The staff took a very long time to greet us & come out the back room. We were met by a girl with colorful hair who did not say hi or ask what we wanted, I just said hi & made me & my boyfriend's order. The lady behind us was not acknowledged either until another staff member came out & apologized for the wait. When the same worker returned to give us our drinks, she just handed it to us without saying anything. We said thank you as she walked away. Came here one Saturday night and it was reasonably busy, yet one person working and one trainee so service was very slow. Waited 20 minutes for a smoothie and we were the first ones in the store. The toppings selection is very limited. Lots of fruit, but the cereals were stale. The French vanilla is an odd orange color which is less than pleasing to view. You have to ask for a sample cup and then the clerk working the cash register comes over (when they're not busy) and pours your sample for you which seems unsanitary. read more

This frozen yogurt spot isn't the best. While they have a decent selection of flavors, you have to have an employee get you a sample. The flavor I got (pistachio) was extremely artificial tasting. While I don't expect artisan frozen yogurt, I also expect something that doesn't tastes 100% fake. While it still somewhat satisfied my sweet tooth, I would rather use those extra calories elsewhere. read more

Man oh man this place is expensive if you don't visit when they have daily offers. Yes, they do have a great selection of yogurt, boba, smoothies, and great atmosphere but what constitutes "the best yogurt shop" around? The place is clean and very easy to move around when you're trying to make choices on your yogurt flavor. There is a variety of drinks that you can choose from but depending on who makes those drinks, it can either taste fantastic or diluted. The service is nice and it's very fortunate that they give stamp cards but those stamp cards aren't applicable to their daily deals. Very disappointed with the service this afternoon. I cannot have milk and so I always come here and get passion fruit green tea with no milk. He brought it to me with obvious milk in it, as I have had this many times from here without milk, and told me they do not have milk in them and that they never add milk. Instead of arguing I just got my money back but disappointed that they lied instead of just making it right. I have had over 30 green tea no milk with boba and know what it looks like. They also have some good promos - Thursday was $1.99 as much yogurt (toppings extra) as you can fit into one of their promo cups (it was pretty comical watching people just swirly away; one guy had his yogurt at probably a foot!). One other night was $3.99 as much yogurt and toppings you could put into a waffle cone. It's pretty clean and conveniently located in a plaza where there is Panda Express, Favela's and Starbucks - something for everyone! Only thing I don't like is that they have control of the taster cups (understand why they do that, but just kind of inconvenient). Would give them five stars, except that I haven't sees that their flavors change that often. Would recommend trying the Tutti Frutti and Watermelon Sorbet. We have not tried any of the slushies or boba teas yet....perhaps that will tip the scale for an updated review.... read more

There's not a lot of decent froyo places around Fairfield and this one is probably my new favorite (the other one is inside Solano Mall). They have about 8-10 flavors. Some are permanent such as the tart and one or two seasonal like pumpkin. Most of the time the yogurt is nice, smooth and creamy but I've gotten some that were icy....and icy froyo is no bueno. For a self serve place you'd figure the only thing the staff needs to concern themselves about is customer interaction but the only interaction I get is when I'm paying. Not very engaging..but then again I'm just really there to get my fix and get out so I guess that's not too bad...but others might not feel the same way (especially those who's new to froyo or who has questions.) Also I'm not sure if all the staff are fully trained/knowledgeable about the Yelp! check in offer because the two time I've asked about it the cashier had no idea what I was talking about...so I don't even bother to ask anymore. read more

This place has really stepped up their game. Started off with just frozen yogurt and now they have all kinds of drinks, shave ice, and the flavors for the yogurt are always changing. They have a wide selection of toppings as well and everything is kept clean (you'd be surprised how nasty a toppings counter could get at some places). This is my go-to spot for froyo or boba because it's good and so conveniently close to home! Service can be alright to great depending on who's working. There's always 1-2 workers on floor and they're generally nice, but not outstanding. Not something I would expect anyway- usually just grab what I need and go. The ambiance is colorful and welcoming. They also have toys for the little ones to play with... Eh. Lol. The TV is always on playing a movie. I wonder if it's entertaining the customers or the employees when it's slow haha. I took my little brothers and sister here for some late night yogurt and man did we tear it up! First off we spent nearly $25 on all of our yogurt which seems expensive but my greedy little bros definitely weren't shy at piling it all up with plenty of toppings. My favorite flavor that night was the soy banana. If you like extremely icey, watered down frozen yogurt, this place is for you! I personally like my froyo to be creamy and taste almost like ice cream...I have been to many frozen yogurt places in solano county and this is definitely my least favorite...me and my parents got 3 yogurts from there tonight, and threw them away the second we got home because they were so watered down. I also think their choice of toppings are the worst compared to other local froyo places....they have a lot of bursting bobas (which I don't like) and a lot of "filler" toppings, like random cereals. Their yogurt has always been really icey and as of lately, even MORE icey, which I didn't think was possible. Their yogurt is almost see-through, from all the added water (I'm assuming).
