresitting at one of the tables and had all the lights from the signs off. So we kind of thought that they might be closed. I thought that was kind of weird, like how much on the energy bill are you saving with the lights off over the counter and menu. That being said the food was really good, not go out of my way to go here good, but better than Happy teriyaki or other chain stores like it. Food was fresh cooked too so that was awesome. The gyzoa, and the teriyaki beef were my favorite. Another funny thing after we got our food the old woman at the counter sat in the corner watching tictoc videos of people farting. It was hilarious but also not really what we wanted to hear while we were eating. My wife and I got a good chuckle out of it though. Overall I would go back, but I wouldn't go out of my way to do so
