Fossil hunter. There's an outside area out back for dogs!

Alright beer, not a huge selection. A ton of indoor seating. There is also outdoor seating out back if you have a four legged friend. It's gravel, but there's trees for shade and it's pretty quiet away from the traffic. Not the best views (warehouses) if you're concerned. I found out this used to be the Boerne General Store back in the day. It's huge and old and beautiful! Come check it out for a piece of Boerne history.

For my first time in Boerne, my friends and I decided to bring all our moms here to try this brewery! This place is pretty spacious and has a lot of outdoor seating in the back with picnic tables. They have two areas to order food with the front of the restaurant or a little area outside near their brewing equipment. I tried the Black is Beautiful beer and it was incredible. A great stout , and it was about $6. Unfortunately, they have no flights at this time. Almost all of us loved the beers that we got. The nachos were a little dry and could have used more toppings. Some of my friends got the turkey sandwich with Cheetos, and they felt that there was too much bread in the bread to sandwich ratio. Overall, this is a nice brewery with a lot of space with great beers. Their food is a little bit of a hit or miss but worth trying. Positives: ample space, great beers, reasonably priced Negatives: food was okay

Located in the heart of downtown Boerne, Tx at the H.O. Adler Building, most recently home to Bergmann Lumber Company. We just happen to walk by on this brewery and they have pretty good and tasty offerings. I tried their Black Berry Bam-ba-lam Berliner Weise. It was a winner after a heavy late lunch meal. Tart, refreshing and full of brew goodness. Visit when you're in town, have a brew, be friendly and get to know them.

I can't say enough about the customer service we received at this brewery! We felt so welcome, were able to try every drink before we ordered (without asking), and the employees were so accommodating to our toddler and baby. They gave us a teacher discount on the bill which was such a surprise. The wine was fantastic and there was a variety or beer. We will definitely be back!

Congrats to the new owners of Bergman Hardware store! They did a fantastic job of preserving the building's historic esthetics. I visited just to see the new brewery and ran into the owner. She was very kind and took us through the brewery. I didn't come to drink or eat yet. That will be another updated review.

    9 beer flight

I went here based off of the recommendation of a friend who appreciates great craft beer. So on a beautiful Sunday afternoon I made my way there from San Antonio. The parking was a bit confusing. I went into the driveway and was given two choices. One for a different company and one to drive into the tap house. I parked on the side of the driveway. I entered the restaurant and it was wondrous. Very elegant. I was surprised no one was in there except a staff member. She informed me that only the tap room out back was open. OK, no problem. I walked out back. Very cool taproom with all the equipment you would expect for brewing beer. I was greeted by the owners kids who were awesome. I got a full flight which had 9 beers (all they offer) for $17. I also grabbed some pub nachos. I sat down and the beer was awesome. I enjoyed all of them. The nachos were disappointing as they were simply bagged chips with cheese whiz dumped on it. For $7 I would expect more. The outdoor biergarten was nice and they had a couple of port a potties. This didn't bother me as they were the cleanest ones I have ever seen. I got a sandwich which was very good but I feel like the bread should be toasted or pressed to take it over the edge.

We stopped in late afternoon for a snack and some beer. The staff was attentive and friendly, Giving me samples of a few beers before I settled on one. We also ordered the "Jacked up" nachos which were big and very good. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed.

Best Charcuterie in town!! Hands down. Big enough to share and worth the price. Make sure to check out the beer garden out back. Also, come by to help clean up the pecans when in season. Great Place! Great Service!

Still a great brew pub. Now they added a restaurant. Still awesome, with really good beer

Tusculum is EXACTLY what Boerne needed. A laid back brewery that is also family friendly, and has GREAT beer and food. The charcuterie board is perfection! And the South of the Border panini is my go to choice for sandwich - so good!! Now - the beers! You really can't go wrong. They are all super delicious - but my personal favorite is the Mango Unchained (a mango sour beer that they will dress with tajin and chamoy if you'd like) -- my mouth is watering right now just thinking about it!! Check this place out!

However, during the Super Bowl halftime, the broadcast was switched to a different program (Turning Point) instead of the official Super Bowl halftime show. This was very disappointing, especially since this was a paid event and there was no prior notice that the halftime show would not be shown. When we asked about the change and requested a partial refund due to the lack of transparency, the owner's wife refused to discuss the concern and appeared upset that we even asked. When the owner, Jeremy, became involved, the situation escalated. He stated that because we are minorities, it didn't matter, and told us that it was his business and that they didn't need our business. We felt disrespected, insulted, and belittled based on our race and appearance. This experience was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. We chose to leave early because of how the situation was handled. It's unfortunate because the event started off well, but respectful communication, transparency, and treating all customers with dignity should be a priority for any business.

Beware The "Pastrami Reuben"…read more I saw that hundreds of people on Yelp had reviewed Cibolo Creek Brewing and overall ratings were over 4 stars. I should have done a bit more reading and looking at the pictures. We stopped in on a mid-afternoon Sunday in early June. First impression upon entering through the front door was confusion. It was not really clear what the process was to order and get a seat. We approached the bar area and then noticed the "order here and seat yourself" signs. Several people came in behind us and so we felt a bit rushed to order. There were several craft beers on tap, but I was told I could not get a flight at the moment. I was able to get a taster, but with all the people behind me waiting to order, I didn't feel I had time to find out more about the beers before committing to a 16oz pour or lose my place in line. Shame on me for not doing my homework. We tried "The BEST Burger" and the "Pastrami Reuben", both with fries and two beers for close to $60 plus tip. The burger wasn't the best. It was sort of "meh". The homemade fries were good. The so-called Reuben was closer to a brisket sandwich than an actual Reuben. The meat was very mesquite-wood-smokey and then appeared to have been fried on a grill (definitely not steamed). It was very chewy despite being thinly sliced and had NONE of the flavor good pastrami has. The menu claims the meat is tri-tip, but tri-tip is known to be a tender cut. The meat on that sandwich was NOT tender. Cibolo Creek Brewery is in a great location (which sort of explains the prices) right next to the Cibolo Creek Trail and River Road Park and they do have a nice covered outdoor seating area with large family-style picnic tables. I may return to sample a few more of their beers and see if there is something I like better on the menu.
