Do not hire Two Men and a Truck, especially this particular franchise. The company will damage your house and not care at all about it. I hired this company and the movers showed up only to then drag my washing machine across my floors gouging a hole into the laminate that runs from the laundry room into the kitchen. I was told by the lead mover that someone from the company would call within two business days. The next day Nate called because they messed up the billing but he would only discuss payment. He told me the same thing I'd heard before: someone will call within two business days. After a week passed, I called corporate and spoke to Jen, who said the same thing. I then called the franchise office and spoke to Candice Sundstrom who said, yes you guessed it, someone will call within two business days. IT HAS BEEN 8 BUSINESS DAYS (plus weekends) since the damage occurred and this is still unresolved. They are non-responsive now that they have been paid in full. My house is on the market and the damage is highly visible. I suspect they will respond to this review and say it is fake, like they have done to other recent reviews. I have photos and a damage report signed by their employee. I have receipts sent to me by Candice. I have a voice message asking for payment information. This is not fake. Steve Bruner owns this franchise and he should be ashamed of how his employees are running his business. So should his co-owner, Chris Willems. And, their operations manager, Andrew Potter, should be equally concerned about their poor customer service. DO NOT HIRE THESE MOVERS. They don't care. read more

Watch your valuables! The crew of 3 from the Indian School office showed up late, smelled of pot and I asked them to leave after they showed no interest or capability to unpack my U-haul that I drove from California with my son. They were clearly impaired. Little did I know they were not too impaired to steal my jewelry. Although my $100 deposit was refunded prior to my discovery of missing jewelry to the tune of $10,000. My husband took his life when our son was 6 years old. I found him hanging from the swing set in our backyard. The past 10 years have been a struggle to rebuild our lives, me as a single mother and my son with very few memories of his father. What I miss the most are the pieces given to me by late husband and my son. They were in the jewelry pouch stolen from a duffle bag in my closet. I feel violated and have been thrust into a cycle of grieving the remains of a life long gone AGAIN. I called the office to report this and Emmy gave me the runaround. I was told Travis Brunke was out of the office or unavailable each time I called (I still haven't heard from him). I only had the name of one of the movers and Emmy wouldn't disclose the names of the rest of the crew to protect THEIR privacy! I called headquarters in Michigan and was told to file a police report. HQ didn't care about the theft either. The weekend after our move my son and I went to every pawn shop within a 5 mile radius of the Indian School office without any results. After police reviewed the report I received a response stating the value of the items stolen would require another report with escalated status to felony theft. The total value was approximately $10,000 although I would be happy recovering the items my son and husband gifted to me (see photos). We have been through so much during the past 10 years and this move in particular was full of challenges. I've been depleted and exhausted by this entire process. It's been painful to come to terms with the lack of attention, action and empathy on behalf of Two Men and a Truck. I've been advised to contact our local 3 On Your Side. I haven't decided whether or not to do this although I've had community contacts willing to help me bring a spotlight to the recklessness and apathy of this leadership team and staff. At this juncture I'm weighing out the options which are limited. Do I just grieve these items and come to terms that I will never see them again just as I will never see my deceased husband again? Or do I continue to expend time and energy on a crew and company that clearly turn a blind eye and deaf ears to anything that deeply impacted and bottom line hurt me and my son deeply and forever? The one star review is only representative of the bare minimum required to post. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Although I may be perceived as a blip on the radar to them, I am confident this will resonate with others and will continue to make a point of sharing this story far and wide not to be spiteful but to protect others before they make a decision that may result in the pain and sense of loss I have felt since this crew crossed my threshold. read more

