This is the only place I go to for my eyebrows and usually they do a pretty good job. I used to specifically request Chinu (not quite sure if that's the correct spelling) but she is unfortunately not a part of their team anymore. She always did an amazing job and was the sweetest one there and remembered my name. I miss her! Most times I go in the staff is very friendly, with the exception of one woman who looks to be a little older than the other girls. She doesn't smile as much and also doesn't take as much time on me as the other employees do. She's not flat out rude either, just not as warm as the other staff members. My most recent visit was just a few weeks ago and the aforementioned woman served me. I have a $2 off coupon that they fortunately allow you to use each time you come in and I always tip at least 20%. When I asked to use the coupon she seemed to be annoyed that I wanted to use it and was demanding about physically seeing it (which they usually aren't). She still honored my coupon and I still tipped 20%. Of course I was not free to go without hearing her sales pitch for the $30 gift certificate. I have purchased one before and it is quite handy to use but I just don't see the point in purchasing one every time because I am already a loyal customer and not planning to go somewhere else anytime soon (until of course I just get fed up with the constant sales pushing). I would just rather pay for each service each time. This has to be one of the most annoying things about this place. I do get tired of hearing the sales pitch EVERY SINGLE TIME. I've seen the posted ad about it and have already heard about it numerous times, so if I wanted to purchase the gift certificate then I would. Another unfavorable trait of this establishment is the fact that they only ever have one person working at a time which means longer wait times. They should at least have one other person as the cashier to keep a constant flow instead of only one person doing everything. The only time I have to come is during my lunch break so I don't have a lot of time to sit and wait. I remember many times where I've come out to see every single chair taken with someone waiting while only one employee is on the floor, so I end up having to leave and try my luck another time. Parking is already challenging even when they are not busy. Overall I would recommend this business. They do good work and my eyebrows always look good when leaving. Just be ready to sit and wait if you are willing to and have that kind of time, and to hear the annoying sales pitch each time you visit. read more

We had a FANTASTIC experience with this shop!!! My friend and I went in as something different to do for my birthday. They had a book of designs for us to chose from but then suggested that we go to Pinterest to get some other ideas. My friend just gave the artist creative license. I'm a bit more.. controlling . Both designs were amazing. The women were super kind and clearly believe in customer service. I had taken my daughter here to have her eyebrows done because as is way too harsh on her skin because of eczema. Raj did a fantastic job with her! Her brows have never looked better. I just got my eyebrows threaded at this place . I was beyond specific about not wanting thin brows or to change the shape. I believe I mentioned it over 3 times and once before we even started. Well to my surprise the shape of my eyebrows is thin and I will now have to fill them in. If I had wanted thin brows, it would not be a bad job, but that is exactly opposite of what I came in for. I've come here SO many times and last night I was so disappointed. The lady didn't seem like she knew what she was doing, she was very harsh on my skin and at the end of it, one eyebrow was round and the other just completely messed up. I didn't notice until I got home and everybody was shocked. I called and left a voicemail, and they still haven't called back. Called earlier this morning, sent to voicemail. I have to say, this is the worst possible customer service in 11 years of eyebrow threading. I am so displeased, I even asked her to clear it correctly and they got thinner and thinner. This is my spot! I love this place. I usually get right in and out. Cheenu is my favorite, she takes her time, she is a really good threader. It rarely hurts because she knows what she's doing and she cares. One of the things I love about this place and why I come back is that they rub cooling gel on your eyebrows after and give you a nice facial massage. It's a really nice, relaxing touch. It's hard to find a good eyebrow place, so I definitely recommend this one. I've been to a few in Roseville and this one is my favorite. read more

Took my wife here for the first time and this is the worst eye brow threading business and experience we have been to. They did such a bad job I looked at her and asked if she even had anything done as there was no difference from when she went in. The lady seemed to have no patience and did not ask if it was ok and if there was something else she could.
