We were all whispering amongst ourselves just how bad the experience was. The ketchup bottles were all empty and the napkins at the bar were not stocked. You could tell the afternoon shift dropped the ball and the manager (owner??) didn't have a handle on the situation. Completely ill prepared for a Friday night dinner rush.