Worst moving company I have ever worked with. They charge more than most moving companies, but I went with them because of the solid reviews elsewhere. Let's break down the timeline: -Arrive at 12:30 and tell me that there is more stuff than on the checklist so they can't move everything. I confirmed this checklist twice over the phone and it was in error when they got to my house. They say since it's busy season they are on a "time crunch" because there is a move after my house which I understand. -Start moving at 1:00 after they decide they are going to try and move what they can. I call the office and they said at least they will take all of the big items. This is important because I only have the day left on my lease. I ended up having to pay another day's rent to finish my move myself (I'll take this on the chin as it's not the movers fault they have bad info). They take half of the big items and about 2/3rds of my boxes. -Take another 30 minute break to decide how they are going to fit stuff in their truck that can fit 3 times the size of my move. They don't even tell me they are leaving while stuff is still sitting in the apartment. I have to run out and ask them what is happening. -Take 1 hour to make the 20 minute drive to the second location. -Load half of the big items and 1/3rd of the boxes from second location while taking another 30 minute break. -Take 1 hour to make the 7 minute drive to the final location (not joking). Remember they are on a "time crunch". -Actually just unloaded and finally finished the job at 7:15. A move that should normally cost about 350-450 (I've done about 10 moves around the valley of similar size) and about 3-4 hours max (for the FULL move not the half move they did) with Two Men and Truck cost 1100 and took them 6.75 hours. For a move where they didn't have to break down or setup anything (just load and unload), and they only did about half the move it should not have taken them anywhere near this long. They flubbed my checklist and I know they email the checklist after the initial call, but i confirmed TWICE over the phone so thought there was no need. Even taking the fault of the checklist upon myself this move was unacceptably expensive because of the amount of time they took to do everything. The company told me to wait to write a review until a manager contacted me to talk about my problems. Waited 3 days contacted them, they told me they would get back to me the next day (then the next...and so on). Over a week later and not a word. Do yourself a favor and find a different moving company. read more

Really disappointed in our recent experience. I am only giving one star because our first experience with this company was much better. Otherwise I would try to give zero stars. After our most recent experience we will not use this company again. The team was significantly late (apparently due to one of the team not showing up) and while the two men we did receive did a reasonably good job we thought, they lost all credibility with us when they damaged a nice piece of artwork that was in mint condition and didn't even point it out to us upon delivery of the pieces. We had asked twice for the piece to be wrapped, this never happened, and now the beautiful wood frame is completely ruined and has to be replaced. As the majority of the pieces went into storage, we currently do not know if anything else was damaged. However, we were also charged $100 in delivery fees for going less than a mile. This may be their policy, but that is ridiculous to charge so much to go such a short distance. To add insult to injury, we reported this damage as soon as it was discovered the next day, and sent pictures along to the office. It has been more than a month and we have still not heard back. Apparently we were told they are busy dealing with a lot of damage claims and they will get back to us. We have called more than 5 times with still no resolution on this matter. Sadly their reputation is ruined with us now, and we will be taking our business somewhere else. Additionally, we will be taking our damage claim up with the BBB to hopefully get this matter taken care of. They left some items at the pick up location in northern AZ. 1-1/2 hrs away. When they delivered the items I pointed out there were shelving units missing. (These were listed on the list of items to be picked up). The workers said the items weren't there. (They were). They should have called before leaving the pick up location to verify...but they didn't. I called the office before I would sign the receipt/contract. They said they would contact us on Monday as it was a weekend. I called 3 times the following week and left 2 emails. No one ever got back to us. Now a year later I'm still pissed off that our items were left behind and they didn't get back to us. So I thought I would post here so others can be aware of this company. read more

