Seriously, all I wanted was a good cup of coffee... a place that just have good solid, no frills, no mega-fuffy, coffee flavored stuff.... a place that has a cup of coffee that is just.. coffee. And here we are, you found it. A non-pretentious place, that meets that requirement to a "T" and does it wonderfully. Upon stepping in, you are greeted by... what is the wonderful person, and with a smile, welcomes you. After taking my order, the woosh of the coffee machine, and a brief conversation, here comes a drink, hot, fresh, and darn tasty. It was a sunny day, so they opened their "garage door" which means fresh air, sun, and a lovely place to just sit, drink coffee, and let the mind wonder. Adorable coffee spot! It was within walking distance of where I was staying, and we arrived early. The barista was super friendly and helped us decide what to order. I've walked or run past this hundreds of times but never gone in. I'm glad I finally did! As the name suggests there is a motorcycle garage (I think it's a diy/membership model?) attached to a coffee shop. The coffee shop side is not overly motorcycle-bro-y despite the name. More... motorcycle hipster vibes. The coffee shop also sells beer, wine, and some small food items. (The pastries seem to be made in house!) It is deceptively larger than it looks from the outside: two seating areas downstairs, plus they've built out the mezzanine/crows nest area for even more seating. The whole space is clean and decorated really nicely. I don't know if they ever rent out the whole venue, but if they do I feel like it could be a really nice space for a small work party or something. read more

Usually I'd give this place like 4-5 stars. Today on Saturday April 25th they have some sort of biker meet up with live music. Some of the cyclist are very upsetting and rude. I was coming here anywhere between 3 and 4 times a week. If this is who associates with place, I will no longer be coming to support here. You've lost a regular and local. I will not be coming here any longer due to your rude customers. read more

The chai was good, but I asked for nonfat and they gave me 2%. The barista was kind and helpful and very efficient in making the drinks. The inside was really interesting with lots to look at and a variety of seating options inside and outside. I can see why it was so popular, even on a Monday afternoon. I'd return again. read more

Coffee and Motorcycles! What a great combination! Two Kick is a local spot serving up local Lighthouse Coffee Roasters coffee in its casual, workshop like cafe. The barista is friendly and there are lots of open tables and seating. All of their drinks are made as double shots. I got the Irish cream syrup but next time I'll probably skip it for just a normal latte. My partner got the spicy hot mocha and he loved it! It's a delectable sweet and spicy mix. read more

Discovered this place after my walk. It's such a cute place next to this bike shop? I think they're owned by the same people not sure tho. Regardless, they have plenty of seating and they keep the windows and doors open on sunny days so it's very open and welcoming. Large menu with food and different types of coffee. I got their black chai with hemp milk and SF almond syrup. Very delicious, I will definitely be returning to have it again. We also tried their cream soda which is orange flavored with half and half- that was decent. They also have a beer and cider menu so I assume it turns into a brewery at some point in the evening? Seems it is a fluid dynamic how the pandemic is greatly affecting indie cafes, bars, and restaurants in Seattle. Some sadly close permanently for a myriad of reasons, but some emerge like the fierce phoenix from the conflagration. I had stopped by Two Kick earlier this morning with The Homie after a hardy breakfast in search of iced refreshment (7/25/20). I was a bit surprised that the former Wick underwent a renovation and morphed into a new business altogether. Two former Wick employees took over the site when the lease wasn't renewed, refurbished, and rebranded their business as Two Kick. Takes a lot of business acumen and chutzpah to open during current conditions. There was a steady stream of folks at the walk-up counter while we waited for our beverages, so that's great they continue to fill that established neighborhood niche. Coffee roast is from Lighthouse and pastries featured are from Macrina Bakery. Nice to see all these local businesses crosspollinating. I enjoyed my brief exchange with one of the owners. Both our iced beverages were spot on, 16 oz mocha and 16 oz lavender rosemary iced tea. Refreshing on this beautiful summer day! The pastries look enticing, especially the sizable dill scone. But we had just had a sizeable breakfast al fresco from nearby North Lake Union/Portage Bay so had to pass. I will miss The Wick for the excellent coffee, the motorcycle vibe, and the lovely baristas who had created a terrific getaway the past few years. However, I wish the owners of Two Kick all the best for their success. Venture off of Nickerson, a worthy stop to indulge in well crafted beverages. read more

Fast becoming my favorite neighborhood spot. The side street location, cheaper prices, plentiful outdoor seating, and daylong sunshine create an easy and relaxed vibe while the "reclaimed industrial" style (including a building with a mural across the street) creates a Brooklyn/Detroit feel that contrasts pleasantly with the rest of the neighborhood. The coffee is a more traditional roast than most Seattle coffee shops, and thus less acidic, which I also appreciate. Great place for a lazy weekend hang. read more

drink (5/5): I ordered an iced vanilla latte. The latte was on more of the sweeter and creamy side of lattes which I like but you were still able to get the taste of the coffee. I personally really like their coffee and it is for a good price. Service (5/5): The barista was very nice. Purchasing the coffee was an easy process as they use Square so apply pay and contactless payment can be used. I did not see a register so I am not sure if they accept cash. It is a perfect walking distance for students at Seattle Pacific and local residence in the fremont and lower queen anne area. The ambiance is very cute as it is biker themed so there are bikes parked outside. There is very limited outdoor seating so not an ideal place to have sit-down coffee. Parking (3/5): There is only street parking. It is always difficult for me to find parking near this cafe because it is in a residential area. I come here often for a morning coffee and bagel. Good coffee and decent pastry / bagel selection! I was in-line today for a bagel only and saw the person working the register sneeze then proceed to use tongs to get a pastry for customer in front of me. Walked over from SPU. I've driven past this cool-looking spot fir a few years but never went in. Today, I had a great cup of tea. They have several appealing loose leaf options; I chose peach peony. They source from an International District spot and it was high quality tea. The pair of baristas were friendly, and the vibe was cool. GREAT coffee! Had a heavenly latte the other day. The people are also really kind and friendly. The coffee shop is right next to a Motorcycle shop and has a very cool aesthetic. They have a couple of outdoor tables with dividers, but it looks like most people grab the coffee and go! Just moved into this neighborhood and I know I will be able to count on Two Kick for a delicious snack and a warm coffee for a long time to come. read more
