I slipped and twisted my knee and back on some water on the floor,returning from the restroom. There was NOT a caution floor nor a wet floor sign! There was literally water everywhere. It was (what I believe), leaking from either a beer,or wine cooler from behind the bar. It was all over the floor,leaking from the bar entrance,into the aisle where patrons (& employees)walk& sit. ( I should've taken videos or/pictures. I was asked by the manager,Brandy, if I was alright. I said my knee was in pain. She was quite hesitant,and then said sorry. She then asked me if I needed ice,for my knee. I said yes,and thank you. She had given me a bag of ice and really didn't say much after that. She didn't even ask if I needed any medical attention!?? She( Brandy manager),never wrote an incident report! Also,had to ASK HER for a business card for the establishment/GM. She didn't even offer it! She proceeded to take my name and phone number. Then the bartender came over with our check. I have been in this industry for 30 years,& I cannot fathom the incompetence on how this establishment handled this situation! It has been over 3 hours and have not been contacted from Twin Peaks, or any of their employees,managers,or corporate about this incident. Honestly,if it was me,or my establishment, or the place I worked,I would be (pardon my French), kissing their ass's. So ignorant and incompetent!!!! They will be hearing from my lawyer. read more

I visited after the lunch rush around 1:30pm on a Thursday so was not expecting it to be busy and it was not. There were some customers scattered around the restaurant with several at the bar. 3 waitresses, 2 bartenders, and 1 hostess were on duty. The costumes of the waitresses and bartenders seemed to be a mix of barely covering and barely legal with a dose of uncomfortable. Big clunky boots, short shorts and handkerchief halters are fine with me though if that's what they choose to do and it helps them pay the bills. If you love the Country Lyrics "I Like My Women Just A Little On The Trashy Side" You will love this place. I might have made this place my 2nd home in my 20's and 30's but now it just gives me a warm feeling of nostalgia, especially when the waitress made it a point to let me know that Fridays they all wear Lingerie. Ambiance was good. It looked like a large homey cafeteria with a western theme. tables were mostly 4-tops. Music was pleasant and not loud and obnoxious. My waitress was fast and efficient and super friendly and sincere. She tried to make a personal connection throughout my visit without the conversation being pushy or phony which was nice. I asked for a paper menu and took my time ordering as it was my first visit. Did I mention that my waitress was friendly? Well she was incredibly friendly and sincere so it's worth saying it again. I ordered the regular cheesburger cooked medium as well as sides of slaw and broccoli. The ticket time on the food was definitely more than 25 minutes and was definitely late. The waitress came by after a long while to say my food will be up very soon .When the burger came it looked very fresh and juicy. The burger was large and looked to be 8 ounces, it was cooked perfectly, but the cheese was sparse and the meat needed more seasoning. The bun was large but unspectacular. My sides were delicious but portion size could have been larger. I gave this visit a 4 stars "good" rating because of the ambiance and the friendly service and because I feel that there is probably a better food experience waiting there for me in the future. I would not hesitate to try this restaurant again, but food and ticket times are most important so I look for that to improve if they want to have me as a regular. read more

45 minute wait to grab a table..they said short staffed, more so in the kitchen. Excited to visit a new restaurant in the area! Initial impression great! The hostess was excited to share all her favorites on the menu! She reeled me in...went to the bar and that's where it fell apart. Waited 15 minutes to be greeted and even longer be served. So as not to belabor the point...service was beyond terrible despite 3 people behind the bar and low volume (3pm). I decided not to even order food since I was already disappointed in the service. Atmosphere was incredibly inviting. I loved the bar area chairs and wildlife hangings. Too bad the service didn't match. This was my first time at Twin Peaks and the atmosphere was like a lodge with Hooter waitresses. The food was nothing special as it was typical bar food. It took some time for us the get waited on and when the food was brought over, we had to request for a napkins and utensils. The major complaint I had was it took us 20 minutes to get someone to ring us up so we can leave. The only person that was able to check us out was the food server and no one else. When she finally came back, she informed us that she was in the kitchen preparing the food for another customer. We explain this to the manager, and she apologize but there was nothing else they can do since it was the server's responsibility to check us out. This was not a good impression for a first-time visitor. They need to correct this issue on service and staffing, or they will not be in business for long. Bob Y read more