Stephanie in Dispatch has been great so far however this is THE WORST company ever. Move on short notice. Had move scheduled, lead did not want to move my house because I have alot of stuff. Kept saying he didn't have a clear path. However, paths would have been cleared once they loaded boxes into truck. Movers bailed on me after one trip. Truck not even 75% full. 99% boxes. Took 5 hours. Broke my stuff, just threw it anywhere instead of where the boxes were labeled to go. Lead suddenly developed a health issue and had a "friend" bring drugs to my house. Lead spent most of his time not working. On his phone, crying to his supervisor or calling his friends and family to whine about his medical condition or standing in my garage "crying". As soon as his supervisor told him he could bail after one trip, we never heard about his health issue again. Lead also told me that they don't shrink wrap (or have any) or take disasseble and re-assemble furniture. (said he didn't even have tools) Told me they had no pads to protect my 10K piano or TV's. There was literally a pile of pads at end of truck and shrink wrap. OH and for someone who didn't have shrink wrap, they shrink wrapped my refrigerator but that is all. Broke an antique oil lamp and didn't even bother to tell me. I found piles of broken items in my house that the movers just tossed aside because they were picking and choosing what they would load into their truck. It's one thing to refuse to load boxes that aren't taped shut but when they are complaining that a box is too heavy so they aren't going to take it, it's absolutely unacceptable. MOVING people's stuff is literally their job. Bringing dolly's out to load with only one box instead of 3 or 4. Dragging their feet, milking the clock. When they bailed on me, they hadn't even touched the upstairs where all my furniture was. I then had to spend over an hour on the phone trying to find out when I was going to get a new crew. And then i was rudely told by their supervisor that I better be ready when the next team showed up 4 days later. VERY unprofessional especially since I wasn't asking for more than what I was told would occur by the moving scheduler. The lead informed me that the scheduler has NO RIGHT to tell customers that they will take apart furniture etc and that he is able to decide what he will and wont do. The movers hadn't even been in my house for 2 minutes before the lead told me he had the right to cancel my move. I could go on for HOURS about how horrible this moving team was and what a complete and utter rip off this was. I should have read the reviews before I chose them for my move. I want to speak to their division manager but I suspect I will never get the opportunity to do so. I spent approx $1500.00 for less than a 5 hour day the first day for something that should have taken half the time. I have contacted 3 on your side in regard to this issue. Day 2 (4 days later)...Movers were much better. They completely BRICKED out their truck with MOST of my furniture from my second floor. They took things apart and put them back together at my new location. They padded and shrink wrapped my belongings. First crew wouldn't even take my TV's. Said I had to buy TV boxes and I said I was told they would use pads. He said they don't do that and have no pads (again those pads were sitting at end of truck). NEVER ONCE, did any of the movers from my second day complain. They were a bunch of super nice, hard working guys. What a great experience this was. I recently moved from Phoenix to Las Vegas. First of all Emmy co ordinated everything for me and was amazing! I cannot say enough good things about her !!! These guys are my go to movers. They have moved my office from location, to location. They moved my residence as well. Whenever I needed to have desks or cabinets moved, they are talented, professional and polite. We have used them for almost 20 years and have always received great service. They moved me further west and I foolishly scheduled with a nearby service to empty a room for a flooring install. When they dropped the ball I immediately called Two Men and a Truck and, as usual, they bent over backwards to help get us cared for. I noticed a few negative reviews. There are simply not enough words to say how amazing our move was today, thanks to the awesome guys Eric and Mike. We suffered a terrible tragedy within our family and yet still needed to complete a move before month-end. We had previously used this location of 2 Men and were certainly pleased, but our experience today was beyond phenomenal. I truly feel like we have 2 new family members. From the moment they arrived (on time), the day only got better. Mike got out of the truck and we immediately established a rapport. He introduced himself and cracked a couple jokes. I joked back, but he could see the unfathomable pain on my face. He walked up to me and said "I don't know what it is, but it will get better.". So I shared the tragedy with him. He instantly embraced me. He too had suffered a terrible tragedy just the day before. Eric, the driver, then exited the truck and introduced himself. He was very kind as well. I directed him inside to meet with my mother, whose items they would be moving. Although they didn't have a lot of stuff to move, it was complicated by an intermediate stop at a storage facility. They took extra special care of not only mom's possessions, but also our frazzled emotional states. They were compassionate, concerned when mom got stung by a scorpion and very conscientious. When we arrived at the storage facility, Steve, 2 Men's Operations Manager was there waiting to ensure everything was going smoothly. I assured him it was, in fact, I joked that I wanted to adopt Eric and Mike as 2 new family members because of their kindness and professionalism. We had a bit of nastiness because of the unpleasantness of the storage facility employee, but we are only focusing on kindness and love today. Sadly, Mike and Eric have had to endure her attitude before and know they will again. I cannot wait to get mom's things out of storage so as not to contribute to their profits. I will be using 2 Men for that move, specifically Mike, Eric and Steve. Once at the final destination, things only got better. They moved quickly despite the heat, taking care to examine Mom's things and pointing out some spider eggs on the bottom of an antique desk. They went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with the move. They touched our hearts, including my in-laws, who were there to pitch in. I'm not sure the reason for the negative reviews, as our experience was nothing but positive. I would give Mike, Eric and Steve 10 stars if I could, and highly recommend them! read more

