Awesome Service. They are super build boys and moved all my stuff like anything. First time I used their service (from craigslist) in 2011 winter and loved his service. This time he was single person doing all work. I used them again to move from Issaquah to seattle in 2012 summer. They were two this time. They completed my move in 3 hours 30 mins including travel time. Third time I used them again to get my couch from Costco and they moved in, unpacked and installed my electric recliner. Used them to help me move a piano off of Craigslist and these guys responded very promptly; the other mover I contacted didn't get back to me at all until after 5 days. I was quoted $140 as the house the piano was coming from is split level. Messaged these guys on here and got a reply back within an hour or so. A+ service, these guys are fast, safe, and know what they're doing. Scheduled for a move on here, the date came, they were right on time; I tried to stage everything so they could just pick it up and go; showed them around, what I needed moved, after that was done, they got right to work and quickly loaded all of my things, taking care to wrap the mattress, put pillows/etc bedddings in a box, and grab all my other things. We left, the took no time in getting to my new place, right at the same time I did; They started unloading things and were nice about asking where I wanted things to go. We hired these guys recently to us move our furniture to our new house. They were a little late arriving because traffic was bad, but that happens. They were about 15 to 20 minutes late. They were really fast getting all our furniture to our house. It took about an hour getting the furniture out of our apartment and unloaded in our house. We were expecting it to take a little longer, but our new house was only a half mile away. Price wise there is a three hour minimum you have to pay, which is 300 hundred, then they gave us 10% off because we got done early. The only thing I would do differently next time is have them move some of our heavy boxes too. Overall we were very happy, they made moving a lot easier then usual. read more

Ok, this review is about two years late but better late than never, right? After close to 20 years I made the big move from Seattle to Tacoma to live with the bf. I am a nester (aka: I have ALOT of stuff) but I am also fairly organized when it comes to moving. I had all my boxes packed and labeled and I did help them (a very tiny bit) the two very nice (and strong) gentlemen were able to get me moved out of Seattle and in to Tacoma in 2 hours and 45 minutes. Wow! That's a whole kitchen, dining room, living room, bath room and bedroom in 2 hours and 45 minutes and I have real furniture none of that IKEA stuff! I ended the day with nothing broken, happy, and most importantly, not exhausted and sweaty. I actually had the energy to start unpacking. :-) Thanks Two Men! I've never hired movers so I admit I was a little reluctant at first! These two young men show up and they got straight to work! They assessed everything I had and verified all my information and just started packing everything up! Nothing is broken, everything was done quickly and carefully and they even wrapped up all my wall art that I had no idea what I was going to do with! I'd recommend them to anyone. I'm just amazed by the service we received from Hector and his crew!!! Mario was very helpful in planning the move too. We had a TON of stuff of stuff to move, including a piano. The movers were efficient, and I could tell they were wasting no time (which is so nice since we were paying by the hour). They were very respectful, kind, and positive the whole time. They used plastic and blankets to wrap a TON of furniture, but this didn't slow them down. This is the worst moving experience in my life. I read nice reviews from Yelp and decided to go with them but it was my mistake for sure. This company is ridiculously unprofessional. First of all, the movers showed up an hour late. They said they will arrive between 8am and 10am and showed up at 11am. I called several times to the office to check where they are, but they didn't answer the phone for the most of the time. When I could finally reach them, they acted very rude and never apologized for being late. They kept insisting my place is hard to find..(I don't understand how hard it is to find a high rise condo though) Moreover, I reserved the packing service for moving but the movers haven't packed any items at all.. They didn't bring any tools to move heavy boxes and were busy enough to move the boxes we packed. We had 75inch TV and I already talked about moving it with the company before, but movers ended up not moving it bc they were afraid they might break it. How unprofessional they are.. I have never experienced in my life that moving company resist to move TV. I had to call other company to move this TV and it costed few hundreds extra bucks. Also, the movers broke our king bed frame which was more than $2000. When I talked to the office about this, they never apologized and just said I should not stress the movers. Hey, I never said anything to the movers and I was even not in the moving place (My husband and cleaning lady were there bc I had to take care of my tot) The company will never apologize what they have done and will keep arguing with their customers. Their attitude will piss anybody off and I would say this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I really wanted to get the reimbursement for the frame, but decided not to bc the movers said they have to reimburse this from their own pockets. (The movers were not professional at all but they were nice as a person) The bottom line is I would not recommend this company to anyone. Work with them with your own risk. Pro: Fast loading and unloading. 80$/hr. 40$ travel charge flat rate. The two boys arrived 30 minutes early and started working immediately Cons: I was told at the site there is a 3 hour minimum charge, which I didn't know from the website or phone conversation. If I knew that, I would have packed more stuff for them instead of moving lots of small items myself.. I highly recommend these guys. They work together safely, quickly and efficiently. Every item was handled with care. I appreciate how one guy was quickly wrapping items in thick plastic while the others loaded them into the van. I hired this company to help me move belongings to a storage unit and then the rest to my new home. They were great about loading the items separately so we could unload for storage and then unload for home. They helped package furniture and some odd shaped items. They even got my treadmill up the stairs in into my room. Would definitely use them again! read more