Twin peaks more like twin sneaks! I went in on a Friday for lunch with the fellas, I got a flatbread pizza and 2 draft beers totaling 27.50. Once you get past the pretty ladies walking around you realize the food is mid at best. It was time to tab out for the evening so I paid with my card and left a 5 dollar cash tip. 2 days later I get a message from my credit card company saying I left a 100% tip.. needless to say if you ain't drooling over these ladies they gonna hit you where it hurts!!! I called this one weeks ago. Twin Peaks, the new and improved Hooters! Without trivia night. Seated, waitress came over, I ordered a glass of wine. Dave needed a minute so she left...never to be seen again. Never got my wine so we left after about 20-25 minutes. I will say they had a bazillion tv's. It was impressive. Large open area seating. Way nicer decor than Friday's. If you're not into food and drink and just like to look at the architecture and pretty girls, it's your kinda place. I can appreciate the "youthful" wait staff, T&A always attracts a certain crowd. But service should always be a prioriTy. We are older and didn't want to register our credit card. Not every one that comes in wants a waiterless meal. How do you tip when you've had no interaction? 5%? Zero?Surely not 20% as we usually do. read more

I was up there tonight and the food was so so the bartender was more worried about touching the bar back non stop and texting on her phone all night instead of serving the customer she brought me half my order and then the other girl finally brought the other half which was just a top order of 12 wings so not sure what the problem was but definitely the worst service I've had at a Twin Peaks ever. She had no name tag or else I'd have posted her name . But she was white with blinding brown hair . Our second time here... completely different this time. First time the waitresses were in cut off shorts and shirts. They looked cute! This time - they hardly had ANY clothes on! I'm talking lingerie! Some see through too! Every one had on thongs with nothing covering! My husband, daughter and I thought we were in a stripper bar! We even looked for a stripper pole! Have eaten here several times, food has always been delicious but OMG the service was terrible tonight. Waited forever for drinks to arrive, then trying to get another round good luck with that. Server never to be found when we were ready for more cocktails then when she would show up not very friendly like an effort to get us another round. Delivers drinks but leaves all the dirty glasses, normally you deliver drink and pick up empties not tonight, had to ask for glasses to be removed. I'm in the food industry and have alot of patience, I know it's hard finding good help and tip very well but if you're not friendly and doing the minimal you will get a minimal tip. I am a customer who is very happy with this Twin Peaks restaurant because I have been out here twice including October 19 and come a very long way from the Philadelphia area and I have had a lot of fun so far thus it is well worth it traveling 320 miles and averaging six hours one way! On Saturday I was no less disappointed when a blonde young lady named Savanna waited on me and besides being outrageously gorgeous and beautiful with great posture and much charm got me the food I wanted pronto and accurately a couple of times for a couple of dishes! She was super duper polite and highly intelligent and very sweet and nice and bowled me over with her great conversation and attentiveness to her job! She definitely knows how to give a customer the red carpet treatment and makes them want to come back to the Twin Peaks in Pittsburgh again and again! Food is okay but service is not very good. As a woman, if the food and service were good I could tolerate the scantily dressed servers, but it's definitely NOT worth the very slow service. We visited Twin Peaks for the first time yesterday. It is a very friendly atmosphere. The food was quite delicious but could have been served quicker as it was somewhat cold when brought to us. We had a beautiful and delightful server as our primary contact. Her name is VAY. The staff works as a team which was great. Prices are reasonable. We will definitely be return customers. Sandwich bread was stale, all three of us were told the ranch dressing was the "really good ranch dressing" and not one of us liked it. Only had a few bites of salads as well as sandwich. Stopped for a late lunch and to catch up on work email. Sat right away. Server was amazing. Delaney recommended an appetizer when I said I was not real hungry. Mozzarella cubes. Large serving with the fresh made ranch instead of the marinara. Were very good. She kept my Iced Tea filled and made sure I did not need anything. Great atmosphere, but even better people. Chipotle queso with spicy taco meat was awesome, brisket tacos were good. Their still pretty new and trying to get the kinks out, I wanted 2 different drinks and they didn't have them lol. Ordered 4 brisket tacos they brought out 1 lol but brought the rest out after. They dropped one of my wife's chicken tenders on the floor the waitress said and they were supposed to bring another but never did, luckily she was full. The margarita had clumps of salt on the rim. We will still go back after a few months when they hopefully get all the kinks out. read more