Doris made the quote/scheduling process incredibly easy and both she and the other man I spoke with took the time to make sure I understood everything. They weren't cheap, but I know they are reputable. Now, the important part. The movers. Odell and Keith were absolutely outstanding. They were there 15 minutes early. They have fantastic personalities, good senses of humor, and the best, most efficient movers I have ever seen. This experience was awful. The movers on site were competent and friendly, but that is the only positive thing I can say about the process. First, my scheduled move time got changed without any notification. After calling to figure out what happened, I was told a 3rd guy would be added to the job to make sure things got done on time. Instead of a 3rd mover, they sent a trainee, who actually slowed down the move because he had to be shown things throughout. Once everything was moved (originally scheduled to be complete around 2pm, they finished up at 9pm), the office staff was rude when dealing with payment. They gave me an excuse about truck availability, and said there was nothing they could do about the price, except refund me the extra 30 minutes they went over the 2-4 hour estimate. After all of this, the manager had to call me back when he realized he didnt have my credit card on file. I'll be sure to never use this company for any move in the future, and that none of my friends or family do either. read more

I had them move far less than a full truck of 26 feet. No beds, 2 couches, a couple dressers and a tv. What they don't tell you is the second they start heading your way, they start the time clock. Which is completely subjective on their part and allows them to screw you. These men worked MAYBE a total of two hours. But because of drive time, which by the way was complete BULL and they must have made stops along the way. I got to my new home 30 minutes prior to them showing up AND I STOPPED FOR GAS. They charged me for 4 hours and 15 minutes. As I said, they worked for MAYBE two hours. I will NEVER refer anybody to this company. A simple 2 hours of work in which I thought would end up being $340 turned into $800 with tip. Simply unacceptable. You're better off renting a U Haul and doing the work yourself. If you'd like to get swindled out of a couple hundred dollars I highly recommend using this company. Other than that, find somebody else. read more

Do not use this company - I hired this company to do a full house move. The move was less than 1/4 mile between homes. The men did not put furniture together correctly, they broke my bedframe, my piano stand, my guest room couch, and other items. It took them over 4 weeks to send a wood guy to my home to review the repair work needed - and only after i sent an email threatening to file a complaint - and when the wood guy arrived I discovered that two men and a truck failed to give him a full list of all items they said they would repair - it has now been over 5 weeks and not one item has been fixed. They broke a picture frqme and they said they would replace it - I have not even received an update re the frame and that is a simple fix. I paid their fee plus a 600.00 tip and I regret every penny - I do not feel they took care of our property and I certainly do not feel that they care about customer satisfaction. read more

Don't use these guys unless you don't mind having your belongings ruined! I've moved many times, usually cross country, and am accustomed to some damage with each move but these guys ruined most of my furniture! Nothing we had was more than 3 years old and now not a single table, end table, or chest of drawers doesn't have deep scratches or gashes. They broke the leg of my king bed, the master bedroom dresser, and a small desk (the desk was of cheaper quality but the other furniture was not). We called several times and when I finally spoke to Francisco, was given the run around. If you decide to use these movers, or any others for that matter, thoroughly inspect every item they touched to be sure it's not damaged because once you've signed the paper, they'll refuse liability. It all started out well,but one of the helpers was a fat kid who was out of shape and almost passed out after an hour, when the move started to take longer, the other two movers got sloppy and some damage occurred. I used them from my move in Phoenix. Terrible experience. Do not use this company for your move! The movers were extremely unprofessional and told me they were hungover. They were extremely lackadaisical in everything they did. They damaged my couch, wall and didn't put the bed together correctly. I called the office to complain the next day and they said they would come out to look at the wall and couch and get them fixed. They cancelled on me once, no showed the next apt and was late the 3rd apt so I left the house. The manager is also hard to get a hold of. I asked for a refund, they said no. this was the worst move ever. they did not wrap my things correctly, they broke my office furniture to the point it must be replaced. I started with 7 book cases and now I have 3 because of the breakage. their professionals rode our bikes into and out of the truck and managed to break one of those too. when their truck broke down with 3 ice chests the frozen cow that was in them was ruined. we asked them to put the ice chests in last thing so we could remove them first thing and stick them in the freezer. well they put them in the front buried under all our stuff. my grandma's antique dresser has scratches and gouges on it that we cant even figure out how they did that! when they put our stuff in storage they placed the heavy thing on the top with fragile boxes at the bottom. all boxes were clearly marked. they dropped our desk top computer then wrapped it in our comforter and told us it was ok. it will be fine. when they left the storage facility they managed to hit the fence in front of the facility and decided to try to exit the back way. in doing so they managed to hit the block wall. the next day when they unloaded the truck that broke down the manager came and asked them for their insurance info due to the damage. they became so belligerent and abusive on the phone (speaker phone) and showed their true colors. it was one of the most awful and degrading experiences I have ever witnessed. the lack of professionalism shown insured that I will never use or recommend this company to anyone. at $200 / hour I expected a certain level of professionalism and did not receive it. the workers asked for alcohol, food and tips. tips? really? with all the damage they caused they should be grateful I am not pressing charges on each of them! never again. Without a doubt the worst moving company we have ever used. I requested they do an on site estimate to confirm price and they did this. That was two on site visits by supervisors. It was decided to pack one day and load and move next day using two trucks. We had packed about 70 boxes before they arrived. They did not finish all packing in one day so it carried over to the next day. Late arrival of the crews caused problems loading & complete packing. Ended up arriving new house about 10 pm to unload, basically stuffed boxes & furnture in the house and left about 1 AM. Next day we went back to ElMirage rented a uhaul trailer and loaded the remaining items & took to Marana. Never in at least 20 moves have we had such bad moving company. read more

