    a bowl of fruit

I've had açaí bowls in Hudson, Schenectady, Troy, and Woodstock. This is without question the best one I've ever had. I just finished it and I want another one. When (If) I move to Kingston I'll be going here at least 3 or 4 times a week.

Good people positive vibes and great juice

Came by today at 1:30pm and lights were off and the door locked. So bummed, I love this place! I hope they survive.

I know I could easily run to Vitamin Shoppe for my fish oil, rosehip oil, sea moss or natural hair and beauty products- but honestly, I'd rather keep supporting Mother Earth . Every so often when I'm catching up with other shops in Kings Mall, I come here to stock up on a few things. While prices are on the high side, the selections make it worth it. When I stopped by recently, I got one of their smoothies, which was super delicious. They also have nice fresh-pressed juice, pastries and hot meal menus. Bigger applause for catering to Vegans and Vegetarians as well. Mother Earth feels like a one-stop shop. The shelves are filled with everything from supplements and herbs to skincare and unique natural products I won't find in any store- not even Vitamin Shoppe. The environment is warm, earthy and inviting- and can tell they care about what they offer.

The variety and quality of their stock is good, and the store is spacious and appealing. For example, a quart of Fage Best Self Lactose Free yogurt can be purchased at Price Chopper for $7.99. At Mother Earth, it is sold for $14.49. A pint of organic blueberries sold today for almost $10 as opposed to under $6 at Adams, and the ones at Adams are larger and plumper. I expect higher prices at a market specializing in organic foods, but the disparity makes this store out of reach except for a few of the hardest to find products.

The person working the grill yelled at me and my son on three separate occasions. At first, I thought it might have been a misunderstanding or just trying to be heard over the noise, but it continued. The last instance was especially frustrating my 4-year-old had just come out of the bathroom and was happily running to his mom, and I was yelled at to make sure he stopped running from the bathroom to the seating area. I've been to many places with my child and have never experienced anything like this. Because of that, we won't be coming back.

We wanted to order to go for friends and had to order it at the same time since they were closing, but they were kind enough to double bag to keep it hot. Also since they were closing we got our food wrapped to go, no options for trays, which was challenging for the kids but we made it work. Also, a mouse ran by but i think it came in from the outside and ran right back outside- they have to eat too i guess. The food comes out super quickly. Love the refillable fountain drinks with real cane sugar!

The guy behind counter was very friendly and handled every customer I saw quickly and made those drinks perfectly. Honestly the pink flamingo was alright, not a fan of vanilla powders since honestly the drink was bit too sweet and lacked much of fruit flavor. Now later in the day I came back a second time and tried the Malibu baby, which was leagues better, very refreshing and I can taste the fruit flavor in it, plus not overly sweet. I can see myself enjoying their various drinks/smoothies with a book. The very welcoming and friendly staff at the counter helped answer our many questions about the menu. After reviewing their menu, I had a hard time choosing what to try first. At first, I intended to order the spicy guacamole toast with a salad but once I saw the smoothie bowls I changed my mind completely. I finally settled on trying The Grind smoothie bowl because it has espresso in it. It was mind-blowing delicious! Fresh fruit on top (banana, strawberries, and blueberries), granola, and mini-chocolate chips mixed into the smoothie had the perfect texture. The flavor is AMAZING - you can taste the espresso and I loved it. The base is made with fresh espresso, banana, peanut butter, cocoa, honey, and oat milk. It was like eating soft ice cream but guilt-free! My friend ordered the Coco Banana smoothie and had them add in whey protein to make it more substantial and filling. She said it was delicious. I definitely recommend stopping by and trying their stuff. If you like coffee, try The Grind....you won't be sorry! PS - the spoon with the smoothie changes colors when you hold it - so cool especially if you have kids.