I would actually give it 2.5 stars if an option. Tried it for the first time tonight. It wasn't busy so we were seated right away. Server didn't seem too interested in waiting on us and actually seemed annoyed. Never asked if we needed refills on our drinks even though our glasses were empty when food arrived. There were 3 of us and 2 of us got burgers. They mixed the toppings and types of cheeses on them and the burgers were pretty raw despite asking for well done. I could see if they were thick burgers but these are really thin patties. When we told the server about the mix up she didn't care. My friend just asked to have the extras she was suppose to be charged for taken off the bill since she didn't get them. Again server didn't acknowledge what happened. Fries were lukewarm and burger was similar to one you would get from the fast food chain with a certain redhead in pigtails. Place isn't expensive but did expect better than fast food quality. Even worse was seeing the server being much nicer and helpful to the 4 guys at the table diagonal from us. Obviously we were not the clientele she wanted to wait on. There are plenty of options in the area where you will be treated much better. read more

What a train wreck. Shame on management for opening a new spot without everyone being even familiar with the menu. How do you not know if you have onion rings, when you are the first person to greet and take orders. Can a salad be substituted in place of fries? don't know that either. Isn't the correct answer yes, but there is a slight up charge. Instead, money on a sale was lost as my friend got tired of waiting for her to go ask someone else (again) and said just give me the fries to make it easier. The best part is the reason we couldn't phone an order in for pick up-"it just gets too confusing" yes honey, I'm sure it does. While the young lady we encountered upfront was sweet, she could surely use to learn the menu. The manager seemed to be wandering around but not actually doing anything, maybe like checking why the alarm system continuously screeched on and off alerting "trouble." He came over to touch under the window to see if anyone had come and fixed it yet. Communication and training all around seems like a better way to know if the window had been fixed. Due to not being able to place orders on the phone for pick up, we had to do so there, in person, wait to find out 2 of the items we ordered were not available after being placed. So we waited, and waited...next to the screeching alarm panel. The food definitely wasn't worth all of the above and some of the other interactions that were had. Got seated rather fast for a Saturday evening dinner, once we got to our table you were told to scan the QR code for a menu, that seems rather cheap to me but ok. We ended up waiting for 10 minutes before a waitress came to our table, we ordered our drinks which came back rather fast, but then the wait for our food began, took around 40 minutes for wings and burgher and a pot roast dinner. The food was on par with what I ate in a high school cafeteria. My pot roast dinner was fatty and extremely over salted, my wife's burger was way undercooked and the wings that we ordered smoked and grilled definitely weren't either and had a rubbery texture. We noticed other tables didn't look happy either as they left half eaten food. The girls who where very attractive weren't very good at being a waitress. So if you want a place for a good dinner this is a hard pass, if you want to see T&A and have a beer this place is for you. read more

Twin Peaks Robinson is a joke!! Second time we were there, 1st time wasn't stellar but since it is new we gave it another try. Got there 6:04PM, sat at the bar. Took 15 minutes for any bartender to acknowledge us. We ordered drinks, took a couple minutes to receive them. Never asked if we wanted food, walked by us several times and never even looked our way. Totally ignored us. Neither did any of the other bartenders. Bar Back stood there for 20 minutes talking to his buds. We decided to move on since we were hungry and couldn't flag Alyssa down to ask for food service. We put our credit card on bar with the check at 6:40PM, she finally came over and said she hoped we had a good experience. We told her no and explained why. She said "sorry to hear that".