This company was so good to me! My husband was at Ft Bragg and I was in a hotel with our two dogs and cat. I kept waiting for the Title of our new home to be registered and nothing was happening. Long story short, I got into our new home about 4:30 PM and it was too late for my movers to bring my stuff; additionally, it wouldn't happen for two more days! The move with this company was a nightmare. 4.5 hours to pack a truck from a 2 bedroom condo. They RIPPED our one and only couch during the move, right in the middle of the chaise lounge cushion- non flippable cushion. I have spend the past 4.5 weeks trying to get them to fix this. I have given up work time and weekend time amongst many phone calls. They have given me the run around every step of the way and my couch is still not fixed. I have been told to call Manny a repair man- I did that Manny said it couldn't be repaired. Then no contact for 2 weeks. I called again- Marina came to my house on a Saturday and took up over 3 hours of my time between late arrival, traffic, etc. She took a fabric sample over 2 weeks ago. Thank goodness I did not give them the entire cushion like she asked, otherwise I would have nothing to sit on! Still no response form the company. I called twice today. got a hold of Marina -I was told To wait until next week for another call because they are short staffed. I told her that was unacceptable and she hung up on me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! PURE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM! THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR STUFF AND THEN RUN AWAY!! I am also filing a complaint with the better business bureau. read more

We had less things to move for this house. This time they again showed at 8:30 but did not finish till 10:30pm that is a 14 hour day. Only brought 2 men to wrap and load the truck. The last time they sent 4 men. They also left furniture at the other house, I had to go over the next day to pick up, They did not tell me everything they had left. Thomas took my order and followed through every step of the way. Izeke and Steve were my movers, both courteous, professional and efficient. Nothing was damaged or lost. We booked our moving with them 2 weeks in advance and the day of moving day a steve leaves voicemail at 9;50am that their was a schedule conflict. Mine was suppose be scheduled from 12:30pm and he said we might be a bit late but not saying it wont be there at 12:30pm. Paperwork did say from 12:30pm to 230pm. So we are waiting at storage 2:30pm comes and they never came. My roommate and i left numerous voicemails on Steves phone to please let us know and no call back. We finally left storage place at 2:50pm. We were at storage place almost two hours and half. They finally call at 6pm and said they have our ticket and will meet us at storage,but no call or communication to say they will be late. When we talked to Steve on phone he had i dont care attitude and didnt apologize or anything. They dont care about their customers at all. We went with Dignity movers and they called before they showed up and were prompt and they even came from Scottsdale from another move. My family and I used Two Men and Truck for years and even bailed me out one time when movers didnt show up and now they did it. I guess you dont care about losing money and customers. My fiancee and I were moving an hour away from Phoenix to Mesa and we had very little to move so we chose this company. Two young men showed up, looking very unprofessional, and as fast as they could, loaded our belongings on to their truck. We took the one hour drive to our new house and they plopped everything down in the new house, wherever it was convenient for them. We had several large plants to be put down in the back and when I told them where I wanted them they ignored what I said and just dropped them where they wanted. The worst part though, was that they lost two glass table tops of ours. My fiancee called and texted Nick, the person who he spoke to to arrange the move. Nick said he'd look into it and get back to us. He didn't bother to get back to us. We waited a few days because it was a long holiday weekend and we wanted to give them some time, and then my fiancee called and texted him again. His response? His workers didn't know anything about it and neither did he. That was it. He never offered to replace them or pay us for them or anything. So now we can't use our desk and another table and they didn't bother to pay for them or replace them. They just blew us off. STEER CLEAR of this "company". Go with a reputable mover that stands by their work and is professional. It'll be worth the extra few dollars. read more

