The price point is fair and what you would expect to see at similar restaurants. They bring in huge crowds (long lines; sometimes out the door for a good 50 foot)... and they have a lot of staff making these wraps on the assembly line but the staff are not consistent so don't be surprised if one wrap is wet and another day is dry, or one wrap is tightly rolled and another is falling apart; my biggest gripe is the fatty meat I got once so I just avoid roast beef... With that said, I have continued to come and I have learned to (1) order the wraps you know you like (don't experiment) and (2) try to use the staff you recognize from times your wrap was really good. Since then I have been ordering the same wrap every time (CHICKEN CESAR WRAP as it comes with the addition of sun-dried tomatoes) and it's been better...
