This is a brand new chain restaurant to open in McKinney and was not disappointed. I went during the week and enjoyed the Thursday lunch menu of 2 fried catfish, 2 hushpuppies and a ton of fries for under $10. This is an order at the counter restaurant but the staff are super friendly. Service is fast and ambience is casual. Music was a little loud for my liking but I will definitely be back.

Awesomeness. This food is every bit as good as Fish Shack in Plano, but it's a lot closer to Melissa. The oysters are so big and delicious and from 4pm to 6 pm, they're $15.00 per dozen for happy hour. Their fried oysters, shrimp and catfish are friggin' delicious. I highly recommend this place. A++++

Ceviche after seasoning it myself twice to bring it to life

2 1/2 instead of 3! Ceviche was below average, and lacking flavor. Seafood boil 1/2 snow crab, 1/2 shrimp, corn, and sausage. Everything was cooked well, but the "spicy" was not close to spicy. It was just overloaded with a chili powdered baste. No butter in the sauce was a bit gritty on some bites because the abundance of the chili powdered baste. Service was friendly Ambiance was an average seafood eatery, but definitely catered almost solely to the Mexican American community. (Music, soccer on TV's, etc...) Personally , I don't want to spend 65 dollars for just myself on average food. Last time coming.

I saw this place recently opened and wanted to try it out. Ordered the Combo basket with 2 fried filets, 4 fried oysters, 2 hush puppies and fries. I was a little disappointed with everything. The fish was pretty golden but so bland. Absolutely no taste at all. The oysters were so small, they could fit in a 2 year old's small hand. It looked as if one oyster was cut into 4 pieces. I more than likely won't return.

The most exciting part of that for me is that once I knew that, I KNEW the food would be great! The Garage ambiance is just what you would expect, a converted garage with roll-up doors and about 20 tables if you include the patio. Just like it's the food is the same great great food, the service is the same great service (and same great servers). Kenneth took great care of us. I ordered the Low Rider Sandwich. It was a grilled chicken sandwich with cheese and house made pesto sauce. It hit the spot! This restaurant is a repeater for me, so give them a try!

Quaint restaurant that has the feel of an old garage inside, and great tasting food! I had the grilled chicken sandwich with their honey mustard sauce - sooooo good! You have to seat yourself - there were enough vacant tables to pick from. Within a few minutes, our server was over and helped us narrow down on what we wanted to order. I went for a Crushed Velvet Mule in addition to Cali, Buffalo (both grilled versions) and Burg B Q. We told our server that between me and my wife, we will be sharing the chicken sandwich and hence requested that it be sliced into 2. Not only were the burgers sliced, it was served in separate plates with sides as well - that was a really nice touch. Cali was a bit bland, Buffalo and Burg B Q were both really nice. The drink was nice as well. There was live music but we were seated near a table that was pretty boisterous, could hardly hear anything. The outdoor seating overlooking greenery and events they do at the restaurant make the place quite different - we will definitely be back soon to try other options on the menu.

Walk in via J Theodore, the ohone booth is to the left. It's a cool novelty calling with a book name to enter via the book shelf. Once inside the speak easy area there were two seating options. The Library which is set away from the open lounge area and quieter or the lounge area with the bar. They would not let us pick our spot despite seating being available. We opted for the lounge area as the seat offered to us there was better to our preference. The tables are packed quiet tightly which i dont like personally but i get it. That tidbit aside it is definitely a cool environment. Service was really nice and the food we ordered was great. I presume it's the same menu as J Theodore so I'm going to have to try that now for a more restaurant style meal. This is a cool place to hang out and bring friends imo. Since we don't really drink we'll probably end up at the restaurant next time as it's not easy to eat on tiny tables. It's a bar/lounge after all.