DO NOT USE THIS MOVER! THEY DAMAGE MY PIPE WHILE FORCEFULLY DAMAGE THE CONNECTION FROM WASHER. In order not to flood my house the water main had to be shut off. This happened the day before my walk through with my home buyer. I had to cal emergency plumber to fix the pipe in order to complete the walk through. When I contacted them for them to own up the damage they said they are not plumber!!! Why did you agree to unhook the washer if you are not plumber. Terrible management and lack of integrity. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MOVER. THEY WILL ASK YOU TO SIGN A LOT OF WAIVERS. FIND OTHER MOVER AND SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF TROUBLE! read more

Oh yeah! As good as it gets! My friend Nancy hired Two Men and a Truck for her move. What an awesome experience! Ivan and Mike were the movers who took such good care of every piece of her property! They were personable, kind and funny! Hard, hard workers who were considerate and helpful. I'm sitting here waiting (3 hours!) for another moving company and wishing I would of hired 2 men and a truck again... Two men and a truck were not cheap but they did a superb job moving my household into storage... The wrapped my stuff and went the extra mile... Fast and efficient... Perfectly arranged...And they were on time! I think my movers were Mike and somebody else (sorry I forgot names)... I recommend being sure you understand their terms. When I spoke to them I was told there was a deposit of $100 charged up front and then there was a minimum 2 hour charge at $92/hour (I got some kind of discount on their usual rate for some reason). This meant to me that I was spending $184 in total==wow good deal, so booked right away. Otherwise I was just going to rent a truck and a couple of day laborers to save money. I only had a small amount to move but was doing it alone and had a broken wrist (plus I'm an older woman). I was thrilled with them. They were on time, the guys were pleasant and took care of the job quickly. They left before me as I had to settle up with Upack and yet I beat them to my house--no big deal we were still well within the 2 hour minimum charge. They put my stuff in the garage and we were well under the 2 hours. One mistake I made was I did not look in their truck to be sure all my boxes had been retrieved. I had looked through the truck at upack but was in trust mode at that point. The gist of that is I have some missing stuff but don't know for sure that it was the 2 men. I later inquired the business if anything had shown up that they didn't know who it belonged to, but received no response. This lack of response was also related to my complaint about the costs I was actually charged of $286. When I first tried to clarify this I was told there was a travel charge of $110 and that my deposit had covered all but the $10 and then the minimum charge was 2 hours. Wait, what happened to the minimum quote of only 2 hour charge. I don't know if they didn't present it accurately but admit I was not happy as I recall repeating more than once so this is only going to cost me $182. I thought the deposit would be applied to that. So just beware. The estimated bill was confusing as well. It estimated the work would take 3 hours at the $92 rate then added the $110 "travel charge" and did take the deposit off that bill. But it didn't take 3 hours it was only 2. I don't/didn't get it and when I wrote him about it and the missing stuff which may have been left on the truck, I got nothing. So I don't know what to say about using them, except be sure you understand their charges and don't misunderstand a deposit and not get the info about travel charge! And definitely look inside the truck to see nothing was left behind better yet, count your boxes when they go on the truck and then gain when they are off the truck. This is probably just good sense which I did not use. read more

When I set up the service it was good. The lady was nice and told me that someone will call me with an estimated time of arrival. The day of the move well not so good. My move was at 2pm and yes I understand that there was a 2 hour window. A lady called me at about 1ish to tell me they are all on time and will be at my location between 2 and 2:30pm. I was so happy to hear this. At 3pm still no one, when I called the lady was very rude that I was about to tell her to cancel, but I needed to move. She told me a supervisor would call me back with in 5min. At 3:15pm still no call, so I called back. At 3:45pm finally they show up. At this point I am very upset because not only was the time wrong, but do NOT call me and tell me that you are going to be here between 2-2:30 and show up at 3:45. Now there is traffic and of course we have to pay by time and since there is traffic I had to pay even more. I have used them in the past and I was happy. Due to this terrible experience I will never use them again. read more
