What an amazing find! I am so happy that I stumbled upon this hidden gem. Staff is super friendly and accommodating given the current situation we are all in. And they serve breakfast ALL DAY LONG! I had the salmon BLT with fries and it was so delicious. I planned on the fries being limp and inedible by the time I brought the food home but I was wrong and they were crisp and SO tasty. One of my favorite breakfast spots anywhere! So lucky to have this local gem in our town. All of the people who work here are wonderful, and the menu can accommodate my strict reflux diet. They do close early, and are also closed on Tuesdays, which is good to know because I have accidentally made plans to eat there and driven over on a Tuesday a few times lol. I come with my husband and daughter all the time now. They make excellent desserts in house, the crumb cake is amazing and all of the food is top quality - never too greasy, organic ingredients. I am vegetarian so it's nice that they have so many sides, sometimes I will cobble a whole breakfast together just ordering four sides. They just have lots of good options. There's usually a 20 minute wait on weekends, and they will always be honest with you about how long the wait will be. Very cute farmhouse ambiance. The kale and butternut squash omelette is a must! The new owners have done a fantastic job of or overhauling the former restaurant and have turned it into a really great cafe. The food is also new and fresh and really tasty. Amazing eggs Benedict. The eggs were poached perfectly which is seriously hard to find! My son's chocolate chip pancakes were just sweet enough. We brought home the buttermilk chicken sandwich for my husband; it was tender with a nice kick of heat. The pumpkin loaf and cookie were phenomenal. A hidden gem just outside the borough! We had a chance to pick up breakfast this morning, and I must say we were absolutely delighted. The food was excellent, curbside pickup was very thoughtful, and we can't wait to go back. The BEST meal I've had in a very long time and a wide variety with something for everyone in our 6 person party. We especially loved the brisket omelet, brisket cheesesteak, and brussel sprout salad. Tried out Two Birds today- it is a wonderful new addition to West Chester! The couple who have taken on the restaurant are charming and so ready to please. The food is very good and there is a nice variety on the menu. The best is breakfast is served all day until mid day closing! In the time of COVID we came to two birds after I heard they were offering takeout. We called sitting in the parking lot and had a hot delicious breakfast brought to the car within 10 minutes! I had the mushroom toast, the whipped goat cheese was incredible! The inside of the restaurant is so cute and a great atmosphere, I can't wait to dine in once all this craziness dies down. Their changing selection of fresh pastries have never disappointed, and you couldn't ask for fairer prices. This is an adorable little cafe that gets very busy. My favorite is the Eggs Benedict! They nail it every time. They are very small and could probably fill a larger venue with a bigger parking lot.