Daughter scheduled a move 2 weeks ago for today 5/27. She received confirmation via text for the move. They were scheduled to be here between 3 and 4. No show, no call. I called them at 3:59 and was told they would call me back in 10 min. They didn't. I called them 20 min later and was told moving truck broke down. Manager called me and said they couldn't make it today. Sorry. I asked what time tomorrow and he said they couldn't make it they are booked. Earliest is Jun2nd. Daughter and roommate have packed everything up and now no place to sleep. Only response from the manager is sorry. If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't use this company!!!!!! read more

The guys they sent to do my move were young and inexperienced. Even though I requested on the website they disassemble and reassemble my bed they had no tools, tried to move the base without taking it apart (didn't work) and refused to reassemble at my new place. They put the large furniture pieces on the truck last but instead of bringing them in first they brought in all the boxes first and then put my heavy furniture in front of the boxes. So now I have to hire someone else to reorganize so I can get to my boxes. It took 6 hours to move 2 rooms of furniture and boxes. Definitely not worth over $1100. read more

My moving crew was the best! They were hard working, honest and very efficient and getting all things disassembled, moved and assembled again! I was very happy that they had all the tools needed to transport a huge king size mattress and a large TV safely. None of my stuff got broken and they didn't lose any of the small pins either. The only thing I wish is that they had battery powered drills on them because it would have been a bit faster, but I can't complain since their speed was great! We had Oleg, Bek and Erjan help us with our move across town this last weekend. They were quick, efficient and kind. All our stuff made it mostly unscathed (a minor Knick on the bottom of a bookcase that's easily enough hidden). They had boxes for gathering all the small boxes and Knick knacks as well as generally being really fast! We had them in the morning, they arrived exactly on time, and were done completely in about 3.5 hours. Thanks guys! So much easier than having to do it ourselves! read more

This company provided great service. They were scheduled for 12 PM and they arrived at 12:01 PM (this is great as our apartment complex is large and can be difficult to locate the right building). Before starting the job he showed us the time keeping app on his phone so that we knew the exact start time of the move. The truck was large and very clean. They wrapped up the furniture to keep it clean in the move and they handled everything with care. At the new house they were able to use good techniques to make the move quicker and easier (using the back sliding door to move large items etc). If I'm ever moving again I will use these guys. The two stars are for the movers because they did their job... But our move today was extremely STRESSFUL. Moving is stressful as is, but to have to deal with last-minute changes made the experience terrible. I chose this company because (1) they were recommended by a friend, and (2) they had great reviews. 10 days before my move date, I spoke/texted with Alisa from the company to ask for a quote for 2-story, 4-bedroom house. I gave her an exact list of items I needed moved, including pictures, for an estimated fee and time. She quoted me $140/hr for 2 movers with estimated time of 3-3.5 hrs for the job. I asked her if I should use 2 or 3 movers, and she had said that 2 movers will be fine unless I needed my piano moved (which I decided not to take with me). In the past with other companies, I had used 3 movers, but since Alisa had stated that 2 movers could finish the job in about 3.5 hrs, I trusted her and assumed they must have very efficient workers. This morning, I'm scheduled to start the move at 9am. The 2 movers called at 8:45am to say they would be 15 mins late -- fine, no big deal. They arrived and scanned the house/items, and they started moving at 9:30am. I assume things are going fine until 30 minutes into the job, one of the movers tells me that he called their boss to tell him this is actually a 3-person job and that there is an extra $150 for each refrigerator being moved. This fee was NEVER mentioned to me even though I had clearly stated in my inital request for a quote that I had 2 refrigerators and a freezer to move, and these were just standard-sized refrigerators -- not commercial size. So I asked to speak to their boss -- I got on the phone with him (can't recall his name) and I politely asked why there is now a change in the number of movers and why there would be an extra fee for moving refrigerators when it was never mentioned upfront. The boss went to say that they usually charge for refrigerators but Alisa forgot to mention it, and that the quote is only an estimate and that he couldn't give me an accurate quote since he has never seen my house/items... So then what was the point of me sending a detailed list of things and sending pictures ahead of time?? There was a lot of going back and forth with this guy, but I felt like he was just trying to talk over me the entire time. At the end of the conversation, he said that he would talk to Alisa and call back. 10 minutes later, the movers tell me that their boss said that they won't charge for the refrigerators, and that a third mover can arrive in an hour if I wanted for $180/hr. I was grateful that they weren't going to charge extra for the refrigerators, and I wanted the job done quickly so I agreed to go with a third mover. But 3 hours go by with just the 2 movers and they haven't made as much progress as expected, and this is with my family members helping them move things out of the house to make the work go more quickly. 2 more movers finally arrive at 1pm -- they tell me I would have 4 movers for the cost of 3 to finish the job more quickly, but they still estimated that 3-4 MORE hours of work is needed. At this point, I am very distressed... This is more than double the cost and time that was quoted to me. The movers said that they would try their best to work quickly and I understood that they had no control since they were just the employees. The job takes 4 more hours to finish (again, with my family helping) for total of 7 hours. The job got done, but again, I felt slighted because things were not mentioned upfront. I understand that this was a big job for 2 movers and should have had 3 movers from the start, but this was never brought up to me. I also get that the quote is only an estimate, but the time/cost was nowhere close to what I expected. The movers were very apologetic and said that they would talk to their boss (they took pictures of my texts with Alisa and my confirmed online quote). And they said that this wouldn't happen again next time. Unfortunately, there will be no next time... My family moves often, and we were hoping to use this company again if we had a better experience, but we will NOT be using their service again. TLDR: -Quoted me for 2 movers at $140/hr for 3-3.5 hrs -30 minutes into the job, they tell me I need 3 movers and that there is an extra $150 charge for each fridge -Had to talk to the boss to avoid being charged for surprise refrigerator fee -Job took 7 hours total to finish with 4 movers -- double the quote -Not using them again Update: The owner, Paul, reached out to me, and was apologetic and took accountability on behalf of his employee's mistake. I appreciate his effort to mend things: he offered reimbursement of two hours of service. I do believe Paul cares about his customers, but it is just unfortunate I had a bad experience. So I am adding one star for Paul's efforts. read more

