I broke down and went in and bought a three dollar plus cookie. There was a lot of choices, but the kid swore the chocolate chip was his favorite, so I got that. I am going to preface this with I am a world-class baker. You are going to have to really bring it to get a wow out of me for either a bakery item, or a breakfast. That said, The cookie was OK. It has a large pregnant guppy center that I thought was more like a cake pop than a cookie. It was almost like two desserts in one, only problem is I don't like cake pops. I finished it, and I really liked the outer edges, but I still stand by my thoughts on the matter. I just can't justify a three dollar cookie, especially one that didn't give me a WOW! But if you have the money to spend, try one of the other flavors, you might find it a different experience than I had. I was gifted a dozen cookies from Twisted Sugar for Christmas. Most of the cookies I received were sugar cookies with different types of frosting. My fave of this type was Cookies n Cream! I also enjoyed the crinkle cookie- it was like a brownie!!! The peanut cookie with Nutella on top was good too. I recommend these! Twisted sugar loses a star for its chocolate chip cookie. I was not a fan, but I prefer chocolate chip cookies to be warm and gooey. While I may not like the chocolate chip cookie, I would definitely purchase cookies (and sodas) in the future. read more

This place is cool! They have a huge menu of premade drinks to choose from, separated by soda base with added flavors and mix-ins. You can also make your own soda creation and choose your own! My kids and I had a pleasant first time visit earlier in the week. A cute little dessert shop. The young man working the counter was very patient, friendly, and helpful. The soda options were overwhelming because there were so many options. We decided on a 6 pack for about $15. The cookies we ordered were served chilled. The shop was quiet, after ordering we saw a few other patrons that ordered online come in for their orders. I loved the key lime and the snicker doodle. My daughter enjoyed the chocolate chip and the oatmeal chocolate chip was so hard we had to warm it up in the microwave, so we could eat it. It was good after we warmed it up. I bake my kid's birthday cakes and love oatmeal chocolate chip and chocolate chip regularly, so I'm picky when it comes to my desserts. I will try their chocolate chip next time, but I was disappointed that my the oatmeal cookie was frozen even after being in my warm car while we picked up a few grocery items at Raleys on our way home. Was excited to see this cookie soda shop open up. Went in on opening day. The shop is so cute and lovely. The staff are all so nice and friendly. It did take some time to get out cookies and drinks but that is expected for opening day. I've tried pretty much all the cookies and the biscoff cookie is my fav even if it's on an oatmeal cookie lol. I've tried many of the drinks and they are all pretty good. I really enjoyed the peach soda and Shirley temple. I was disappointed that they did not have a kids size soda. They have a large variety of soda options, which seems like their main star compared to the cookies. I was also shocked that the decor was black and white. I thought it would have had more color and art. They have very minimal seating inside as well, just a grab and go. The cookies were thick and gooey in the middle. We heated up our cookies when we got home because the box felt cold like it was near a freezer. But overall the cookies were not bad. I got Paradise Island which was Sugar Free and water based. This drink exceeded my expectations. I was expecting something extremely sweet, but it was the right amount. My husband got a Fashionista which was too sweet for me, but the perfect amount for him. He drink it within acouple minutes. To the others complaining how this isn't as good as crumbl. It's because it's not supposed to be. The cookies are still good and in MY opinion a lot better. These are actually baked and not raw. They also don't taste like 99% of it is sugar. I went yesterday and the place is cute and clean. I tried the chocolate chip, peanut butter, and cookies and cream. The chocolate chip was ok. I would prefer a thin cookie instead of a puffy one. The peanut butter did not taste like peanut butter and had a strange texture. The cookies and cream was ok, but was too sweet. Please do yourself a favor if you are in the mood for cookies and go to crumbl cookies a short drive away. The mixed Dr Pepper was delicious once we finally got it but the cookies were no better than store bought cookie dough. Of the dozen I tried the only edible one was the one with biscoff frosting. Went for the first time today after finding out they offer gluten free cookies. I was excited alike for the cookies but when I saw all the cool flavors for their drinks I was even more excited. It was relieving to hear that they make their gluten free cookies safe for people with gluten allergies. It feels great to feel included and be able to go to restaurants to just have a cookie like everyone else. After moving to Reno from Utah, I have been missing a good soda shop so needless to say I was thrilled when I heard Twisted Sugar was coming to the area! I absolutely love a "Twisted" Diet Coke (soda + coconut + fresh lime) with coconut cream added. My husband loves creating his own drink with Mountain Dew + mango. The curbside pick up is so convenient, as you can put your order in the app and they bring it right out to your car when you arrive (a dream for my introverted self). The coconut sugar cookies and regular sugar cookies are fabulous. Overall, love this place! read more
