Went to Twisted Ranch with a friend and we had a good experience as always! I've tried their Ranch flight twice and loved it, so I decided to order something else. This time I ordered their one of their chicken wraps and it was delicious! The fries are always perfectly seasoned and I've loved every single ranch I've tried. The wrap was perfect as it was and I wouldn't change anything about it. The wait staff was nice and professional, the lady checked on us throughout our time their but also didn't overdo it, so I appreciated that. This place will always have my business!

I was very excited to try a ranch themed restaurant! Went here for lunch on a weekday with a group of 10. There was no wait as the restaurant was practically empty. The menu is quite large and we all opted to share a ranch flight in addition to other entrees. We were under the impression this would come out first since it's listed as an appetizer but it came out the same time as our entrees. This wouldn't have bothered me if our food didn't take over 45 minutes to arrive! The restaurant wasn't busy at all to warrant the wait but at least the food was tasty. All in all I would give the whole experience 3 stars but as a ranch connoisseur the ranch flight was genuinely quite good and bumped me up to a 4! Note that parties over 6 people have an automatic 20% gratuity

This place was great when it came to the food being delicious. Everything else not so much. For one the service was okay with the staff feeling unorganized and uncoordinated. Two the ambiance was okay with arcade and games being tap to pay only instead of with cash. Overall it's a fine bar but it's not too special. I would only come back with friends or for a sports event.

Came to CWE for the Holiday Window Walk. It was almost 2pm and we were hungry. We thought to try your restaurant. We ordered from the nice waitress then waited 45 minutes to be served our food! We also notice kitchen staff watching the last quarter of the Miami football game and talking about how much money they had on game. The whole restaurant of Holiday Families had to wait like this! We are Not going to ever grace your inconsiderate establishment again. Food was average after all.

Wow! I would give this place 100 stars if I could. The staff were great! Super nice. The place is clean. The vibe is super chill. The FOOD...... lawd have mercy.....I LOVE RANCH! So we ordered a ranch flight and had 13 very unique sauce choices. All very good. We had the Big Kid Mac and Cheese..... thank you god for putting all of this on our plate. We shared a Chicken Caesar Salad and it came in a large bowl with so much chicken! Lastly we shared the pulled pork nachos and they were divine! The portions are huge. The prices are comparable to restaurants that give you half the amount of food and flavor. I super wish we lived here so I could eat here often!

The food was not the best. Some items were cold and just not my favorite. The server was nice and the restaurant is large enough for a big group.

i just can't give this place more than two stars... the concept is so cool just extremely poorly done. the food is a bit overpriced for what is it. $17 for chicken strips... central west end is a nice area and this restaurant fits the prices but not the quality. it is a grimy restaurant. everything from the bathrooms to the tables you sit at are grimy. they are severely understaffed I came on a Friday night and there weren't busy and there was open tables, but they simply did not have enough servers. The server we had was nice, but truly just too busy to offer even refills or extra napkins when we had none.

Saw a video about this place on TikTok and I was intrigued! So when my boyfriend and I came to town, we really wanted to try it! It's located outside of the main downtown in a nice area. When you enter, it definitely gives off sports bar vibes. We decided to do the 5 ranch sampler which comes with fries. We decided against the 13 or 34 sampler due to price and not being interested in trying all the flavors. My favorites that we got were Asian zing and jalapeño popper. My least favorite was the sweet onion bacon I believe it was called. I love onion and bacon, but it just had a strange flavor. For our entree, our server recommended the chicken tenders, which you get with a side and your choice of 2 ranches. I got pasta salad for my side, which was decent. The chicken was nothing special, as the server had said it was. It was good, just not as good as she hyped it up to be. This place did not live up to the hype. If you go, I don't know that I would necessarily even do the sampler since you can get 2 types of ranch with most entrees.

    Live mouse trap on bar.

Waited almost 30 minutes to see a server while server stood at bar on phone and then disappeared into kitchen. Only saw her a couple of times - nowhere to be found. Indicated they were short staff when she brought the check but only had two tables while there. Could have communicated it which would have helped - she didn't care. Forgot many of the necessary items. Silverware, plates, napkins. Had to eventually get our own silverware and napkins. Some of the food was disgusting and inedible. Veggies were disgusting - see picture of broccoli which was brown and mushy. Worst part was auto gratuity for groups of 6 or more. (We had 6) Lastly - live mouse trap on the secondary bar was the kicker. Should have been a red flag but noticed too late. John Taffer would have lost his sh!t. Great concept but...