Excellent moving company! I wasn't expecting them to have blankets and plastic wrap. They had all kinds of moving harnesses as well. They were very careful with our stuff, and also very accomodating when I kept asking to add more boxes (my fault, last minute packing while they were there). We had an extremely positive experience with Two Men and a Moving Man and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable moving company. I used the "Get a Quote" tool on their website and received a quote via email shortly thereafter. The amount we paid was very reasonable and totally worth it. In about 3+ hours, our 3 awesome movers carefully moved all of our furniture and belongings out of a large 2 bedroom multi-level townhome into a large moving truck and transported everything to our storage unit in one single trip. They loaded and unloaded everything from the truck with great care and wrapped all of our furniture pieces with shrink wrap for extra protection. We were extra impressed by their diligence while packing our storage unit since it was critical that everything fit. We are in the process of planning our next move and will definitely be using their services again. read more

The movers were very slow, took 7 hours for a one Bedroom across two blocks move! Everything was already packed before they came except for the bed which needed to be disassembled. On top of that, instead of getting me the 2 wardrobe boxes that I asked for, they got a box that is manually cut to fit in a piece of metal where I can hang my clothes. The metal part kept falling and the box smelled really bad and looked like it was used many times before! I decided not to use it. The movers couldn't get my couch into my new place and didn't have the tools to take the base off. This shouldn't have surprised me given that they didn't even have boxes or scissors. I had to ask for the building management's help to take the base off and get it in. On top of that they dented my wall! They charged me a professionals rate for a totally non professional service! Edit: Not sure how the elevator makes things slower. Both elevators were locked for them for the whole time. Edit 2: I am appalled by the amount of false information and excuses. It wasn't raining that day and I didn't threaten or ask for a $500. You said what would it take to give us at least a 4-star review! When we talked about what happened with the move, you said that the movers were new and they admitted that they were slow and that you weren't sure why they forgot the tools and the boxes. I said that I shouldn't be charged 7-hours for a 3-4 hours job. You offered a $100 refund (which is less than what you charged me for an hour) and I refused it. Please own that a customer had a very bad experience and just move on. read more

Oh my god!! Today was moving day for me and I have had a terrible move experience. My furniture is all intact and they wrapped things up very carefully and so the 2 stars. But the rest of the ordeal was horrible. I was moving from a 2 bedroom apartment with basic furniture and 18 packed boxes. - a day before moving after having my inventory list with them for 10 days, the staff gives me a call about making it 3 people for the move instead of 2 which increased the hourly rate. I agreed, since i wanted things to move faster - on Moving day they started an hour late. - came with 2 men instead of 3 - forgot their power tools to dismantle furniture - take 2 hour break for lunch and go buy power tools Overall took 7 hrs to move furniture from a 2 bedroom apartment and 18 packed boxes. These guys were great! I loved everything from the request to the end of the move. Their website is awesome. I love that I could go on there and input all of my information and keep track of my appointment. They responded back rather fast as well. Oleg and Jon were our movers and they were very polite and efficient. If we asked them to move something somewhere else in the house they did it with a smile on their face. They also called the night before to verify their arrival time since it's a two hour window. They showed up right at 8am. It was a bit sketchy to start. Movers were suppose to call 1 hour before arriving but did not. So I didn't know when they would show up in the 2 hour window. But when they showed up, they were very professional, and got down to business. We reviewed what needed to get moved, and after that, the clock started. These two men were so careful to wrap items that should be wrapped, and careful moving items through the hallways without hitting the walls or ceiling. My couch was very hard to get moved in originally, and these two looked at the hallways and the couch, figured what should be done, and had the couch out in 2 minutes. Impressive. The two movers were also very personable, polite, and very hard and fast workers. They never paused or slowed down. I highly recommend this company and the two movers that helped me. read more
