I walked in and Ten and Justin were able to help me navigate everything and tune up my bike to be the perfect ride for me. It was hands down such a great experience and I didn't feel dumb asking any questions because they were genuine in their responses. I left with a nice pack, tools, and a tube for my bike. Even came in a bit before they were hosting their free tire changing workshop. Which by the way, amazingly thorough in that workshop. Thank you all so much again!!

He went in and found the most expensive bike he could and there was nothing to get him away from that bike. I dropped in for the Grand Opening promotions sent via email since I was a previous customer. I had no intention of purchasing a bike but somehow $1000 later I owned one. I have a nice Bianchi road bike so a hybrid would be nice for city riding. Trek bikes are now made in Cambodia, so the thrills of American made bike is gone like Lance Armstrong. The bike is solid but my not as "cool" as the older models. The service and pricing at the store leaves a little to be desired. We purchased two racks, two bags, two sets of clip on paddles and service for an older bike. They do not accept payment for the service until it's complete. However they accept payment for the parts before. This led to confusion when my wife picked up her bike from service. Yes, they charged for the parts again. After another trip back with all the receipts, it was quickly corrected and to have some fine tuning to the brakes, they were rubbing. The pricing for the service is high. For example, a bike rack is $39 to $49 dollars. It takes 4 screws to install, the charge is $20 to $30 to have it put on. I found this to be ridiculous when I just spent $900 on a bike. There should be a tiered rate, I purchase the level 3 service @ $299.99, purchased all the replacement parts to be used and the install of a rack is still $20? Russell was able to remove the install charges since we are loyal customers.

Whether it's tandem bikes, surrey, choppers or regular bikes, good options that work well for shorter people like me. This was such a fun way to explore Portland and the waterfront. Highly recommend if you want to see the city on two wheels.

Situated right by the water, the rental center consists of a little building surrounded by a whole lot of ride options - tandem bikes, surrey's for a squad of folks, choppers, tandem bikes for dates, all sorts of weird rides. There was a free "fix-it" zone for personal bike repairs and a snack bar with basic snacks. We were debating and trying to figure out pricing compared to the app, and ended up going with Kerr Bikes because it seemed easier than fussing about it. We paid $25 for a half-day rentals that got us four hours of bike time. They were closing at 7 and let us know we would need to bring the bikes back by then. After walking the bikes out to us, we were free to roam and explore. They gave us bike locks. Quality bikes. It was nice to be able to lock the bike up at any bike rack without the hassle of touching an app, rebooking bikes, counting minutes, or dealing with any of the other things. It was a lovely ride exploring the area. You have to return them to the center before they close, so it does take some management of where you will go. The proceeds support services for humans with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health challenges - so all in all even if for a short ride you end up paying a bit more, it goes to a worthwhile place. If you have a family, are looking for combo rides, and are ready to put your phone away to simply enjoy a day on wheels - all while supporting an organization that cares about Portland people - then this is the spot to go. Lovely way to spend an afternoon by the water!

As a new rider I had lots of questions and Todd and Kevin had lots of answers and patience. The first couple visits there there were several bikes that I was interested in but none seemed to really grab me and fit me as a rider and the riding I plan on doing. I appreciated the time they took to get to know me and the bikes and types of riding I wanted to do. They explained why they steered me away from certain bikes that they didn't think were good fits at the time and why other bikes might be better fits for me and when that time might be. When I did decide on the bike I really wanted (a sport classic GT1000) they coincidentally had one on consignment and rest is history... The purchasing process was smooth and painless and as a dealer experience (MotoCorsa) it is by far the more enjoyable of my motor vehicle dealer experiences. I'm looking forward to my next purchase there.

From the very first inquiry after finding the bike online to after-the-sale interactions to complete paperwork and arrange for for the shipment to California, I really have received top notch service. Todd in particular was friendly, very responsive, knowledgeable, clearly passionate about motorcycles, no-BS no-pressure kinda guy who took the time to pick me up at the airport and drop me off after we were done. Everybody else at MotoCorsa was super-friendly and this dealership and the used-bike department have an awesome selection of fine riding machines. If you're into Italian motorcycles, this is the place to go to!
