Carbonara - definitely made correctly here with egg yolk, if you are fan of classic carbonara, you'll like theirs. Served with thick fresh spaghetti noodles. Raviolo with Mushroom, Truffle, Parmesan, cream, and sausage. You can put this dish right next to anything you will eat in Spain (including those having Michelin stars) and it will hold its own.
