If you want juicy and spicy crawfish you gotta go here. The shrimp was amazing with great flavor. Worth the drive!

Been a fan of Twisted Tails for years. I've never had anything there that I didn't love. Family owned and great service. The crawfish is FULL of flavor and not the sprinkle on top flavor. We've also ordered live crawfish from them multiple times for our own boil. Excellent ! Highly recommend.

Jake, the owner is super nice amazing vibes. Everyone is super kind there. Their crawfish is as big or bigger than my hand the flavor no one else has. These are the best in the DFW area. I will be back every weekend until they're out of season. Thank you Jake for everything. You're the man

Don't go too late. They were out of veggies!! But crawfish was good! Not too salty or spicy. We got 5 lbs for about 10 per pound. Crawfish was on the smaller side maybe too early in the season. Will go back!

Fantastic crawfish great seasoning we love finding great spots like this , it's BYOB so bring drinks if you like good seasoning and friendly staff . Price point is good also spent about 30 bucks after tip and got a solid amount of food

Traditional crawfish, corns, potatoes and Cajun sausage

The guy that took my order came off blunt while I was asking questions being a first time customer. Besides that, the crawfish was good and traditional juicy if you like to suck the heads, hot and spicy! BYOB! Outdoor seating only.

Food was ok but I felt like the price was to high and the grease was old. We had the 3 piece catfish and shrimp.

The food was absolutely delicious and the ambiance was wonderful and perfect for a catch up with my friend: warm, inviting, and perfect service! The burrata salad was outstanding, and the pasta was equally impressive. We also shared the bread pudding for dessert, which was incredible and the perfect ending to the evening. The lobster dishes and wine selection were excellent as well. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service: attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming without ever being intrusive. To top it all off, our entire dinner came to under $100, which felt like tremendous value for the quality of the food and experience. I only wish we had a location in Los Angeles. Highly recommended!

This location felt like I was inside a fancy boat To start - the most unique and delicious chips I've ever had. I'm coming back first and foremost for the chips! Haven't seen chips this full of flavor before The prickly pear refresher was amazing - just mint, lemon, soda and prickly pear puree? This is one I'm going to make at home The same chips are used for the tuna dip but I'd like to note their pickled jalapeno - that was fire. So much flavor here Shrimp salad was great too, I enjoyed how balanced the dish was The baked alaska was a mix of chocolate and strawberry on the inside - everything was done from scratch. One recommendation is to add a layer between the ice cream and marshmallow is possible The black wagyu gold something tomahawk was divine - maybe better than any bbq I've been to. Nothing was spared here I also got the key lime pie, it was more grainy than I expected and the key lime was mostly in the reduction (?) to be poured on Overall, tomahawk, crackers, prickly pear drink (forgot to mention crab cake) were my favorites Staff was friendly too!

We tried a variety of things including two types of oysters, but I have to say this is my favorite fish and chips in the area. For the cost you get SO much (3 large pieces) of fish, fries and a few hush puppies. And it was nice and fluffy, so so good. Definitely my new favorite go-to place in Frisco for seafood. I feel this place doesn't get enough love! Look forward to going back!

We started with half a dozen raw oysters and they were fresh and delicious! We also ordered a dozen grilled oysters. They were okay, but nothing spectacular and probably not something we would order again. Hubby ordered the fish special that was on the board that day. I can't remember exactly which fish it was, but he said it was just okay. I ordered the snow crab with Cajun butter and unfortunately this was the biggest disappointment. The crab meat was extremely mushy and the texture was just not good at all. I tried several different legs from the cluster just to make sure it wasn't only one bad piece, but they were all the same, so I couldn't finish it. The corn that came with it also tasted old and had a strange sour taste, so I didn't eat that either. The Dragon Fruit Pineapple Mojito, however, was DELICIOUS! Definitely one of the highlights of the meal and I would absolutely order that again. One thing that was a little strange was the timing. Considering how slow it was when we were there, the food seemed to take a little longer than expected to come out, and my drinks took even longer. Overall, it was a mixed experience for us. The raw oysters and mojito were great, the grilled oysters and fish special were just okay, and unfortunately the snow crab entrée was a definite miss. I'm willing to give Anaya's another try and order something completely different if we happen to be in the area, but based on this visit, I wouldn't make a special trip back just to eat here.

The fish was fried nicely, but lacked in seasoning and flavor. You say you are a CAJUN fish grill. I want to taste it. So the fish fell flat and the fries and hush puppies were the star of the meal. Overall a decent meal and I always enjoy a new experience and supporting smaller businesses.

We started with the bangbang shrimp, which was delicious...a perfect mix of sweet, spicy, and crunchy, served on a bed of slaw. I had the filet mignon with mashed potatoes, peppercorn gravy and nicely cooked asparagus. The filet on its own was tender, juicy, and beautifully peppered. For drinks, we had the rosemary old fashioned...smooth and chilled, though nothing stood out about it. The lavender mule was a refreshing mocktail. Service was great-thank you, Eric! The general manager was also very friendly. You can book your reservation via OpenTable.

We arrived at 2pm and they didn't have the server staff going to full power, but we so enjoyed the art deco environment, food, drinks and staff service overall. Just had to wait a bit here and there for a server to return when we were ready for more drink orders from the bar. All bartenders and servers were very skilled and customer service oriented, Even Coast probably needed one server more or something as it got full by 3 as the hostess had told me. Love the art deco mermaid pins the female staff wore, plus other unique thought out accoutrements. We like to share plates and loved everything we had! The oysters, burrata, smoked clam chowder, yellowtail curd, smoked salmon dip with homemade potato chips, and the fried cod, frites and Cole slaw. Some of us had cocktails- all great, then we all switched to wine, then finished with espresso martini and amazing dessert. Everything was expertly hand crafted (cocktails), and the food expertly prepared so our high praise and compliments to the Chef, Sous, Cooks, Servers, Hostess and Restaurant Manager, who did stop by and check on us. Friend recommended we try this place over going to Kenny's....it didn't even compare. The food was…read moreexcellent. There's just a thoughtfulness at Kenny's you just don't find here. I got a lemon dropped....it came with a huge piece of cotton candy (aka "citrus candy floss") on top that the waiter didn't bother to tell me I need to push down into the glass. He did warn me it was going to be an extremely sweet drink....and it was. I then thought I'd try a white cosmo. Good drink, but they use a craft ice cube with a flower in it....and then put it in a shallow glass. So at some point, the ice cube was just resting on my nose so I could drink. How has no one noticed this flaw? He preferred the smoke signal over the long watch. He said the long watch had a flavor he just didn't particularly enjoy. Shared some appetizers: cheeseburger was pretty good. He really liked the oysters...and that they serve the mignonette on the side. And he really, really enjoyed the mignonette. I don't enjoy salmon, but thought we'd try the dip. It didn't turn me into a salmon lover, but he thought it was pretty good. I got the bucatini and it was delicious. Great chunks of crab. I was pretty full so took most of it home....it did not reheat as well as I would've like. But, it's a cream sauce, so that's expected. He got the tagliatelle. He also enjoyed it, but probably wouldn't get it again. He just wasn't blown away. Just a lot of little things that would make me drive down the road rather than come back.
