Unfortunately had already had lunch when we were driving by but this place has been on my visit list for awhile so hubs and I popped in to grab some dessert to go. It's a cute little restaurant - there was a big group having lunch when we walked in and all the food looked amazing so I can't wait to come back and try it! "Turk" was behind the counter and was so friendly and helpful (although we don't agree on our favorite Premiere League soccer teams ), giving us info about all the yummy dessert choices. If I could give more stars I would! This place is fabulous!! Family owned and operated. Staff was amazing. As soon as we sat down we were greeted with a small sample of Turkish lemonade. So refreshing! I ordered the gyro (döner) and my husband had the chicken tatuni. Both were outstanding! We both also had cafe lattes. We stumbled upon this restaurant when out exploring the area. The staff was so friendly! They treated us at the door and asked if it was our first time there. It was. They proceeded to tell us about the menu and offer suggestions. While we were waiting, they brought us a sample of their fresh brewed Turkish tea and a jam that her mom is making. It was delicious! We loved our meals and we will be back! read more

What a lovely coffee and brunch place. Everything was great. I just loved the Summit bagel with feta, tomatoes, and spinach. They have so many pastries, both sweet and savory, that looked fantastic. Couldn't leave without ordering a piece of baklava, a Kavla cookie and cheese pastry. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back. read more

I have only been here twice, but each time was a very pleasant experience. First time I have an expresso and the proprietor said to try the Turkish coffee. Which on my next visit I did. I had the Turkish coffee with baklava. The baklava was magical. There were people here having food too, which looked quite tasty. Especially the soup. Delicious "Mediterranean " restaurant with Greek and Turkish specialties. My friend had the meatball panini, and I had the turkey and cheese panini with a cup of goulash. Both were large and flavorful. We each took half home. We also sampled the pastries - baklava made with pistachios (Turkish) and cookies and turnovers- well, we took them home to sample later. Very lovely staff, friendly and willing to explain everything. It's a small place, so we were glad to get a table. In warm weather they put a few tables out front. Give them a try. read more

I had never been to a Turkish restaurant, but after a Yelp search, this one was so highly rated, I decided to go here for my birthday brunch. It was a memorable gastronomic experience. The owner was also the server. He was very friendly and convinced some of us to get Turkish coffee, a strong espresso served in a little cup. It has coffee grounds in the bottom, which we were not used to, but afterwards, he had us too the coffee cup over and he read our fortunes based on how the coffee grounds ran down inside the cup. The food was excellent. I had the best Greek omelette I had ever eaten. The Sweet Toast was like a French Toast smothered in berries and sweet cream cheese sauce. Yum! We were also given a sample of sweet Turkish tea and an "evil eye" bracelet. The reasonable prices, cozy decor, and delicious food are three reasons I will be back again soon. This is a very nice small cafe. Their hours are from 9:30 to 3pm Tuesday through Sunday. Their are a very traditional Turkish food venue with enough old fashioned American food too. We had the simit breakfast. It was delicious. We would recommend this cafe to all. read more

This lovely gem of a bakery is in the Ross/Bealle's plaza. They offer a full breakfast menu. However, the bakery case had my mouth watering and we went that route. They offer various cake slices, pastries and some very tasty Turkish delights. Hubby had an almond custard pastry, I had the börek with cheese and spinach. Both were very delicious . We also tried the pistachio cookies, and Turkish bagel outstanding. I was excited they offered a decaf cappuccino that was very good. The owners are beautiful people filled with kindness and willing to explain all the items. We're Excited to come back next time we are in Daytona area. Highly recommend. read more

A quaint little place nestled in the Park Place Plaza Shopping Center off Nova Road. A very friendly family atmosphere, you feel like part of the family. Run, don't walk, to this most delightful restaurant! It is family run, and both the food and the family are amazing! I had possibly the best omelette I have ever had, and my friend had the meatball panini. The sizes are over generous, and I can't imagine anyone finishing them. Everything is made by this family, even the bread and the spreads they put on things. The owners could not be friendlier or more helpful. Never ones to order a desert, we could not resist the baklava, and it was as tasty as it looked. I cannot wait to return; I want to sample everything on the menu and all of the deserts! read more
