I had never been to Tursi before, and had to go pick up my daughter's soccer jersey for Aloha United. The store isn't that big, but their strategy for having you pay for the jersey and then wait for the customization had us spend another $100 on cleats and a soccer bag. If you have the patience to look through the "sale" shoes, you can find really good deals and we did. So I felt like that was a win win for us. They also had soccer trading cards which my kids thought were pretty cool. We were there during World Cup week so the TV's were all playing the games. Order months in advance; which is clearly impossible as you're not told what you need until the first week of practices. Cannot reach anyone on the phone -- mailbox is full and the order inquiry line goes to busy..., emails are not responded to and I have already paid $140 for my son's soccer gear! Came in, asked for the jersey for my kids team and received the wrong color. Went back to store and they refused to exchange because a number had already been placed on it. Apparently, I didn't give enough description when asking for my kids jersey and they gave me what they assumed I needed. Super frustrating. Manager was rude, zero empathy and unwilling to work with me on this issue. Instead of supporting the customer and perhaps training their staff to ask a few more questions of parents searching for the right uniform, this business decided store policy is store policy. Really disappointing business practice and customer service. I would never go here again, but unfortunately their arrangement with youth soccer programs probably means I have to. read more

We ordered a jersey two months prior to games starting. The website said it would take 4-5 weeks and it never shipped. On top of that the website doesn't offer a cancellation option; only a return option. We'll we don't have the jersey to return! Also, we have called multiple times and no answer. Emailed twice with no response. According to another parent we have to drive to their corporate store 40 min away to get the jersey. Do not order online from this company!!! Purchased several items using sizing chart. Extremely small. Cannot return due to requirements of needing a number on uniform. I sent several notes to company, with no response. If I buy the same size he is wearing now, it shouldn't be overly small. A company should contact its customers if they say they are unhappy. I am donating a $100 uniform and had to rebuy. read more

However, the season starts this weekend, and we'd like to know the status of the order. Tursi Soccer does not answer their phone (over multiple days); their voicemail box is full; they haven't replied to 3 emails. I ordered a jacket for my daughter in August and it still has not arrived. I have not received an update. They do not reply to emails and their site has no phone number. Reading the reviews here it doesn't seem unusual that people receive their gear late. I had no choice to use this site because of my daughter's soccer team but if you have an alternative I would advise that you use it. More like Turdsi soccer. read more

One of my favorite retail shops. Good selection, good service, fair pricing. Tip: when it comes to cleats, it's always best to try boots on first. It was a great place with very qualified people. But since the new owner arrived, it's a just a lot of teenagers not very friendly who have no idea what they are talking about or even selling. Even the staff from the far post, which is by the way super nice like always, are saying the same thing. I was out for 3 years and just came back recently. I loved that store on canyon road. Now I'll buy everything online. Have you seen the far post store downtown? It's sad. It's an empty store. Zero products. That amazing staff who was super happy full of passion, is no longer motivated or excited. They probably feel abandoned by the owner. It's a ghost store. So sad. Everything is at the canyon road location which is pretty far (doesn't make any sense) and the staff is just a joke. They are very cold, not very nice with zero knowledge. No passion. Had to get new gear for all 3 of my boys, employees were all patient and polite as my kids decided what they wanted. They worked with us to find cleats and gear in my budget, find things that fit the kids and their style. We HAD to come here for jerseys (club soccer) but we're pleasantly surprised by the personal service we got and will shop here in the future for our gear instead of the big box stores. read more

I have been going into this place for years. Love the staff (John, Chase, Ivan, Adam, etc). I'm not sure why people need to feel like retailers have to baby and coddle them. If you want something, go ask for it. All that aside, they always check in with me. Soccer/Futbol stuff goes quick so if you want the latest stuff in your size, they are happy to order it or communicate with you about when it's coming in. The only thing I want to see is more choices in Adidas footwear and maybe some of the "lesser" brands like Puma, Concave and Joma. Would be cool if there was more streetball/Futsal stuff too. read more

My nephew's 15th .birthday party was in two hours and my wife tasked me with finding him something "guyish". Luckily, we live not far from Tursi's Soccer Shop on Canyon. That's the first and only place I needed to go. Not only did they have fantastic supply of goal equipment, but they additionally all sorts of apparal for the casual soccer fan....I bought him a Germany team jersey and my father law a world cup t-shirt. Maddy, the store manager did a great job of showing me the selection of jerseys and even tipped me off on when the new Arsenal jersays would be in. Thank you Turi's and Maddy for such great service! Funny, Allison shows up just before closing, and doesn't seem able to ask for help. Tursi's is known in the soccer community, and usually their customers know what they want. If you need help, ask. They are always willing to give you as much customer service as you like. We have been going here for years, and they always have what we need for our son's team uniforms. I was there on a Saturday afternoon with my daughter, we both needed cleats. Plenty of selection with no prices. Service was horrible. 3 employees standing at the counter talking and watching TV. Someone finally came around and retrieved a pair for my daughter and walked away without asking if that was it or if they fit. They didn't and I wasn't going to interrupt the conversation at the counter, so we walked out and bought our cleats online. I have no idea if I got a better deal because I don't know what the cleats cost at Tursi's. read more

I was with Alison that day and she asked for help multiple times and was met with a dismissive and frustrated tone. In fact, I went to purchase a used jersey and the cashier seemed angry with the fact that I was buying something used. I get that they were closing, but this is retail and it wasn't like we were holding them open, they didn't close for another 5 minutes! Based off the review Shannon seems like an affiliate of the store since there is no other reason to be rude for someone having a bad experience. I don't mind store affiliates defending their business but saying that someone "doesn't seem able" to do anything is insulting. Again, this is a retail store that was rude to its customers. This is not a restaurant where patrons are ordering 5 minutes prior to closing. We have gone to Tursi's for my son's competitive soccer uniforms for years (5+) and have never been pleased with their selection. They run out of sizes quickly, and the restock time is over a month! With competitive season starting in early November we don't have the luxury to wait over a month - but have no other option! I can't believe a business with such poor selection keeps in business. read more

STAY AWAY!!! If you are one of those people who believes it is important to try on more than one pair of shoes before purchasing I HIGHLY recommend that you stay away from this store. I went into this store 30 minutes before closing looking for shoes. However I basically could NOT get anyone to help me because they were too busy chatting amongst themselves. By the time I had any shoes to try on (which I practically had to grab myself) it was 6:50. I quickly realized I needed a half size smaller and was ready to checkout as soon as I got it, but they would not even look in my direction. Finally at 7:02 what I can only imagine to be the manager or god forbid the owner asked if "we were ready to go because it's 7:02?" There were about 5-6 people in this store who could have helped me and they could not manage to come out from behind the counter to do so.
