We purchased the seats three rows back from the entrance door where the middle seat can't be purchased so we could have all three seats to ourselves months in advance and got a great deal. The seats were pretty comfy and there was a lot of legroom compared to economy. The service was great and the pilots did a great job too. I had asked for that exact flight the night before. The agent told me: "Unavailable." I begged for help. I was exhausted. The only answer I got was: "No. It's airline policy." They offered that same direct flight... for $400 more -- on top of the $495 I already paid. When I finally got to NYC, they told me to pick up my bag at LGA. At midnight I went. No staff.
