The service at this place is simply absolutely garbage . I've w been to this place 4 times and tonight is my last. The last time I came here the manager gave me a voucher for a comp appetizer so against better judgment I went back. Well I waited 30 minutes for a dirty table and over 20 minutes for a server and at that point I left. I don't know what problem at this place is but service is not what they do. Avoid this place. Super excited to go to our first Twin Peaks restaurant despite having no connection to the show! The prices are very affordable and absolutely love the cabin wilderness decor and space. Compared to Hooters it's definitely a better place! I truly admire the camping vibe and outdoor adventure themes. Having gone during Saturday afternoon yesterday for the 49ers Football game, we waited over TWO HOURS for twelve wings and a salad. As a native New Yorker and having ten years of hospitality and waitressing, I understand the busy rush with very particular customers. No patron should ever have to wait over two hours for a salad. There were more than enough women on the floor working and a busy kitchen, but please STEP IT UP. The only reason why I'm giving this place 3 stars is because Sorina was an AMAZING waitress. She was very kind, friendly and attentive. As a server, she is very empowered to wear lingerie on Fridays and get paid. She is paying off her college loans and is very happy working here. The staff, atmosphere, food, drinks are amazing - just be more efficient in the kitchen. Hooters is empty down the street and Twin Peaks should be honored having so many patrons (full parking lot!) during the pandemic. I will be back and hope to see progress! Let's get one thing straight, I don't like wings. However, my boyfriend and his friends do so I was being a trooper and decided to tag along to Twin Peaks. When we got there, our group was ready to drink some beers and watch the fights. We got there and our waitress asked what we were drinking and we ordered our beers and 1 blood Mary. After our first round she came back and asked if we need another one. If you notice someone who is "intoxicated", why you would offer another drink? To make money? Anyways 5 minutes later, the manager walked up, and I could already tell how condescending he was when he asked how we were feeling. He continued to tell us, not ask, how drunk our group was and never gave us a chance to explain. Our group had not been drinking a single sip of alcohol before we walked in. He kept talking, which was the first red flag. As a manager, your goal is to satisfy costumer, and of course maintain the safety in the environment. Me and our group were minding our own business and as the most sober (I had 1 blood Mary) we were not in the slightest giving any signs of intoxication. The manager was extremely rude and made us feel very poorly of our existence in Twin Peaks. He left and told us he was done serving us alcohol and then came back 4 minutes later and asked us to leave the restaurant. These people are rude and don't deserve your business. First time visiting a twin peaks location. The wife and I were visiting Texas for the first time and excited to eat at the location as we have no twin peaks where we reside. The waitress was very helpful in suggesting items to try. Along with my order I requested grilled onions in my burger but upon receiving the order it did not have the requested item. I'm not a very picky person so I shrugged it off. Unfortunately while drinking my beer, my tongue was cut by the rim of my mug due to it being chipped. Somewhere in a secret government lab there sits a dream team of brilliant minds coming up with things like Barbecuties and the new TWIN PEAKS restaurant. Hooters, Bikinis and Bone Daddy's can't hold a candle to the beauty of the Twin Peaks. Situated in the old Rockfish building, Twin Peaks is a slowly growing chain of themed restaurants and that theme is beautiful scantily clad woman serving up great food and focusing on customer interaction and customer service. Not much has changed in the building since the Rockfish days, the addition of plasma TV's is apparently all the place really needed. The servers are drop dead gorgeous and definitely wear the best outfits out of the big four "Man" eateries in town (Hooters, Bone Daddy's and Bikinis). The servers actually take the time to stop by your table, sit down and talk to you and actually see how you are doing and how you meal is coming along. Without food though this place wouldn't be anything special but thankfully this place also offers some amazing grub. The Sliders are hands down one of my favorite things in the world, juicy prime rib on garlic toasted bread, DELICIOUS. The Austin Club is a great sandwich as is the butt kicking Philly Cheese Steak (opt for it Black and Blue, it'll rock your world). They also have some of the best fries in town, big thick cut steak fries perfectly seasoned and absolutely delectable. The menu is mostly American fare, some salads, lots of sandwiches, burgers, chicken fried steak, lots of items topped with sirloin chili and everything full of flavor and priced very reasonably. One of the best parts about Twin Peaks is that unlike the quickly fading Hooters, they offer liquor here at the bar, not just beer. This is our new Sunday Funday hangout for sure. I think I've been to nearly half of the Twin Peaks in America now, not because I like to come here to be amongst beautiful woman, rather since it's one of the few places open late after we go to sporting events. Normally, the service is average, at best, but this location changed that. We had a young girl (Taylor is what her name tag said) who belongs as a server at a nicer restaurant. Attentive, friendly, helpful and seemingly genuinely nice, she made our visit (and no we don't mean by flaunting and flirting). Twin Peaks is one of the rare places where you can watch plenty of sporting events and actually somewhat enjoy the food, not just the drinks. The food is better than Hooters, Chilis, Fridays, Applebees and defintely better than Buffalo Wild Wings and Hooters, although is that really saying much? Either way, none of the food is bad here. It's all better than you'd expect and actually a few dishes are pretty good, like the green chili meatloaf, chipotle chicken, country fried chicken and even the burger. There's few better places to come and watch games on dozens of TVs, have a few drinks, get good service and admire, college age woman showing as much skin as they can to increase tips. First I'll say that our server was an absolute angel, amazing service. But shout out to the manager for not letting me order alcohol because I lost my DL and I have a paper. Not only is that a LEGAL form of ID from dps, I also had my social, multiple credit cards and an insurance card all with the matching name.
