My salad was to be made without cheese. My husband checked the salad and told the waitress there was cheese on the salad. She proceeds to tell him that " it's not a lot" and touches my salad with her bare hands. My husband calls me to tell me he is just going to request for a refund. They make him wait an additional 15 mins then bring him another salad and my husband says I wanted a refund and she walks off. I have called multiple times of course no answer. So you guys basically made him take the salad. Now I'm sure you have cameras to replay this incident. Since you were unable to resolve the issue appropriately and just give him the refund because who would want a salad that someone dirty hands touched nor would I trust to take it to the back pick through it and give it back. I will be filing a complaint to DHEC for unhygienic and unsanitary conditions. Now this is a big deal. Speak with you soon. read more

The silverware was dirty. They did not prepare my food how I wanted it. The waitress barely waited on us and was very rude. She also knew nothing about certain items on the menu. Even though the restaurant wasn't packed, it took forever to get our food and drinks. It was my first and last time going. The food was not worth the price. Disappointing Experience Let me start by saying that we like going to Twin Peaks. In my opinion, it's the best place in Columbia to watch sports. They have plenty of Tv's, good food, good service and their own parking lot, which is a plus in the Vista. But last night was a disappointment. We arrived around 6:30 and found a primo parking spot. As we walked up to the building, we saw empty tables and thought we were lucky to beat the crowd. Our luck ended there when the hostess informed us that there was a 45 minute to 1 hour wait because the kitchen was backed up. It didn't matter if we were willing to wait to order food, they weren't seating anyone at a table OR the bar. Poor management, especially for the first weekend of March Madness. read more

My husband and I came into the restaurant Saturday evening to have dinner and watch the game. The food was good as always, but our server was awful. When waiting for us to decide what we wanted she was noticeably irriated because as she was waiting we were still trying to decided on what we wanted. She never asked how our food was or if we needed anything. She would only do things in passing not. For example, when she brought out meal receipt, she place it on the table while walking by. We were very disappointed and most likely won't return due to our most recent experience. I have the name of the server but I will not post it here. Went for my birthday, the server had an attitude when we sat down and it continued throughout the evening and she'd disappear for 20 min at a time. Half the Food came out an hour later and was cold as hell...20 min go by still don't have the rest. Very shitty experience and the drinks were meh. Don't waste your time here, literally not even worth it considering there are MUCH better restaurants down the block who can do the bare minimum :) read more

Stopped in today because I was craving wings... ordered the mild bone in wings and they were flavorful, although very small... definitely smaller than other local eateries... but they tasted great and their ranch dressing is very good. The wings came out raw, undercooked. The former Twin Peaks girl / manager (not a real restaurant manager) comes out apologetically offers to remake the food or make something else. It's a shame that the wait staff is very polite and friendly, then the kitchen and overall restaurant management (former Hooters management, says a lot ) make Twin Peaks a place you may not want to come back to. Having spent some time in commercial kitchens, usually a competent person be it the restaurant manager or a kitchen manager looks at every plate coming out, whether it's a dive or fine dining. A manager would look to see that the order is correct and the food is done (cooked). Just don't eat here, at least the beer is cold. read more
