Ok, I've never eaten at Twisted Pig, only Door Dashed. I get the Twisted Mac n Cheese with the pulled pork. I love adding the beer cheese dip on top. It is absolutely amazing. The price seems high, when looking at the delivery, however, the amount of food is almost enough for 2 people. Add a side and it would be enough for 2 (or just portion it and it's enough for leftovers next day but it's usually too good to not over eat). Considering altogether, it's like $23 for the food and delivery plus the extra beer dip, and good for 2 meals, it's cheaper than fast food yet it's made fast and delivered fast. I highly recommend. When I have more money flow, I'll try something new but this is my go to. read more

I am not exaggerating when I say that this restaurant has the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. The food was decent and prices were fair but overall I do not recommend it. At least and I'm being generous when I say at least 5 times our waiter walked by without even so much as glancing over to see if we needed refills, or anything in general. So I called to find out who was bartending, I was told it's a bartender and put on hold. The reason why I asked is because if Anna was working I was not coming in because she is rude I am not spending my money when someone personally does not like you I have done nothing to her and if she don't like you that's the kind of service you get. My sweetheart and I went in on a Sunday evening and it got BUSY! There was no server, just the bartender and the cook. And they kicked ass! The service was awesome from our bartender/server and the food was so good. My BF had been craving mac-n-cheese, he ordered it with the brisket. It did not disappoint! I had ribs, they fell off of the bone. I appreciated that the food was well-seasoned, not flat and generic tasting like some restaurants can be. And although it was super busy, our bartender/server, I wish I could remember his name, took the time to chat with us. All in all, it was a great experience with great food. The good: it's a great local spot to head after work to grab a drink, watch a game, or catch up with friends. They have plenty of seating around the U-shaped bar, or plenty of tables around to sit at. They even have a large room for larger parties. They serve pretty good food from what I hear - not being able to have gluten, there's absolutely nothing on this menu I can eat. But that's OK, I just have a drink with my friends and go eat somewhere else after. The drinks range from about $10-$16 on average. The not so good: It's the service that is the problem. Sometimes you have good service but there is at least one waitress there who is super rude. If there are just a few of you, you can order directly from the bar. But if you are in a larger group, they want to seat you and you will get a waitress. They get mad if you go to the bar to order, even if the waitress takes forever to come around. We got chastised before when we booked their extra room with a larger party. We were waiting for the waitress to come; waiting, and waiting. So finally we went to the bar as we were thirsty, but the bar stopped filling our drinks after our first round and said we had to order through our waitress and sent us back. It was a little frustrating. It wouldn't have been a problem if there was somebody to actually take our orders on time. We shouldn't have to wait half an hour to get a drink. Other times, we've had a good waitress. So it's just really hit or miss with the service if you're not sitting at the bar. read more

Left Lodi at 4:45, got to Twisted Pig around 5:50. Plenty of time to sit & enjoy before 7:30 show at Gallo Art Center. New kitchen staff filled doordash orders before waiting customers. the waitress came over to let us know and she apologized for the wait. Needless to say, we shared with her that we were starting to panic. The weight was over 40 minutes and we had to rush with 5 minutes to spare before the show started. The General Manager, Heidi comped us our meal (we stressed that she did not have to do that)and in all honesty the food was great. Dad loved his fish and chips, I got the kitchen sink burger, which was fantastic, just a little overcooked (asked for med rare/no pink when received). I've been to this spot a few times now. To be honest, it's delicious. Drinks, food and great music if you download the touch tunes app and put on your favorite song. Came here with my bf back to back days once because it was just that good. Enjoyed dinner Saturday then swung around again for Sunday brunch the following day. Idk how this place has good reviews each time I have been here the food is mediocre and the service is awful. They servers are rude and they take forever to get your food out to you. My boyfriend and I came in and sat down we weren't greeted by anyone or handed any menus. 10 mins go by and we still hadn't even been acknowledged by any staff. They didn't ask if we wanted drinks, never handed us menus, nothing. They weren't even busy either there was like 6 other people in there at the time. I know the servers saw us because I saw them look at us multiple times. We felt so uncomfortable so we just left. I wouldn't recommend this place. read more