This restaurant has a lot of opportunities to improve; however, it's currently in the pits. We are under the impression that all their staff is new. Between our server and watching/hearing other servers at different tables, it seems like there were plenty of mistakes made with orders and bills. From our own experience, our waiter didn't introduce himself nor ask us if we'd like drinks, our food took way too long to come out, my husband had to get his order remade as the guy who brought it out spilled it on him (thank God it wasn't wet/saucy), and more. Although the chicken tenders and burger were well made, the former was supposed to come with two ranches and didn't and the latter was the ranch burger but didn't have any ranch on it (we opened it up). The fries were not good on their own, but if you looked at them as a vehicle to move ranch into your body, then they fulfilled their purpose. We did get to the point of wanting to try ranches from our flight but not wanting to eat anymore of the mediocre fries... We are interested in returning here for a drink at their bar or maybe going to a trivia night (Tuesdays at 7pm), but we're not in a rush. Hopefully, in six months or so, they'll have a good groove going and will be a splendid place to visit.

Are all of the tables high tops / bar stool height? I couldn't tell from pictures if there are low/standard tables. We wouldn't be able to go upstairs unless there is an elevator.

Yes we have normal height tables downstairs as well . It is a mix of both .

Can bottles of ranch be shipped?

We have shipped our fresh made ranches from the restaurant in 8oz bottles , but they must be shipped overnight with an ice pack to ensure they stay at proper refrigerated temperature since they are made fresh each day with zero preservatives .

Can you get the Ranch this Country 13 at lunch? It isn't on the menu.

Yes , we updated the menus but online has not been apparently . But absolutely available

Do they have dairy free options? I feel silly asking this about a ranch place but you never know!

Our ranches do include dairy , so only options would be to take the ranch out of any time . We haven’t yet perfected a dairy free ranch yet

I'm disappointed that it took me so long to make my way here. They won me over with the tiny dedicated parking lot. At my big age, difficult parking situations are a turn off and I will go home if I can't get reasonable parking. I was able to snag a space in the lot and headed in. The space is a bit dark with rich sage, brass, and terracotta. There are several hanging plants making it an inviting place. The bar has plenty of comfortable seating and cozy tables if you decide to bring some friends. Caleb was our server during our visit. He was an absolute delight. He made excellent cocktail suggestions. He looked after our group without being overly doting. Just a gem of a human. We tried approximately 9 cocktails during our visit. Did I mention we were at brunch! I highly recommend the peach bite and the Side Car. Every cocktail is thoughtfully made and well executed. They offer a small brunch menu along with the regular menu. I usually always get chilaquiles when they are available. But today the ruby trout and grits sounded perfect. This dish was amazing!! The trout was thin with crispy skin. The grits were creamy and delicious. The dish is topped with a house made radish pico and salsa macha. We also ordered a breakfast sandwich that was paired with the crispiest breakfast potatoes I've ever had. The burger and fries are also a good option. The seasoning on the fries is next level. The brunch menu has a sticky toffee roll that is a perfect size for sharing or not. Salty sweet fork tender cinnamon roll. Lastly, the deviled eggs were a group favorite. I am a big fan of Passenger Chili Crisp. If you are unfamiliar please look them up! It's hands down the best chili crisp I've ever had. It's locally made here in STL and can also be found in several dishes at restaurants around town. The eggs were creamy with the right amount of tang from the mustard. The chili crisp made these deviled eggs easily top five best I've ever had! Planning to stop in again soon for happy hour with more friends

I got the Oaxacan Caffee and my husband had the Savannah slammer. Both were perfectly balanced, made well and with quality ingredients! We both got a standard espresso martini to finish (they use cold brew) and it was lovely as well. No creaminess, nice coffee flavor and not overly sweet. Since it was our first time we got a little welcome cordial - that was a nice addition to our experience. Our waitress was very nice as well. We got our food quickly - pimento cheese dip with house made chips and the Brussels sprout Caesar salad. Pimento cheese dip was very creamy, chips were so thin they kept breaking but they were seasoned well and had a good crunch. The Brussels sprout Caesar was great! Very light but Brussels sprouts were crispy. Even the half size was large for us!

I went with a Double and swapped out the American Cheese for Pepper Jack. For my side, I tried their Salt&Pepper Onion Rings. After ordering, I took my number stick and took a seat at the bar. Once seated, the bartender welcomed me and I ordered a draft beer. I barely had completed my Wordle and my burger basket was being slid in front of me. Before taking my first bite, I admired the crisp edges and actually ran my finger around them. My first bite was heaven. It proved to me that all a good smash burger needs is; ketchup, mustard, onion and pickles. The Onion Rings were made in house and the simple seasoning of Salt & Pepper made them a winner. While dining at the bar, I learned a new trick. If you're going to be sitting at the bar to enjoy your smash burger, you can order it from the bartender. She also didn't know how to make a drink, with that being the case why are you allowed to make any cocktails. If you have a limited cocktail menu but an extensive bar selection you would think their cocktail specials were on point. Nooooo. The BF tried a margarita special and it was awful.
