He added on a cabin air filter replacement without asking and got charged. As I was driving back home, my car shuts down on the freeway and almost get into multiple accidents. Baba explains to me that engines are like a hip, "you never know when it's going to happen, you fall one day and your hip is broken. Just like an engine". After the freeway incident, I drove back for them to inspect it and they found metal on the camshaft. Never been an issue before and my car has never spontaneously shut down. His assistant, at the end, recommends me to get a new car. They never once apologized or offered to fix it. Never will recommend this place.

I feel relieved after this first time car buying process that everything was as agreed and did not detect any misrepresentation of details. It was definitely scary but there were no surprises and I believe I got the best deal I could ask for. The highlight was the sales representative Jenny Tran. I received a lease offer I could work with late Friday afternoon on Friday so I submitted all the requested information near the end of business hours on Friday evening over the phone and email. Jenny processed all the information and offered to deliver me (broker deal) the car the next day. I was not quite ready and wanted to review the contract with my experienced friends and family. She scanned the documents on Saturday morning for me to review and patiently answered all my questions before the scheduled delivery appointment on Sunday. When she arrived at my home in LA with my car she showed me how to use the features and helped me connect and set up my phone to the car. My broker also came by to ensure everything was agreed to, the whole process probably took less than an hour! They took my card down payment over the phone and emailed me my receipt. Comparatively, I know others who went to the physical location of other dealerships the whole process would take 4-7 hours!! Side note: I noticed that Orange Coast took over the old South Coast dealership so you if you want some additions reviews on the workers you might find some from the closed Yelp location page.

It was the first shop I visited that day (and my last), I had thought I was going to have to go to multiple shops. I can't say enough about how Angela and her team were so welcoming, friendly, and detailed about the whole process of inspecting my Lexus, providing a quote, explaining each job the team would do, and the pricing was reasonable. They even got me a car rental with Enterprise at a discounted rate, who picked me up and took me to the rental place. It was a quick turnaround of few days to remove my old worn bumper, replace it with a new painted one, they even buffed my headlights, removed old worn yellow door protectors, and added touch up paint where chips were (all free of charge!). I did see a few minor things that still needed to be taken care of, I showed up the next Friday, they took care of it in under 2 hours, they even removed some old worn plastic film protectors from my rear doors as well free of charge.
